Pan-Fried Seafood & Chive Dumplings -- Just Okay Disappointing compared to what I'm used to in LA, where you actually get big, plump shrimp. Here, it was mostly chives mixed with what seemed like seafood paste. The skin was also too thick and doughy. However, the filling was very flavorful, which somewhat made up for its shortcomings. Seafood with Crispy Rice -- I'd Say Skip It! The homemade crispy rice was ridiculously hard, barely edible even after soaking in the soup!
