Gone gone gone. I have used this pharmacy since I moved to the high desert 20years ago. They use to be ok but now I use a different place. Reason is meds I am on for chronic pain over the last year they stated not filling on time. Sometimes it was a week late or two. Then they would not give me my full count. At first they would have me come back to get the remaining pills. Then as time went by I would get 30 pills of 90 and told I would not get the rest. Now after a month they have not filled my prescription. They say they will reorder it. Well my chronic severe pain doesn't work like that. They seem to make no effort to follow up either. My best advice is to GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY. Unless you like wasting gas. 20 years and I'm finished with this lousy place... Bye Bye no-aid. read more

This is seriously the grossest Rite Aid ever! And they never have any ice cream flavors available at the scoop area. I went in today to get a scoop of chocolate chip... they had like four gross flavors available. And the freezer looks disgusting. Had a bunch of empty containers all over inside of it. My $200 dollar Christmas review: This might sound like I'm Karen level 5,000, but any person or corporation that steals $200 from me during the holidays deserves a review like this. On December 12, 2020... This store sold me $200 worth defective footlocker gift cards with no pins. Now none of the people I gifted the cards to, can use the cards or even track activity on the card to see if someone else is spending the money. The response I got from the store was "Once the gift card is activated it's out of our hands. California law prohibits refunds on gift cards, call the number in the back of the card". In other words, if Rite Aid sells you a defective gift card, that's been tampered with, it's totally your fault for choosing to shop at their ghetto store, and they take zero responsibility for any defective gift card they sell because it's been activated. So, for all you gift card scammers out there, Rite Aid is a great place to tamper with gift cards. They don't check their merchandise and will not do anything to help the people you scam so you can sleep easy at night while the people you scammed are wasting hours of their time talking to Rite Aid and Footlocker customer service representatives who only know how to apologize for things that are conveniently out of their control. I also bought 2 women's prenatal vitamins, there was a great deal! If I hadn't come in to get $200 stolen from me with those gift cards they sell, I would have never saved on those awesome prenatal vitamins that can be purchased at any other grocery/convenience store like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Target, Amazon etc. Won't be shopping at Rite Aid anytime soon, neither will my family. 1st off you guys got rid of all your shopping carts and baskets, So we have to try to carry all of our items if we have multiple items. And then I had a cashier who was too busy chatting on her phone taking a personal phone call while she's trying to cash me out. The screen kept freezing and she's too busy on the phone talking talking that she's ignoring me as I'm telling her the screen keeps freezing. And she's just standing there and I told her can we go to another register and she still on her phone she didn't hear me. Mind you now I have about 5 people behind me getting mad atimagine me for taking so long but she's the one that isn't fixing her her screen. So finally I tell her again let's move to a different register and we do and it works perfectly fine, But she still on her personal phone call.. She needs to get trained a little better on paying attention to the customer and not whoever is calling her phone which she shouldn't even have on her while she is working. My receipt doesn't have her name but a number for her. Cashier number 57053124. On 8 17 22 At 11:34 AM.. She needs better training, Because that was ridiculous it took me 7 minutes to cash out 2 items because she couldn't get off her phone and pay attention to her screen. This store does not know how to manage while being short staffed. I'm normally overly patient with workers because I've been there so I get it but it's frustrating for customers when there is a lack of acknowledgement/communication of this. I drove out of my way to grab some ice cream for my kids, stood by the ice cream for 20 minutes, thought that maybe they didn't see me so I stood in line to let them know just to be told it was closed for half an hour. If I could give this Rite Aid a -ZERO, I would..!! I just had a TKR less then 3 months ago. The pharmacist accused me of being a doctor hopper for pain medication because my primary doctor and my specialist does prescribe the medication, how they rectified it, they gave me a coupon for their store. Then I find out they don't even honor the coupons for the RX apps because they don't get enough money back from the drug companies and they want me to pay a few hundred dollars for medication that I can't even afford to pay my bills.! Clean store - Trashy neighborhood. Homeless people always milling around asking for money. The times I have been in, there has only been one cashier. People stand in line for 5-10 minutes. Only reason I go in is because it's on my way home from work. I need to remember to NOT go to this store! This Pharmacy location specifically has given me trouble regarding prescription refills: 1- On 1 occasion, I was told a med was not authorized, when it actually was (a different phar. employee later verified this!). Recently Also critical meds that have had no refills left have NOT been filled, cause the pharmacy always claims that the dr.'s office has not been sending the author. to refill (this happened last week, going back & fourth between dr. & pharmacy, till I ran out of Blood Pressure med). I will complain to both parent companies shortly, & see who's been lying! AT least 1 of the pharmacy employees treats my badly,...and the problems started after I reported another for yelling at me,...so I believe the pharmacy is to blame! read more

It is a very clean store. Everything is nicely put on shelves. Most of the workers are very nice. I know there is a lot of theft there and that is to bad. Hopefully they can remain open because alot of the time the have 50% off and the beer is at a good price read more

This Riteaid cannot control the crappy neighborhood they are in, but the can control their customer service, with is absolutely terrible. Rite Aid is a mess. I was shocked to see how disgusting, and overpriced they are on some cheaply made items. The one star is high to be quite honest. The one positive thing we encountered was the gentlemen at the ice cream area. The ice cream was dropped on the ground, and he replaced the cone, free of charge. He was very polite, and provided quality customer service. I can't say the same for the rest of the store, and staff. Crates, trash, and empty boxes all over the place, and the store seem to be unorganized. If that wasn't bad enough, they are selling GNC products that are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Shame on you, Rite Aid, and GNC. A lot of low income people shop their, and they are being ripped off. I personally saw one supplement for $49, that you can get at COSTCO 2 for $39. DO NOT shop at this rite aid Pharmacy unless you are having a heart attack and need medication, or if your bleeding to death and have broken all of your limbs. The Rx tech told me that my claritin allergy prescription was methamphetamine!! Omg smh WOW don't you go to school for that or are you just that uneducated/ mentally challenged? Was told 20 minute wait time, I stood directly in plain sight for an hour literally. Not until I walked up and asked did I get my Rx even though It had been ready for 30 min.
