However, my husband and I had a bad experience here because he simply wanted to use the restroom and there were a couple men hogging up the entire restroom smoking and just wouldn't leave. So many sketchy people walk into this Walgreens unfortunately. On another occasion, we waited for like 30 minutes just for it to be our turn in line at the pharmacy. After waiting to be seen, we gave them our prescription and they said it would be a while for the order to be ready and that they would text us when it's ready. The worse thing that could happen, happened here. My son is epileptic and they usually fill his medication. Today I picked it up. Tonight, I gave him his nightly dosage. Now as I'm taking my nightly medication I notice that they gave me the wrong bottle with someone else's name on it. His medication came with 3 bottles in it and I guess I didn't do my complete check of all bottles and just assumed they gave me what they were suppose to. Long story short, they gave me someone with the last name 'Roldan' medication and not my son Roland's medication. The medication is for Schizophrenia!!!! My son's medication is suppose to be for seizures. Then I call Walgreens to let them know how bad they messed up and they told me they'll get a pharmacist on the phone. I needed to get a passport renewal photo at this Walgreens, as well as, mail a FedEx Envelope with appropriate documentation. My 2"x2" photos took about an hour or so to print...printers must be the latest generation. I also found out that Walgreens does not have packing tape, staples, a stapler, or a staple remover. I also bought some scissors, because shit was getting weird. I had a prepaid label for the FedEx Envelope, but since I drove there with my car, I had to spend $52.30 on supplies I have x 10 already, at my home and business. They have the call back option only to call you back and place you on hold multiple times by different staff. it's been a week since my Rx was sent, I called to see if it was ready 3 days after my prescription was sent, they said yes after 11am The next day. I called the following day to make sure it's ready since I was planing on going through the drive thru only to get told my prescription was cancelled and to call my doctor. I called my doctor and they stated they did not canceled my medication. Next day I called Walgreens again and was told medication would be ready the next day after 11am. I told them that's what they told me before and then she said well if it's not ready tomorrow then next Monday. WTF really. Btw this was Thursday when I called. I no longer go there because of their condescending looks they give me when I pick up my pain meds like I'm an addict. I'm frekin 70 years old! I've had 4 surgeries and constant pain. I would take my script and majority of the time BS excuses why they don't have them and the same excuses people have talked about. I suggested to the Pharmacist maybe it would be a good idea to have a way to make sure those of us that have always come once a month, knowing that set aside those pills. I had been going there for a while, plus they have a site that shows when the Last time you had a refill it's every 30 days from that date. Do they really think I enjoy having to take pain meds? Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst, on the corner of Main & I street in Hesperia. I have had nothing but problems with getting my prescriptions from them on time. Especially my pain meds. Why should I have to wait 13-20 days to get them. Insurance has already approved and paid for them. I keep getting the excuses like, " your insurance hasn't approved them yet", or "your doctor hasn't called them in yet." BULLSHIT!! My favorite one is, "We don't have that medication in stock yet." They started to tell me the insurance story again. I told them Bullshit! Don't Fucking lie to me again. I want my meds NOW! They apologized and told me they would have my meds by 3:00. 3:00 came around and my wife went to go pick them up. They haven't even started on them. Told my wife they'll be done by 5:00. We eat dinner at 5 so she said she would pick them up the next day since they close at 6. Guess what? Still not ready. I can go 2 maybe 3 days with out my pain meds. If I'm not doing anything or going anywhere. But almost 3 weeks?? BULL FUCKING SHIT!! I'm almost in tears I hurt so bad. And angry too. Can you tell? If I can give zero I would for fedex pick up . My package was delivered on the 25 of January & I have five days *30th of January to pick up. I don't know who's in charge of shipping packages back to the FedEx Facility but they need to probably slow down and actually read the labels . They shipped my package back to FedEx on the 26 OF JANUARY. I went in on the 26 and the guy couldn't find my package and went back today the 27 for my package and still couldn't find it . I had to call the actual store and tell them that I was waiting in the photo area for assistance before anyone even came to help me. I was just in here getting my booster shot when a very rude and crazy man made a scene at the pharmacy over something so trivial (he was upset that the woman helping him didn't ask for more information when he picked up his medication even tho she followed protocol) he asked for a manager and the entire team handled it very well. he also lied to the manager when the manager asked him what happened. Worst pharmacy ever, had the vaccine appointment at 1145 been here since 1130 and the staff and pharmacist are lagging it.They have as many as 5 people working and even then it's been more than an hour and a half. I understand that there's paperwork and all but for them to be joking around and walking around it's not right. It's right next to WinCo so whenever I need cosmetic type stuff I go here instead of the grocery store to get a better deal. It's a big and very clean store, well stocked and good clearance specials. Great deals on picture developing as well. Staff is fine, I prefer Walgreens over CVS or Rite Aid anyday. read more
