The clerk named D*z became visibly irritated and short with us. Instead of trying to help us with our card, she began telling her coworker who had walked over, an African American middle aged woman with no name tag on, that "this always happens" (we presumed she was talking about issues with customers trying to check out right before closing) but the two of them engaged in a very passive aggressive conversation in front of my sister and me about us while we were standing there. Our items were already bagged in our cart, but since we couldn't use the debit card we tried to use, I told D*z that I would only be purchasing some of the items, and to cancel that initial transaction. She told her coworker that the stuff we had left in the cart were "go backs" and the woman huffed loudly while grabbing the 2 paper bags and flipping all of the contents out into the cart, ripping the bags and damaging the food products in the process. She and D*z became so aggressive in that moment. I told D*z I would still be buying the bag of items I put back on the conveyor belt. She took the first two items out of the bag and threw them (literally chucked them) at the end of the belt for bagging after scanning them, at which point my sister said, "Let's go." I have been in some shady Walmarts in my day but never have felt as unsafe with employees as I did that night. Management needs to focus on training staff to engage with the public. And if people don't have the patience to engage with others, then they should not be put on register. I will drive all the way over to the Walmart on Main in Hesperia instead of ever going back to the AV location, (which is a cluttered dump anyway, comparatively) and has questionable employees. Most of whom have their name tags on backward.

I have been filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy for a few years now and they are always very busy. They are constantly having to ask people from the store to come and fill in at the pharmacy. Walgreens should hire more people for this area. The people in the pharmacy area have always been nice but noticeably rushed and in my opinion they are over worked. I have learned to bring in the prescription and then pick it up a few days later and this has been working for me. When they are slow you can usually get a prescription filled in 20 minutes. When they are busy it can take a lot longer, I have never tried to wait for a prescription to be filled while they are busy.

I spend 20 minutes the day before completing the intake questionnaire which I stated I had Kaiser coverage yet it allowed me to complete an appointment request. What a huge disappointment after getting ready for the appointment and then driving all the way there only to find out what could have been avoided if the system worked properly. When I arrived, the clerk took 10 mins to figure it out only to turn me away. She offered no apologies just said they can't help me because I had Kaiser. The only reason I considered going there was because I received a text offering for a scoop of ice cream while I was getting my shots. Needless to say, I blocked them from receiving any further texts from them ever again. They're the next business to go under soon and rightfully so because they do not value plain old CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location is pretty clean, well staffed and plenty of parking. I had heard that Rite Aid has Ice Cream but never considered until my son was very excited about the ice cream counter. Just under $3 for a double scoop, animal cookie flavor for the kid and malted milk chocolate for me. I was suprised just how good both flavors were, rich, creamy, the cone sucked, but the ice cream really is not bad, will have to keep Rite Aid in mind from now on should the need for sugar hit and nothing else better is in the area.

But not only did they refuse to fill it, they did not inform me that they were refusing to fill it. (Doctor sent it over a MONTH earlier) It took me calling on the day of pick up (Friday) to find this out and then I had to scramble to try to get it changed to a different pharmacy to get it filled and so I went two days without my medication. *(Actually 3 days since the doctor was already gone Friday and couldn't send to new pharmacy until Monday, new pharmacy had to order it Monday and didn't get it until Tuesday) Apparently, if you only take one medication that's not enough business for them and they don't want our business, so now I have to go all the way to Victorville just to fill my prescription. Thanks for supporting your towns residents, Jonathans. I guess you only want unhealthy people with multiple prescriptions to make you the most money coming into your store so -duly noted. ***And to your response to this review- After the fact caring because someone writes a negative review for everyone to see dosent make it right. When I got back, the pharmacist said the doctors office finally called, 2 weeks after 1st call, they claimed I was not their patient, lol!! Queen's pharmacy employees stayed professional all the way through and never Lost their cool. They really cared about me and it was very obvious!!!
