I went into the store @6:30 pm Saturday after a funeral to buy somethings for the perception . I'm not from the area and I assumed " hey if I purchase some maybe I'd be able the restroom . There were two employees behind the counter, one white one black so this is not a race thing . just so happens the black employee, which was a female stepped away to go finish putting up some items on the shelf so I was left with the employee and her name was Wanda as I tiptoed back-and-forth having the urge to use the restroom. These people are bad this is maybe the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in America. I have lived in five states and these people just don't fill your prescription. It doesn't matter if you need to take the drug everyday they will leave you up to 2 weeks without your medicine because they do not care about you. They do not inform you when a prescription is ready they do not tell you in a prescription is being filled they do not answer the phones and they take two to three hours for a lunch break. I have been trying to call for 3 days to find out if my meds are ready because my doctor called them in on Friday before closing for the weekend but I can't get anyone on the phone read more

They are very racist yesterday the Arab guy and the Hispanic woman were horrible they Arab guy called the cops after I simply added I was gonna call my doctor when he told me their store wasn't accepting anymore people with prescriptions... Hint... How did I get my meds there the day prior?!!! They are really disrespectful and I filmed the entire incident and I told the cop when he approached the same thing .. The pharmacy at this rite aid is insane. Both times I have come here to get vaccines, I arrive on time and have to wait like 15-20 minutes to get help (there was no line at all). Both times the ladies in the back are just gossiping about their lives and ignore me. I basically wait till they're done gossiping to even be greeted. They're not friendly at all and extremely disorganized. Getting a vaccine turns into an hour long event. Grateful to not have to come back after this time. read more

This store is a joke. I scheduled appointments for both of my daughters to get their covid vaccinations a week ago. My husband took the day off in order to help me with them. We arrive early for our appointments with everything required, and we are told that they are out of the vaccine for children. That they "should" have called us, but didn't. Seriously? this is my first time ever writing a yelp review and i just could not stand this older lady at the cashier and her attitude. this older lady, specifically with glasses and side part, has a nasty attitude. Every time I come here, the cashiers just socialize with eachother and the lines are always out the door. I was getting ice cream today for instance, and a employee was buying ice cream. I had a unpleasant experience in ice cream dept the young girl with eye glasses and a pink head band that assist me today at 6:50pm was very sloppy. I asked for.a cone with double scoop and she served it in a cup. I told her I asked for a cone she just smear the ice cream from the cup over to the cone. And gave it to me all smeared. Pharmacy hours are not posted. Pharmacy doesn't open till 10:00am on Sunday. Pharmacy is slow in general. Had to go back at 10 because hours are not posted and got there right at ten and told my prescription won't be ready till noon. Ridiculous. I had a hospital prescription, so they don't call them in. So hopefully on my third visit today it will be ready for pick-up. Pain medicine to help me pass a kidney stone. read more

The store is clean. The customer service has been below par every visit. My recent visit involved a cashier who was sneezing, wiping her nose on her hands, coughing and still being allowed to touch people's items and work a register with no sanitizer in sight. i was just there and the staff was so rude!!! i dropped my prescription around 12pm the lady at the drop off said it would be ready at 3pm i go there to pick it up at 5:20pm they say its not ready ! ooh and before that the cashier lady is taking other people i am just waiting in line , so why is there a line for??? all she said they been waiting ! i told her i been waiting for my prescription for hours too this was not fair !!it was only one order of pills and they took almost 6 hours seriously these people are awfully ridiculous they give priority to the people getting vaccinated and they would not care about other peoples prescription !!!! and btw they didnt even apologized for the delay of my one and only order ! so rude don't even go there people!! This Pharmacy used to be great with only having to wait 20 minutes for new prescriptions to be filled, now they tell 1hr minimum. Refills are never ready doesn't matter how much time I give them. Today I went to drop off only a prescription not pick up and was told I had to wait to see the pharmacist and they could not take the prescription. I asked how long to see the pharmacist and was told they don't know they might be giving shots first. My family spends a lot of money at this store I'm going to have to rethink ever going back. read more

If there is more than 4 people in the store, expect to wait for 5 minutes in line. The store is very close to where I live, so I have been there multiple times. There is never more than 1 person working a register at a time, even when lines get long. If they call over the speaker system for another person to open a register, another person will not show up. They have most everything you'd expect from a rite aid, but the customer service is the worst I've seen from any other Rite Aid. read more

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. A real pleasure to work with. The store staff on the other hand are not exactly helpful. If you do find someone working other than the one or two at the register, they don't normally know where to find the things you ask for so they just send you in a random direction and hope for the best.
