This Walgreens is 24 hour and not very far from my house so I come here often during the night. I…read morenormally need last minute items like milk or shampoo when I shop here but I also always find myself here around the holidays. Today is the night before Easter and I needed stuff for my kids Easter baskets because I couldn't help but give them their baskets early. Now I'm last minute shopping at 10pm for quick replacement baskets. I was able to find plenty of items to put inside their baskets. They had a lot of stuff still in stock and available. I wish the prices were better on some of the items but I couldn't be picky. I have used this store for prescriptions but it's been years because I normally use Kaiser. When I have used Walgreens the 24 hour service is nice and so is the drive thru that they offer.

I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

They normally have only one person working the inside window and sometimes that same person is also working the drive-thru window. No wonder the lines are long. Go figure! Please hire more staff to attend to your customers... at least one for drive-thru and one for inside window. If drive-thru staff is free, then they can help the customers at the inside window. Limited staff can only hurt the customers IMHO. Besides using their pharmacy, I've shopped here in the past especially when they have sales. Also I love their Thrifty ice cream... yummy yummy! My favorites are Pineapple Coconut, Black Cherry, Butter Pecan, and Pistachios... alright, I love ice cream so I have more than one favorite... I just can't decide which ice cream reigns supreme LOL... they are all fantastic in my book! One good thing about Rite Aid is that they are strategically located in the cities. If you need something quick, Rite Aid is probably around the corner for your convenience and shopping needs. For a small pharmacy this place is great…read more I get texts when my medication is ready, they have super easy refill requests, it's always a fast in and out, even when dropping off a new prescription it's never an hour or longer wait like most other places. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I've never had to try and flag someone down when first walking in. My only complaint is the hours.. working down the hill means I'm gone when they're open so I can only go in on the weekends which gives me Saturday only since they're closed Sunday. Maybe if they had one day a week to open early or stay open later... Even without the technology convenience of seeing the status of your medication online this place is still levels above the rest.

I was attempting to pay for my items using Apple Pay on my iPhone when Evette told me that the…read morestore does not accept tap payments. I then returned to pay for the same items with a credit card. At that point, Evette told me that I had to wait because another customer who did not have enough money needed to finish paying for their items first. Her behavior was very odd and unprofessional: she was physically blocking the register with her body, which made me uncomfortable, so I decided to go to another register at self‑checkout. I first went to one register but noticed that the customer I believed would be finished was still completing his transaction, so I went back and formed a line again. At that moment, Evette came to me and told me I had to "stand behind" because she said I had cut in line. I calmly explained that I had not cut in line, but she ignored my explanation and continued treating me as if I had done something wrong. I felt harassed, disrespected, and singled out by Evette's attitude and actions. Her conduct made my shopping experience very uncomfortable and unacceptable for a store of Walmart's size and reputation.
