Hands down Walgreens has the best photo developing prices, it gets done fast and matched with online coupons you never have to pay retail. They also have good cigarette deals for you smokers, we come here to stock up for my husband since they have the best marlboro prices. Closeout specials on candy and other stuff is also good. Walgreens is my favorite drugstore by far but this location isn't that great. Kind of run down, a pain to get in and out of, staff not around or too busy to help. I like Walgreens but will go to other locations from now on.

I'm still standing in line waiting for two clients in front of me. It's not even busy, but because they're taking their sweet time and don't have a second pharmacist, there's now two more people in line behind me. (Line 5 deep now and still no second pharmacist) I'll be picking up my meds at Target moving forward. Horrible service.

This Walgreens is across the street from Rite Aid. I don't recall why I came over here and not Rite…read moreAid because I normally shop at Rite Aid. Maybe they had something on sale that I wanted... that's probably it... just don't remember what it was LOL. My memory isn't as good as it used to be. Anyway, I find Walgreens prices to be a tad higher than Rite Aid. Funny, there seems to be one or the other in the shopping world. Just like Walmart vs Target, Costco vs Sam's Club, Home Depot vs Lowe's, and Rite Aid vs Walgreens... kinda like day vs night, heaven vs earth, etc. If you had a choice, which would you choose? I choose Rite Aid, but if Rite Aid isn't around, then I will fall back on Walgreens. That's how it goes sometimes. Always have a backup. Thanks Walgreens! Happy Shopping! =)

The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy was the worst I've ever experienced. Fatima being…read morethe worse one made me feel unwelcome from the moment I politely asked if they had a prescription medication in stock, and before even asking whether I had a prescription, she assumed I didn't and immediately turned her back on me. I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

This is my go-to Rite Aid in Hesperia for my medications or ointments pickup at their pharmacy…read more Unfortunately, lines are usually long. They normally have only one person working the inside window and sometimes that same person is also working the drive-thru window. No wonder the lines are long. Go figure! Please hire more staff to attend to your customers... at least one for drive-thru and one for inside window. If drive-thru staff is free, then they can help the customers at the inside window. Limited staff can only hurt the customers IMHO. Besides using their pharmacy, I've shopped here in the past especially when they have sales. Also I love their Thrifty ice cream... yummy yummy! My favorites are Pineapple Coconut, Black Cherry, Butter Pecan, and Pistachios... alright, I love ice cream so I have more than one favorite... I just can't decide which ice cream reigns supreme LOL... they are all fantastic in my book! One good thing about Rite Aid is that they are strategically located in the cities. If you need something quick, Rite Aid is probably around the corner for your convenience and shopping needs. They may not have everything you need, but I know they have come through for me on many occasions. Thank you Rite Aid!

I have been going to the Hesperia CVS for many years now. They always had my medication refills…read moreready. I say Had because one month they didn't refill my Medication on time. It was partially my fault for letting my meds get so low. They finally got my meds in a week after I made my request. My meds are not something I can miss. They gave me some so I could last the week. Angie and Ashley are great employees at this CVS. They know me so well they call me by name and almost never forget my info. Thanks to both of you young ladies.

am sharing my personal experience so other customers can double-check their receipts…read more For several years, I paid approximately $130 for a prescription that is reduced to around $30 when the CVS app barcode discount is scanned. Other CVS locations have consistently applied this discount without issue. At this location, the barcode was not applied, and I paid full price multiple times. After raising the concern, I was informed there would be a review of the situation and possible reimbursement, but the matter remains unresolved. I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Summer Trungh, told me my prescription was "not FDA approved" without properly explaining what that meant, then spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When I calmly questioned this and asked for clarification, she escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She raised her voice and discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a complete violation of my privacy. I was then told they would not fill my prescription at this location and was threatened that my doctor would be reported, even though there was no clear explanation of any wrongdoing. At no point was I treated with respect, professionalism, or discretion. I left feeling judged, intimidated, and extremely uncomfortable. Pharmacies deal with sensitive medical issues, and patients deserve to be spoken to privately and respectfully--this was the opposite of that. I would strongly recommend CVS corporate review how this location handles patient interactions, because no one should be treated this way when seeking medical care. If you use the CVS app, I recommend confirming that your barcode is scanned and that your discounts are properly applied before completing payment. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and transparency for patients in the future. On this CVs a pharmacist

Med mounjaro is currently low in stock and on many back orders with pharmacies. My doctor advised me that AM Pharmacy had the dose I needed in stock. I called them and asked if I could get the 90 day supply that my insurance is now requiring I have filled, and I was told due to the manufacturer back order they were only filling 1 month supply for all. This was in order to not run out and to have it available for all customers in need. I respect that!!! I have been in the pharmacy industry for over 30 years and understand the process. I was able to contact my insurance and get a one time override to allow just a 30 day fill. AM Pharmacy was also offering to deliver, but since I live near Lake Arrowhead with mail box in Redlands, they offered to transfer my prescription to their sister pharmacy, ABC in Redlands, after confirming my med was in stock. It was 5pm, with ABC closing at 530pm. I contacted ABC Pharmacy and they had it ready for me when I arrived at 515pm. This is customer service at its best!
