The clerk named D*z became visibly irritated and short with us. Instead of trying to help us with our card, she began telling her coworker who had walked over, an African American middle aged woman with no name tag on, that "this always happens" (we presumed she was talking about issues with customers trying to check out right before closing) but the two of them engaged in a very passive aggressive conversation in front of my sister and me about us while we were standing there. Our items were already bagged in our cart, but since we couldn't use the debit card we tried to use, I told D*z that I would only be purchasing some of the items, and to cancel that initial transaction. She told her coworker that the stuff we had left in the cart were "go backs" and the woman huffed loudly while grabbing the 2 paper bags and flipping all of the contents out into the cart, ripping the bags and damaging the food products in the process. She and D*z became so aggressive in that moment. I told D*z I would still be buying the bag of items I put back on the conveyor belt. She took the first two items out of the bag and threw them (literally chucked them) at the end of the belt for bagging after scanning them, at which point my sister said, "Let's go." I have been in some shady Walmarts in my day but never have felt as unsafe with employees as I did that night. Management needs to focus on training staff to engage with the public. And if people don't have the patience to engage with others, then they should not be put on register. I will drive all the way over to the Walmart on Main in Hesperia instead of ever going back to the AV location, (which is a cluttered dump anyway, comparatively) and has questionable employees. Most of whom have their name tags on backward.

Today is the night before Easter and I needed stuff for my kids Easter baskets because I couldn't help but give them their baskets early. Now I'm last minute shopping at 10pm for quick replacement baskets. I was able to find plenty of items to put inside their baskets. They had a lot of stuff still in stock and available. I wish the prices were better on some of the items but I couldn't be picky. I have used this store for prescriptions but it's been years because I normally use Kaiser. When I have used Walgreens the 24 hour service is nice and so is the drive thru that they offer.

I have now retired calling several times over four days and I have yet to talk to anyone other then they answer, say please hold send then never v come back to the phone. As in never. So my delayed medication still isn't filled. Then we have the issues trying to transfer my medication's from Walmart. They told me at Walgreens to use the app on the phone, so I have. That has been three weeks now and all I have done is resubmit at least half a dozen times and still not one medication has been transferred over. It seems that not only does the Walgreen app not function correctly but their employees do not even care about their customers getting their prescriptions in a timely manner that probably or for health reasons. Sounds like they might be in the wrong line of work it maybe Walgreens should do a complete overhaul of their staffing.

I spend 20 minutes the day before completing the intake questionnaire which I stated I had Kaiser coverage yet it allowed me to complete an appointment request. What a huge disappointment after getting ready for the appointment and then driving all the way there only to find out what could have been avoided if the system worked properly. When I arrived, the clerk took 10 mins to figure it out only to turn me away. She offered no apologies just said they can't help me because I had Kaiser. The only reason I considered going there was because I received a text offering for a scoop of ice cream while I was getting my shots. Needless to say, I blocked them from receiving any further texts from them ever again. They're the next business to go under soon and rightfully so because they do not value plain old CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They told me yea it was ready but they're closing. I get here at their opening time the very next day and they are late to open. Terrible work ethic. This location is pretty clean, well staffed and plenty of parking. I had heard that Rite Aid has Ice Cream but never considered until my son was very excited about the ice cream counter. Just under $3 for a double scoop, animal cookie flavor for the kid and malted milk chocolate for me. I was suprised just how good both flavors were, rich, creamy, the cone sucked, but the ice cream really is not bad, will have to keep Rite Aid in mind from now on should the need for sugar hit and nothing else better is in the area.

(Doctor sent it over a MONTH earlier) It took me calling on the day of pick up (Friday) to find this out and then I had to scramble to try to get it changed to a different pharmacy to get it filled and so I went two days without my medication. *(Actually 3 days since the doctor was already gone Friday and couldn't send to new pharmacy until Monday, new pharmacy had to order it Monday and didn't get it until Tuesday) Apparently, if you only take one medication that's not enough business for them and they don't want our business, so now I have to go all the way to Victorville just to fill my prescription. Thanks for supporting your towns residents, Jonathans. I guess you only want unhealthy people with multiple prescriptions to make you the most money coming into your store so -duly noted. ***And to your response to this review- After the fact caring because someone writes a negative review for everyone to see dosent make it right. Do better to begin with and treat people how you would want to be treated instead of disregarding them on the phone and knowingly leaving them in a bad situation without medication right before the weekend. I was vacationing overseas and could not "just call in for cough medicine" according to the nurse in the doctors office. I never did get the meds before I left so I just didn't take them. When I got back, the pharmacist said the doctors office finally called, 2 weeks after 1st call, they claimed I was not their patient, lol!! Queen's pharmacy employees stayed professional all the way through and never Lost their cool. They really cared about me and it was very obvious!!!
