Walgreens is my favorite drugstore by far but this location isn't that great. Kind of run down, a pain to get in and out of, staff not around or too busy to help. I'm on a medication that I can't start late and I can't refill it until a certain day, non narcotic medication they are NEVER on time with refills. I have to call every single month the week of the refill, I call every day to see if it was ordered, by them, to see when it will be delivered, they never update the app. When I call they say oh, ya we don't have any ok we'll order it... then call back next day.. oh ya should be here today.. I call next day oh ya it's not here yet... repeat month after month.

I purchased several items that were locked behind a case, so an employee had to unlock them and take them to a register at the front of the store. When I finished scanning the rest of my items and was ready to check out, I asked for the locked items. The employees couldn't find them, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes while they searched. The whole purpose of Scan & Go is to save customers time, but this experience completely defeated that purpose. Walmart needs a better system for handling locked merchandise so customers aren't left waiting for half an hour just to complete their purchase. It was a frustrating experience that turned what should have been a quick trip into a long and unnecessary delay.

Got my flu shot! This is the first time I've received a flu shot outside of the VA or military in a…read morelong time. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked an employee if they were still giving flu shots. She said yes and directed me to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was busy but the employees were attentive and patient. I was able to provide my TriWest information and get my flu shot. Waited ten minutes after to ensure I was fine then I was free to go home. Thank you Walgreens for a pleasant interaction. Also, I've been to this Walgreens many times over the years and the employees are consistent with their service. Very kind. Whether it's getting a passport photo, purchasing at the front counter, sending UPS mail or pharmacy, their service is consistently positive. The products were stocked and the sales were abundant.
