Before the new ownership, it was an intimate experience. The pharmacists knew everyone who walked in that door. They made sure we were satisfied with our medications. They always knew all of our prescriptions. They would call or text when prescriptions were ready for pickup, they always had prescriptions on file; there was NEVER a time they didn't have a prescription. Now, it's unorganized. The pharmacists never call or text when a prescription is ready. Sometimes you call and ask if prescriptions are ready and they ask you "which ones?". Shouldn't they know what we need? We are regulars. It's the same ones all the time. We are so disappointed in the service and the dynamic of Jonathan's. They play trashy music, which isn't appealing. The pharmacists don't greet when we come in. No smiles. If Jonathan knew about how it's ran today he would be SO disappointed. I wish he never retired. He knows how to run a business. Whoever this new guy is, sucks! (If you're reading this, look in the mirror. DO BETTER!)

Med mounjaro is currently low in stock and on many back orders with pharmacies. My doctor advised me that AM Pharmacy had the dose I needed in stock. I called them and asked if I could get the 90 day supply that my insurance is now requiring I have filled, and I was told due to the manufacturer back order they were only filling 1 month supply for all. This was in order to not run out and to have it available for all customers in need. I respect that!!! I have been in the pharmacy industry for over 30 years and understand the process. I was able to contact my insurance and get a one time override to allow just a 30 day fill. AM Pharmacy was also offering to deliver, but since I live near Lake Arrowhead with mail box in Redlands, they offered to transfer my prescription to their sister pharmacy, ABC in Redlands, after confirming my med was in stock. It was 5pm, with ABC closing at 530pm. I contacted ABC Pharmacy and they had it ready for me when I arrived at 515pm. This is customer service at its best!
