Nice people, but they are not good at responding to messages. I don't have anything against them. It's just a business and as a business, their job is to charm you and get your money. If you want my advice I will say take your time and shop around. Don't be in a hurry to do anything, and don't be swayed by the niceness. Remember, you only have one body and you worked very hard for your money. Many great doctors have deals and you don't want to miss out. You can also call many places and ask for a quote over the phone without having to physically visit them. Remember, no matter how nice they are, these are businesses and all they want is your money. Pretty pissed! You used to be able to go in for botox and let them k ow how many units you would like. They now treat per area (which is very expensive) . I went in and because the change, the price was going to be doubled if not tripped. Krystal no longer works here which is a bummer as well Won't be back here. Not competitive in my eyes. So if I only need lets say 25 units distributed(which is a perfect result for me) throughout a few areas , (and now thats no longer a choice)I should feel more sophisticated paying more per area at the same price at $10 a unit? I came here for Botox several months ago and it was an amazing experience. Dani did my Botox, he was honest and upfront about how many units I would need. He also told me where he would place them and why that would look best on my face. Needless to say, I love my results! Also, this Botox has lasted longer compared to places I have gone in the past. I booked my appointment for my breast consultation with Dr. Tehrani back in Feb 2019 and had my surgery March 2019. I went in wanting my boobs redone, had them done 10 years ago and had 2 kids since. I wanted much larger implants and more fake looking breasts. Dr. Tehrani suggested 600cc Silicone implants with 50cc of fat grafting, which he took from my sides and stomach. Dr. Tehrani stressed to me the concerns about going too big with my quality of skin. After breastfeeding three children and already having implants before he explained how my skin wouldn't be able to support a heavier implant. I appreciated Dr. Tehrani honesty on this matter. The staff here is very friendly. Office is always clean. Dr. Tehrani is great bedside. He is very nice and really makes you feel comfortable. You never have a long wait in his office, usually seen right at your appointment time unlike other plastic surgeons who overbook and make you wait forever. Simply Phenomenal! After ten years of dealing with droopy eyelids (Blepharoptosis) which caused a major dark spot in the vision of my right eye, I finally have a breath of new life. Because of Dr. Tehrani and his staff...I can see again! Over those ten years my Ophthalmologist gave me 3 referrals to my insurance because my eyelids were obstructing my vision. Each time my insurance carrier DENIED me, calling it "Cosmetic Surgery". So I just gave up. I started trying creams, ointments, scotch tape and even some new fangled stuff that claimed to remove lines, bags and crow's feet in minutes; all it ever did was give me a couple hours of relief at the expense of irritated eyes. I even checked into the cost of having my eyelids/brows pierced so I could put a rod in to hold my eyelids up. Never too late to be a punk rocker I guess ( I am 60+ yrs of age). Then I heard of this amazing Doctor on the Board at St. Mary's Hospital who was a true humanitarian and actually cared for his patients. After getting over my own personal negatives of why I couldn't go (I felt that Plastic Surgery was for women, not men) I decided to stop by. From the moment I arrived at their Apple Valley office, Lacy made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. Being retired, I was also very concerned about the costs involved. I have gone to many different consults for liposuction and not one has ever wanted a fee to have a conversation. To nickel and dime a potential patient only lets me know he will continue to do so if I were their actual patient. I understand wanting to hold a CC in case I bail. However before hand seemed very inelegant of them and diminishes their claim of awesomeness. read more

My experience at Tehrani Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of stellar. Dr. Tehrani, his staff, and the results I get make it worth driving from my home in San Diego to Apply Valley. I had my lips, Botox, and other fillers done by his NP Krystal and I was not disappointed. I was a bit nervous getting my lips injected as I have never had them done before, but she was so light-handed I didn't feel a thing and the results were perfect. Not too big, not too small, but just right. The results were so natural you would never know that I had them done if you hadn't seen me before. I have also had cheek filler, Morpheus 8, as well as Botox done by Dr. Tehrani with the same fabulous results. He is very much a master in his craft, and artist really, and always provides great advice on what he thinks would be best to fit for my face shape and body type. He never tries to oversell, which, is not something I can say for other surgeons. There have been times when I have gone in to see the Dr. with thoughts of doing something more evasive or getting more filler in more areas and he always provides his suggestions on what he thinks would be a better fit and walks me through his whole thought process. I have never gone against what the doc suggests, and I am beyond happy with the results, and of course, having more $$ left in my wallet not having paid for those unnecessary procedures is an added bonus. I would give him a NEGATIVE 5 if I could. I paid $7000 and it's been almost a year and this is what I look like. Tried to get RID of the muffin top instead he just surgically put one in there. My belly button is off centered and super weird. I saw him a total of 3 times. He uses his staff (btw they are SUPER catty and rude) for everything. The only time he's around is for the payment meetings. Save your money and go to LA or Vegas. Worth the extra few miles. This is a $7,000 lesson I've learned and can't believe I was so stupid to get this done by him. read more

Let me start of by saying if I had it to do over again I would have only done a tummy tuck with DR. Tehrani. He did a fabolous job on my tummy tuck. My arms look saggy more then before the surgery with now scars. I had thought this was all because of me, but when I return 16 months later he tries to sell me on a new procedure that pulls back the skin to actually tighten the arm. Mind you I paid over 5k just for my arm lift that was no benefit to me whatsoever. Except now I had to get tattoos to cover the horrible scars. I paid about 14k for a tummy tuck arm lift, bra roll and a little bit of back lipo. I had lost over 100lbs and had alot of hanging skin on my arms and my belly. One side of my belly scar droops. He calls it dog ears. He gave a quote of 10k to fix what his first surgery that I paid for did not do. This was not my 1st experience with a plastic surgeon my sister and I previously had breast reduction in la Jolla California. My surgery was perfect. My sister was not and she had to go back several times but the doctor corrected the issues with no charge. DR tehrani will tell you to wait 6 weeks till it heals and at the 6 weeks when it doesn't heal as promised he will give u a quote to correct what he did wrong or what didn't work. Next time I am going to just drive to la jolla for a surgeon that stands behind his work and makes sure you get what he said he could do. read more

I called to make another appointment for lip fillers and price went up and was told I need to pay $48 to be tested for COVID before I begin my appointment. I was going to give this doctor a try because he's near me. My appointment was a Tuesday at 2 PM. My husband called Monday at 9 AM to cancel the appointment. I was told I would need to cancel within 24 hours. They cannot give me a clear answer about my deposit even though I canceled well before the time. 24 hours after asking about my deposit I was told she still needed to talk to the doctor and that he was in therapy this morning. Even though he supposed to be seeing me at two. A plastic surgeon that's doing therapy no thank you. No wonder he has no pictures at all of breast lift with implant and everyone else has 1 million even though anybody that gives him a bad review what he tries to say is that he teaches all the surgeons.
