Got my flu shot! This is the first time I've received a flu shot outside of the VA or military in a long time. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked an employee if they were still giving flu shots. She said yes and directed me to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was busy but the employees were attentive and patient. I was able to provide my TriWest information and get my flu shot. Waited ten minutes after to ensure I was fine then I was free to go home. Thank you Walgreens for a pleasant interaction. Also, I've been to this Walgreens many times over the years and the employees are consistent with their service. Very kind. Whether it's getting a passport photo, purchasing at the front counter, sending UPS mail or pharmacy, their service is consistently positive. This pharmacy has to be the worst in the high desert. They text u ur order is ready u get there and it's not. U call in to see if u meds are ready and they say no but give them an hour and they will be. So u know this place all too well and give them two hrs and u get there and guess what not ready again. And when u complain to the pharmacist she just stand's there looking at u like a deer in head lights. Go anywhere else but here. I don't think I've ever had a positive experience at this pharmacy at all and it keeps getting worse. Medication arent ready until 3 days later, no one answers the phones it's extremely rare when they do and they usually have you on hold for half an hour and then hang up, if you have refills apparently they will also wait until your refill expires as well. I waited 2 weeks for my medication and they canceled it and told me to re do it online and by the due date I had nothing and they tell me both medications are expired and they JUST expired yesterday after 2 WEEKS of waiting. And there will ALWAYS be an "insurance delay" by the way. Also when you get to the window, be prepared to stand there staring at them to get helped and look like an idiot and get treated like a burden. Worst service ever. read more

If I could do zero starts I would!!!! There rude there liers and they take foreverrrrr to get your prescription ready. Go any where else but here!!! They claimed there were on hold with the hospital to fix my sons prescription and that was a big lie I was on the line with hospital also and they said " nope no one is on hold and no one has called!" I'm sitting g here next to phone and Walgreens has not called us! I was so upset because there was no way to get my son's prescription. PLEASE, store management, TRAIN YOUR TEAM! Every experience here is a nightmare. Nothing is stocked properly, they leave the stocking templates taped to the racks for weeks at a time (as of 4/22, the EASTER layout was still taped up). The employees don't know where anything in the store is located, but yesterday's Photo Center experience was obnoxious. We ordered prints for pick-up 2 weeks ago. Walked in and gave the guy our Confirmation Number to which he said, "We don't look them up that way." So we told him the last name. He said nothing existed. Then we gave him the phone number: voila! The order. He later told us, he wasn't sure HOW to look up orders by name/confirmation. Only phone number. But he made US feel ignorant the entire time. We decided to give it another shot and ordered Mother's Day cards. The cards should have been Pink and Gold. This is what we got. Immediately, we showed the lady what we ordered. She said she can't fix it but we can hand over the ones we did have for our money back. We paid full price for this crap and didn't want to endure another long process to get nowhere. I highly doubt that your photo center "can't" print pink ink. I am CERTAIN, the team isn't trained to Modify the settings. Please train your team. If this is our experiences, I can imagine how awful they must feel working an 8hr shift at a job they know NOTHING about. Support your people. They deserve better. Your customers do too. Worst experience at this Walgreen Pharmacy... after going back forth with my Doc office and the pharmacy. I finally was told it was ready. So when I got to Walgreens the worker told me something which was not accurate. I responded by saying this back in forth with the Pharmacy is tiresome. I was met with "first of all" in an attempt to try to educate me. Had to stop her and let her know first you don't know the story so why are you coming at me sideways. After explaining what's going on she checked with her SUP and Eureka it was a correct prescription on file. After that I was met with more attitude from the worker. I don't get it... we are paying for these meds which is the reason you have a job. If you don't want to work then don't.(cliche) I want to change but it's by my house if you have options don't go here. Poor customer service at the pharmacy.... Just terrible. read more

don't know why we ever get prescriptions here. last time they couldn't find my sons prescription because guy behind counter couldn't spell my sons name even after I spelled it for him twice his name is Stephen, should have been simple enough. I called for a refill on Friday said it would be ready on Saturday it's Sunday at 2:52 and they still dont have it ready gotta go waste gas again because they are incompeten. if they were buying gas they would have their act together. Bad service. Cannot count on the pharmacy to answer calls. The docs office shows me proof that my prescriptions have been sent over (electronically and fax) but this Walgreens supposedly never gets it? Results in my kids not having the meds they need on time. read more

I switched from Walmart pharmacy to here about a year ago, if not less than that. I thought it would be a much better experience but I was wrong. I understand things can get busy, I really do, but the wait times are so ridiculous that I sometimes spend up to 45 minutes in line even if there are only two people in front of me, whether it be inside or in the drive thru. Today I thought I'd pick up my meds before work as they were ready, and what do you know... they lost it somehow. Told me to sit down and give them a minute or two to refill a new one super quick - that's fine, no big deal, I'll sit down. Fifteen minutes pass and I'm still waiting, I ended up leaving because I had to go to work. I'm gonna switch pharmacies again. I only gave it an extra star because there's one nice pharmacist although I can't remember his name. read more

Pharmacy department has terrible customer service. Called in to check on my refill and also wanted to update my insurance information, the woman that i spoke to kept repeating the same useless information and interrupted me every time i tried to explain myself. Ended the phone call without even finding out if my prescription was ready to be picked up. I have been using walgreens pharmacy for over 8 years at least once a month and the customer service i received was so horrible that i am no longer using walgreens for my prescriptions. My uncle and I called ahead and asked if our photos were developed, get a confirmation from one of the sales associate, and make our way over. On our arrival, we stood by the photo center and were not acknowledged by anyone until I called for a passing sales associate who looked like she didn't want to be there. We asked for our photos but she said nothing and shrugged. We gave her our name but this time she ignored us and called for a manager. As the manager approached us I expected a better attitude due to her position but even the manager was disconnected and unhelpful. In the end, our photos weren't even finished. I'm not one to complain but that by far was just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks Walgreens, we got our photos three months later. read more

I left and tried to purchase wine and looking for Stella Rosa I asked the front cashier with very short hair, female blue eyes, older, where I could fine the Stella Rosa and she says "well idk anything about alcohol" very rudely and obviously wasn't willing to help or say "well I'm not sure but let me try and take a look" noting at all! okay I didn't ask you what you knew about the wine I'm asking about helping me find it!) so I said okay that's fine Thankyou anyways. Then Once I find the wine I go to pay and she asks for everyones ID, I could understand if the young adult with me handed me the money but I'm paying with MY debit Card and it has MY NAME on it to match MY ID... what is the issue? At starters this has never occurred.. If you're not willing to help me that is fine! I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for nearly 10 years!!! I get my prescription here and shop here regularly. I am now switching my prescription pick up locations and NEVER coming back and will never recommend anyone to go to this specific location.
