What a fantastic restaurant! We went for breakfast twice and dinner once - just in a 3 day trip! Everyone was so nice, remembered us and was so helpful and kind. Very bad experience, beware if you stop and eat here. My husband and I decided to have brunch we ordered our drinks and then our food asked for a side of toast and I was surprise to hear they could not serve me toast because they had turned off the toasters. 40 minutes later we were served our crepes, while other parties of 2 or more were served their burgers/sandwiches. Didn't understand what happen to our food, the waitress realized that we were bothered by the wait so she decided to avoid us completely (her words). In the 40 minutes we waited for our veggie crepe and Nutella w/ berry crepe we were not given refills, I had ordered coffee and my husband had water. This was the worst service I have ever had. Nice little place to eat something different than burgers. The first time we came here my family and I had crêpes for lunch. Service is friendly but because we are foreign tourists, I think, we were treated a little differently. No small talk, no thanks for the substantial tip. We had dinner here last night and breakfast this morning. Great service both times. All of the staff greeted us, and we were seated quickly. I love that people who live in small towns like Springdale seem so much friendlier. The buffalo chicken burger I got during dinner was awesome. I like that they get their buns from a local bakery. The turkey that came with the two egg breakfast was delicious. We didn't try any crepes here since we aren't fans of crepes, but they sounded good. Portion sizes are generous as well. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich, such a simple sandwich but you could tell how much the cook put into it, it had the chicken crispy and moist, the cheese covered the chicken, the buffalo sauce and ranch complimented the chicken, just the right amount. We ordered the Sample platter with three meats to go. The brisket and pork were top notch. The sauces was spicy and tangy. The restaurant was cool inside. Looked like they had great Crepes and desserts. The BBQ was least consistent with the overall French themed menu. I was really hungry when I got to meme's for lunch. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. The service was relatively quick and the sandwich was flavourful. It was cooked well and the amount of sauce to meat was adequate. The fries were cut and cooked well, crispy on the outside and potatoey (it's not a real word but explains my thoughts) on the inside. I would definitely recommend this place to whoever is visiting Zion. read more

I want to give this place 5 stars but I have had far better crepes. And MeMe's crepes are mediocre. Did you use the whole jar of Nutella ladies? That being said, what a cool concept. Crepes in Zion?!?! I will try to pass through MeMe's even time I set foot in Zion. The atmosphere is cool, the cappuccinos are terrific, and the staff is friendly. I just have to be brutally honest. When you're on the road all the time, breakfast starts to be an endless array of greasy hash browns, overcooked scrambled eggs, and maybe a pre-bottled protein shake from a gas station refrigerator when you just can't take it anymore. Meme's is what you really want. Good crepes with actual food in them - I had a savory one with chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions, cheddar, and red pepper aioli and it was delicious. She cooked it right there, and the vegetables were fresh and good and did wonders to cure the five days' worth of diner grease that's built up in my veins. Fresh OJ too. They put ice in it, I think because Zion is so hot that ice comes with your soup, but it is fresh-squeezed and very good and I'm sure they'd leave the ice out if you asked. Really friendly staff, attractive place with a French influence and jazz playing on the radio. It's a little oasis, and it made me happy. Only reason I took one star off is that this is extremely good in comparison to everything else in town, but it's not the best crepe I've ever had - the chicken was pre-prepared and not seasoned, for example. If you find yourself in Springdale you HAVE to go to meme's and try their home made BBQ extravaganza!!! Their brisket is so tender and flavorful with their home made in house rub it is AMAZING!!! I also had the sweet crepes and they were delicious, Nutella, bananas and strawberries...so tasty. This cafe has has great energy and the staff is very kind and attentive. I stopped by to get some coffee and a quick lunch. I was greeted right away but actual service to receive my order took forever. They were not busy at all and took a really long time to actually get my drink order. When they took my order finally, they were extremely nice about it. I ordered an Iced Mocha with Soy. It was very good! better than I expected. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of vegetarian-friendly lunch/dinner items that did include "salads". The menu is very small and limited for food. The drinks are great, however. I came by a second time to pick up the Nutella Latte and it was soooooooooo goood! It's a nice place for coffee. This place was really fantastic. I got the quiche for breakfast, it was very flavorful and delicious. My boyfriend got a waffle, it was honestly the best waffle either of us have had in quite a while. Not too cakey, not too crispy. It was amazing. The food surprised us, I would absolutely recommend it. The only downside was the drip coffee, which was watery and had a bad flavor. We are not coffee snobs either, but it was truly not good. Probably the best food you're going to find in Springdale. Completely satisfying and surprising for a little unpretentious restaurant on the way to Zion. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I ordered the sauté vegetable crepe which was filing and as expected with a glass of ice tea, perfect for a warm day. Great experience and wished I would have came here more than once but glad I stopped in after a long day of hiking. Can't really ask for more from this area. Meh. I had a panini called "the Nelson" which was good but small. It came with a comically small amount of chips. That was $10. My wife ordered a berry waffle and they brought her a crepe. We had already waited almost a half hour for our food so that was a let down. They also forgot to bring my wife her latte. When she reminded the waitress all she said was. "Oh yeah, that's right." When she got her waffle it was small as well. $26 in all, which is a bit pricey for what we got - even considering the location. read more
