They also have good cigarette deals for you smokers, we come here to stock up for my husband since they have the best marlboro prices. Closeout specials on candy and other stuff is also good. Walgreens is my favorite drugstore by far but this location isn't that great. Kind of run down, a pain to get in and out of, staff not around or too busy to help. I like Walgreens but will go to other locations from now on.

It's not even busy, but because they're taking their sweet time and don't have a second pharmacist, there's now two more people in line behind me. (Line 5 deep now and still no second pharmacist) I'll be picking up my meds at Target moving forward. Horrible service.

I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

This is my go-to Rite Aid in Hesperia for my medications or ointments pickup at their pharmacy…read more Unfortunately, lines are usually long. They normally have only one person working the inside window and sometimes that same person is also working the drive-thru window. No wonder the lines are long. Go figure! Please hire more staff to attend to your customers... at least one for drive-thru and one for inside window. If drive-thru staff is free, then they can help the customers at the inside window. Limited staff can only hurt the customers IMHO. Besides using their pharmacy, I've shopped here in the past especially when they have sales. Also I love their Thrifty ice cream... yummy yummy! My favorites are Pineapple Coconut, Black Cherry, Butter Pecan, and Pistachios... alright, I love ice cream so I have more than one favorite... I just can't decide which ice cream reigns supreme LOL... they are all fantastic in my book! One good thing about Rite Aid is that they are strategically located in the cities. If you need something quick, Rite Aid is probably around the corner for your convenience and shopping needs. They may not have everything you need, but I know they have come through for me on many occasions. Thank you Rite Aid!

am sharing my personal experience so other customers can double-check their receipts…read more For several years, I paid approximately $130 for a prescription that is reduced to around $30 when the CVS app barcode discount is scanned. Other CVS locations have consistently applied this discount without issue. At this location, the barcode was not applied, and I paid full price multiple times. After raising the concern, I was informed there would be a review of the situation and possible reimbursement, but the matter remains unresolved. I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Summer Trungh, told me my prescription was "not FDA approved" without properly explaining what that meant, then spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When I calmly questioned this and asked for clarification, she escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She raised her voice and discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a complete violation of my privacy. I was then told they would not fill my prescription at this location and was threatened that my doctor would be reported, even though there was no clear explanation of any wrongdoing. At no point was I treated with respect, professionalism, or discretion. I left feeling judged, intimidated, and extremely uncomfortable. Pharmacies deal with sensitive medical issues, and patients deserve to be spoken to privately and respectfully--this was the opposite of that. I would strongly recommend CVS corporate review how this location handles patient interactions, because no one should be treated this way when seeking medical care. If you use the CVS app, I recommend confirming that your barcode is scanned and that your discounts are properly applied before completing payment. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and transparency for patients in the future. On this CVs a pharmacist

The phone conversation had absolutely nothing to do with my mental health or a specific medicine to treat it. Her tone, and words were completely uncalled for. She is extremely disrespectful. She has a power trip and claims she's my dr of pharmacy. So she just makes up her own title, and uses her power as a pharmacist to intimidate me and Insult me, causing sever mental harm. She absolutely needs to be removed as a pharmacist and face disciplinary action for her abuse. I will not tolerate anyone treating me like she did and does. Shame on her , she should be embarrassed by her unprofessional inability to communicate properly.
