While this restaurant has vegan meat and cheese, I think they could do much more to provide options for vegans. I would like to see an entirely vegan menu like Picazzo's has. As it was, our only options were to customize the pizza and customize a salad. Maybe have vegan ranch on the menu? Through the website, I've gotten carryout via online at least four times counting tonight and they've never been prompt on the time the online order says to pick up at...never ideal, but okay. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a pizza and salad online and entered a pick up time of 7:45pm. Then, I called soon after asking if it would be possible to change that time and pick it up earlier. The individual I spoke to said yes, can pick up 30 minutes from the call (called around 6:30pm), to which I said great, be there at 7pm and the person acknowledged that 7pm was the pick up time. Got there tonight a little after 7pm. Checked in, was told the kitchen was running behind, it will be 10 minutes. No real apology. I did get offered a drink while I was waiting which I said no to. 7:30pm rolled by. I asked for an update to the hosts, they went to the kitchen and said that it will be a few more minutes and they were boxing it up. 7:37pm rolled around, no order. After 7:40pm, I finally got my order. Lackluster sorry. If a customer calls and asks if an order can be done earlier and it can't, say no. I'd rather have a no than wait for 40 (!) minutes. read more

They are super busy so you'd think they would be short with you but they somehow have it worked out!!! If you've been to another location and haven't been that impressed, you HAVE to visit this one! We come here all the time. The slowest service everrrrrrrrrrr. Literally takes forever to get just our drinks! And don't even get me started when we do a to go order. We sat there for almost an hour!!!! We have other things to do. Their Portia got way smaller. Before there pretzel bits used to be full and not there are only about 10 on the plate. Came here on Monday afternoon. Everything was great! The hostess wasn't the best and she seemed irritated when seating us, didn't even give a smile but it was looked past. Waitress Shawnie was fabulous. Kind, attentive and fast. Very appreciated! I got the golden goose, honestly I should have choose something else because it was A LOT of ginger, in my head I thought it would be more pineapple but that's on me, I'll get something different next time. Got the cheese bread for an appetizer and then a half pizza of mozzarella cheese and feta and other half pepperoni. Yum! None of the food disappointed. Our friend took us to lunch here and highly recommended the mushroom pizza... it was sooooo greasy. Our server was very bubbly and sweet though, but definitely not where we'd go for pizza. This time visited late night after 10pm on Saturday and the ambience was awesome with tons of people. Surprisingly it was happy hour too. All drinks and muchies 50% price. After eating a lot with 3 draft beers bill was just $30. Isn't this incredible value. I would say pizzas are not the best in valley but taste good. We took thin crust and extra cheese burst. The Mellow Mushroom pizza chain is my favorite. The crust is different, perhaps includes a little wheat. They toss their dough the old fashioned way, and it's always fun to see it fly. The Holy Shiitake is my favorite pizza. It's a white pizza (no tomato sauce) which features mushrooms, garlic, caramelized onions., and topped with a drizzle of aioli. Many locations around my home area have fun statues like robots or superhero's which are fun for the kids. They also offer a good beer selection. read more

I always ask for well done or extra crispy but lately the pizza is so drenched in grease and soggy it appears to be more of a pizza soup. We ordered the pretzel bites it comes with cheese. They are free when you check in on yelp, while you order a pizza as well. The pretzel bites are good, the cheese is okay. We also got the cheese calazone, really thick cheese. We also got wings, we did half mild & have dry. The dry tasted good like fried chicken wings. We got one pizza half sausage half pepperoni. Then another the house pizza but we took off the beef and replaced it with extra cheese. It tasted like a fired pie pizza. The crust was good too. Great place for late nights as well. My wife ordered dinner for us. 2 pizzas and a sandwich with seasoned potatoes. Ordered at at 5:52 pm. I drove up had a beer in the bar at 6:15 pm. At 6:37 pm when the food was scheduled to be ready I walked over and inquired about the order. I was told it was in the oven and would be ready in 6 minutes. At 6:53 pm I asked about the order. I was told it was waiting on potatoes. At this point it was an hour for the order and asked to speak to a manager. I replied with we have sat in the bar on a night that this place it completely full and never waited over 45 minutes for our food. I also said please don't make excuses the room is half full. I asked if the other items are sitting out getting cold, he said we have a hot box. Shortly after I was handed the order. The pizza boxes were not warm to the touch and I walked out at just over a hour! I live 7 minutes away and Both Pizzas were luke warm and the potatoes we waited on were not seasoned. My wife's pizza was how you would order it off the menu, the onion and olives were still on the pizza and the extra items like the basil and extra sauce were not. We eat here probably once a month, very disappointed with the quality and service. While I was typing this out half of the bill was refunded. Came here last night for a quick dinner before a comedy show. It was a Saturday night with no reservations. We were seated right away. This place is huge with lots of seating accommodating large groups. Nicely decorated. Restrooms were super clean. Our server was on point taking our drink order fast and refilling our water glasses. Our pizza came out nice and hot. We ordered thin crust house special. Tasted very good with lots of toppings. Crunchy crust and toppings cooked all the way. Only complaint was the pizza wasn't cut all the way through, so we had to use a knife to break away a slice. We will be back on another date night for sure! read more

Typical busy Friday night in the restaurants at norterra. Taken to our seats at about 20 minutes which was more than acceptable. Unfortunately one of the seats in our booth was really wet from I guess the busing. The manager came over and quickly corrected the problem and he was really awesome. As for the food well we both ordered the mushroom soup which was really tasty but unfortunately was also extremely lukewarm to say the least. My better half is calzone was really good and she thoroughly enjoyed it and the hoagie was small but really good as everything was warm and well prepared and came with a bag of potato chips. I was going to get a piece of cake to finish off my meal but are server just came over and slapped my receipt down and said he'd take our money when we're ready.
