We walked in and there is a line to pick your food. This is basically a seafood market and they will cook what you pick if you want. The additional cooking fee is $3.00 per pound. I ordered my food to be cooked I was hangry and left with a triple wide big back. My seafood I picked was Alligator, Baby octopus, Basa, Catfish, Jumbo Lobster Tail, Jumbo Tiger prawns, Sea Scallops, and Oysters. I also ordered a bottle of Kim's Crack Sauce. My total damage with cooking fee was $130 it was well worth the price with the amount of food and the seafood per pound is great! I was told it was an hour wait for my food to be cooked and I was totally fine with it. Less than an hour later my food is done and I am handed 2 giant shopping bags full of food and head home. My food was still warm after driving 1.5 hrs home. I dig into the bags and when I tell you they cooked everything to pure perfection and seasoned properly they did their big one.
