They normally have only one person working the inside window and sometimes that same person is also working the drive-thru window. No wonder the lines are long. Go figure! Please hire more staff to attend to your customers... at least one for drive-thru and one for inside window. If drive-thru staff is free, then they can help the customers at the inside window. Limited staff can only hurt the customers IMHO. Besides using their pharmacy, I've shopped here in the past especially when they have sales. Also I love their Thrifty ice cream... yummy yummy! My favorites are Pineapple Coconut, Black Cherry, Butter Pecan, and Pistachios... alright, I love ice cream so I have more than one favorite... I just can't decide which ice cream reigns supreme LOL... they are all fantastic in my book! One good thing about Rite Aid is that they are strategically located in the cities. If you need something quick, Rite Aid is probably around the corner for your convenience and shopping needs. For a small pharmacy this place is great…read more I get texts when my medication is ready, they have super easy refill requests, it's always a fast in and out, even when dropping off a new prescription it's never an hour or longer wait like most other places. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I've never had to try and flag someone down when first walking in. My only complaint is the hours.. working down the hill means I'm gone when they're open so I can only go in on the weekends which gives me Saturday only since they're closed Sunday. Maybe if they had one day a week to open early or stay open later... Even without the technology convenience of seeing the status of your medication online this place is still levels above the rest.

My orders were identical but I received two completely different sets of cupcakes. The colors were different and only one set had sprinkles.
