I went to this location because it's close to a trail I exercise on and I needed some water. The representative that signed me up provided the false notion of singing up for the rewards membership would be a benefit for shopping at the store. It has not provided any additional gain to me other than gas price discount on the gallon. This was the second time the red labels in front of the products do not match the reflected price once at check out. When I confronted the representative about the issue she did not recognize the situation with any solution and proceeded to continue to charge me the non listed price. After I informed her about the issue she purposely did not make any eye contact with me. Even when she handed back my change. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! They are aware of their products falsely being advertised then the initial price of the product! This situation forced me to delete my account and I will never visit this location again. I have been shopping at this location daily for the last 5 years up until now. The soda fountain is always down, due to being broken or out of C02 or syrup. The employees are great at this location, the management is incompetent. I have had mice run across my toes while standing at the counter to pay on two separate occasions. The district manager Joann is absolutely incompetent and incapable of doing her job. She is rude and condescending and I won't give chevron a dime of my money until she is gone. read more

Price gouging is always going on at this specific station. It's cheaper up the road about a mile or so.

Rude terrible customer service. Counter Clerk made me wait for 20 minutes to get a refund for the car wash she said she knew was already not working. Took 11 other people after me. Still didn't help me. Was yelling at the top of her lungs for the other worker to come to the counter. No luck. Something out of a sit. com. That place was always fine. This worker is a wreck. Cares more about her 1 inch false eyelashes than what she is doing. Too many people in line and she became frazzled. Got my lotto tickets wrong too. I have gone to that station for 16 years. As far as I know the only car wash in the Jess Ranch area. Prices same as everywhere else $6, 8 or $10. We got the $10 wash and it did a great job. No issues, though it would be easier to be able to purchase the wash directly at the machine and not have to go inside the gas station and back again. The gas station itself is fine, service ok, prices for gas are a bit higher than everywhere else in the area so I have not bothered filling up. I'm sure I'll be back to wash again though, no lines and fair prices. read more

Rude service. Went there to get gas at the window since the store now closes at 10:30 PM (which is ridiculous), and the cashier took one look at me and kept sweeping the floor as I was waiting outside in the cold weather to pay for my gas. Waited another 30 seconds and he kept sweeping away, so I left. The chevron on Yucca Loma and Apple Valley rd has a nicer staff and better prices anyway. I won't be returning to this Chevron anymore. read more

They have milk which comes in handy on late night stops. I stop here and get a gallon before I head home after a late night because its well lite and safe. They are friendly here and normally not too busy. read more

This station is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Their coffee is always fresh! On my visit I saw one employee wiping down the pumps. I have never seen that at any other gas station. To me, it seems the people working here take pride in their store and keep it looking great! read more
