The parking lot can be hard to maneuver through but the prices are alright. They have the best tire air refiller.

I cannot recommend the 7-11 on Chain Bridge Road in McLean, VA, highly enough!…read more From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you feel like part of a family rather than just a customer. My husband smokes Lucky Strike Menthol Short Box cigarettes and, without fail, they always have his carton ready the instant they see him park. It's not just efficiency, y'all: it's the genuine warmth they radiate whenever we walk in that makes this particular 7-11 exceptional. You can tell they truly enjoy seeing their regulars - that kind of authentic friendliness is rare these days. One experience perfectly sums up their incredible customer service.. My husband had only purchased a few packs of cigarettes one day, and accidentally left them on the counter. Instead of just letting them sit there our cashier sprinted outside to our car, tapped on the roof to get our attention, and handed my husband his cigarettes with that same bright, welcoming smile. Moments like that 1 where employees go above and beyond with genuine care - are priceless. This McLean 7-11 isn't just a convenience store: it's a shining example of what customer service should be. Every visit leaves us smiling, and we are always grateful for the team there. Truly, places like this don't exist anymore - they deserve all the praise in the world.

You aren't going to get cheap gas here. It's economics. The area is saturated with people so…read moreloaded, that they probably prefer paying more for gas. It defies logic, but have been happy to get gas here. When the car is close to empty several gallons, but I'm not filling up. Just enough to get to an area of somewhat reasonable prices. There are certainly better options. On a plus note off the main road. At night it's well illuminated, so safety and visibility is great. The employees are pretty cool, and the bathroom is what you expect it to be. There is a small convenience store. It is very limited, but am grateful for this Gatorade. The heat is on with that sun, so appreciate getting an electrolyte beverage here.

Looking at his fuel gauge, he decided to stop at the next gasoline station and fill up. About 15 minutes later, he spots a Mobil station and pulls over to the high octane pump. "What can I do for ya'll?" asks the attendant. "Fill 'er up with high test," replies the driver. While the attendant is filling up the tank, he's looking the car up and down. "What kinda car is this?" he asks. "I never seen one like it before." "Well," responds the driver, his chest swelling up with pride, "This, my boy is a 2001 Cadillac DeVille." "What all's it got in it?" asks the attendant. "Well," says the driver, "It has everything. It's loaded with power steering, power seats, power sun roof, power mirrors, AM/FM radio with a 10 deck CD player in the trunk with 100 watts per channel, 8 speaker stereo, rack and pinion steering, disk brakes all around, leather interior, digital instrument package, and best of all, a 8.8 liter V12 engine." "Wow," says the attendant, "That's really something!" "How much do I owe you for the gasoline?" asks the driver. "That'll be $30.17," says the attendant. The driver pulls out his money clip and peels off a $20 and a $10. He goes into his other pocket and pulls out a handful of change. Mixed up with the change are a few golf tees. "What are those little wooden things?" asks the attendant. "That's what I put my balls on when I drive," says the driver. "Wow," says the attendant, "Those Cadillac people think of everything!" --------------- Cool --------------- only during the winter. --------------- FTR --------------- In the box

That reduces blood pressure. Finishing off a cup of coffee from there, that I bought an hour ago. Hot and fresh. All of the employees are polite and friendly. Only complaint is minor, and that's they don't have a huge candy aisle. Some might like that. Yet they have everything else, including hot dogs or snacks. Parent owner Southland Corporation has done well. My son prefers this location, as their slurpee machines are working.

Growing up I'd ride my bike here, pick up a Slurpee or a Big Gulp and some beef jerky or some "fresh" nachos. As I grew into a car driving teenager I'd still stop in for a soda and while trying to sneak a glimpse of the latest Playboy or Penthouse before those mags were stored in opaque plastic bags. A lot has changed since those simpler times, I'm no longer a man trapped in a boy's body...I've since become a boy trapped in a man's body. But how much has really changed since then? Not much. Now I'll stop by for some ice, a six pack of beer and maybe a lottery ticket or two... If I'm feeling really nostalgic, I'll pick up some beef jerky just to relive the good 'ol days when I used to watch the "Wonder Years" on TV and way before I had to worry about a mortgage. Thankfully that Sleven is still there, a bit of my old childhood.
