The vibe is fun and stylish a good spot to bring your girlfriend or someone special. The menu has a lot of variety, and the food was well prepared, but personally, I wouldn't come here starving. Portions were decent, just not a place I'd go if I was extremely hungry. Drinks were a highlight and definitely add to the overall experience. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a solid brunch spot with good energy. Best enjoyed when you're looking for a relaxed meal, good drinks, and good company rather than a heavy, filling feast.

The menu has changed since new ownership and chef. Much greater variety and in a good way. We were seated on the patio which was spacious and had a nice back yard relaxing feel. Made the dining experience More relaxed and calm. I ordered the Westcoast seafood chowder which was delicious. Good proportions of seafood in the soup and good consistency and texture. I love chowder and this was a good one! The Philly cheese I ordered was packed with cheese as the cheese pull was amazing. Beef could be a bit more tender/ smaller cuts as was a bit hard to bite off but overall still good. Au jus was nice and salty soaked into the bread harmonized and evened it out. I also ordered a side of beef gravy for my fries and it was good thickness and taste. Wife had a Benny with fried chicken on it. I had a small taste and it was good as well. The owner is very nice and made sure at the end to take our comments and feedback. She seems very keen to make her business successful and customers happy. I found the food delicious and service good! Definitely would recommend.

The service was okay, as they did come by to ask how we're doing but they never filled up my water. Our food came relatively quick, and was good. They do have a pot of coffee on all the tables but if you want coffee, you will have to ask for a cup, which then they charge you for coffee. We recommend coming early as it gets busy.

Plenty of tables - you shouldn't have too much trouble with getting a seat - unless maybe during peak breakfast hours. Some soft music playing in the background, you don't really notice it. Food wise was a little disappointing - Hash tasted stale and old - no crisp to them what so ever , temperature was nearly cold for both plates. Eggs were fine - sausage and ham tasted under cooked. The gravy for the steak was quite delicious - the steak itself had a nice crispy outer skin - however beneath that skin tasted like excessively salty mashed potato - I didn't get much of a meat taste out of it. The pancakes also was a disappointment - they were so dry - it honestly was hard to swallow - had to down it with water , or it would constantly be getting stuck in my throat. IHOP Isn't what i remembered it to be. - i will likely skip returning to this one.

It was clean and bright and we got a nice seat by the window. Our server was quick to say hello and take our drink order. I'm always impressed with the breadth of the menu here. I landed on the Seafood Yummy Hash, and hubby had the Big breakfast, again. Coffee and water came first, and we were both delighted at how good the coffee was. Most diner style restaurants have a very burnt tasting coffee but this was very smooth. Off to a good start! Food came out very quickly and looked amazing. Both dishes were beautifully plated, and the fruit on the big breakfast was not a typical canned special. Things took a turn at the first bite though. Taste 10/10, but our food was cold. Like cold, cold which was surprising given the restaurant was mostly empty, and it came out so quick. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and very obviously in-house made, but both of our potatoes were quite literally cold, with some of the baby potatoes being hard in the middle still. The sourdough was also stale, but not just stale in taste, it was almost like it had been toasted well in advance and then plated. The review on the big breakfast remains the same as last time. Sausage was amazing, but the bacon and the ham left something to be desired. The server took some time to return back to our table and check in on us. When she did I told her our food was cold. She just kind of made a face, said oooooh, apologized, and that was it. She also had to be reminded to refill our coffees a second time after asking. The last shock came with the bill. While the prices overall were reasonable for very large servings of food, two black coffees came to $11. I know we raved about them at the beginning of the review, but not sure they were $11 good. Really wanted to love it, but not sure it lived up to expectations this time.
