I've been coming here for years now and I'm definitely a fan, but what the hell, I'll give it 5…read morestars because, it's my go-to place and in my experience much cheaper than the dealer when it comes to repairs. Pros: - The service station (vice gas station) is very knowledgeable on Japanese imports - They seem pretty honest. In my experience, they told me all my options and allowed me to make a choice instead of assuming everything needed to be replaced. - the mechanics in the garage are meticulous and know there stuff [1] - KC is awesome! He is friendly and really knows his stuff [2] - Like most, if not all Sunocos, they have 4 grades of gas. [3] Cons: - Located behind Trader Joes, so a little difficult to spot. If it weren't for the big sign displaying the price, you might never know a gas station was there. - They could work on smiling more and making you feel like a valued customer. [1] I once asked for a wrench so I could tighten up a loose bolt on my battery terminal. The mechanic asked me what kind of car I had, which I thought was a bit odd, but it's because he wanted to give me the exact fitting wrench! He certainly knew his stuff. [2] the auto-tensioner on my timing belt snapped and my car died. The Honda dealership wanted to charge me for about the value of my car to replace everything (practically giving me a new engine). KC did the repair for half the cost by repairing only what he thought was damaged...the auto-tensioner and timing belt. The dealership wanted to give me a new values, but KC knew that the pistons in this interference engine, had notches etched into them so that the valves don't get smashed up when not operating in VTEC mode. Immediately after getting it repaired, my Prelude felt a bit rough. He assured me that over time the belt would loosen up and run smoother. I'm happy to report it's exactly as he said, and my engine runs much smoother. [3] Their 3rd grade is 91 Oct. which is the equivalent of Premium gas elsewhere, so the gas is usually cheaper than across the street (which is different that what I wrote in my first review).

Drove up, service bay was empty, paid my $20, exam completed in 15 minutes. Failed initial exam…read morebecause of one worn out tire. Manager explained I could come back after the tire was replaced, drive right up to the service bay, have the tech eyeball the new tire, and for $1 more the tech would issue the new inspection sticker - 5 minutes tops. Came back the following Saturday at 1:03 pm -- the tech had departed three minutes earlier. Manager said I could come back during regular weekday business hours 800 am - 500 pm. THE BAD: The next Monday, I got out of work early, rushed to the station, got there at 445 pm. The tech had placed a "last car" placard on the car in the service bay. I asked if he could take a few minutes to look at the new tire and issue the sticker, as the manager told me was possible. The tech was a complete jerk, repeating over and over "Last Car, Last Car, Last Car." I told him what the manager had told me - should only be a 5 minute task. Again, "Last Car, Last Car, Last Car." And then another tech chimed in to ask why I came at 445 - I said because I had to work, and left work early to catch them before their scheduled closing time of 5 pm. Got in a shouting match with that jerk too. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHIC, like talking to stupid children. What could have taken 5 minutes and turned me into a happy, loyal customer turned into a shouting match with stubborn idiots. AVOID this location. Go somewhere else where they actually value their customers and provide decent service.

You aren't going to get cheap gas here. It's economics. The area is saturated with people so…read moreloaded, that they probably prefer paying more for gas. It defies logic, but have been happy to get gas here. When the car is close to empty several gallons, but I'm not filling up. Just enough to get to an area of somewhat reasonable prices. There are certainly better options. On a plus note off the main road. At night it's well illuminated, so safety and visibility is great. The employees are pretty cool, and the bathroom is what you expect it to be. There is a small convenience store. It is very limited, but am grateful for this Gatorade. The heat is on with that sun, so appreciate getting an electrolyte beverage here.

Looking at his fuel gauge, he decided to stop at the next gasoline station and fill up. About 15 minutes later, he spots a Mobil station and pulls over to the high octane pump. "What can I do for ya'll?" asks the attendant. "Fill 'er up with high test," replies the driver. While the attendant is filling up the tank, he's looking the car up and down. "What kinda car is this?" he asks. "I never seen one like it before." "Well," responds the driver, his chest swelling up with pride, "This, my boy is a 2001 Cadillac DeVille." "What all's it got in it?" asks the attendant. "Well," says the driver, "It has everything. It's loaded with power steering, power seats, power sun roof, power mirrors, AM/FM radio with a 10 deck CD player in the trunk with 100 watts per channel, 8 speaker stereo, rack and pinion steering, disk brakes all around, leather interior, digital instrument package, and best of all, a 8.8 liter V12 engine." "Wow," says the attendant, "That's really something!" "How much do I owe you for the gasoline?" asks the driver. "That'll be $30.17," says the attendant. The driver pulls out his money clip and peels off a $20 and a $10. He goes into his other pocket and pulls out a handful of change. Mixed up with the change are a few golf tees. "What are those little wooden things?" asks the attendant. "That's what I put my balls on when I drive," says the driver. "Wow," says the attendant, "Those Cadillac people think of everything!" --------------- Cool --------------- only during the winter. --------------- FTR --------------- In the box

At first I was thrilled as the service manager was nice enough and I enjoyed going there. -This past weekend it changed dramatically and NOPE will never go back. Backstory- called roughly 2 weeks ago because my car needed some items done. We agreed that because the parking lot is small, I'd swing the car over to have them look at it so they could order the parts Saturday- stopped in and someone I've never seen before essentially refused to look at my broken mirror. Saying "well I can tell you now you need a new mirror" ironic considering he hadn't step foot from behind the counter. As he was "too busy" LUCKILY A SHOP WASNT "TOO BUSY"- walked out of there vowing to never go back and called another shop in Falls Church. The gentleman said "bring it on by. Happy to look at it" went to that shop and the nice guy not only looked at it but showed me the parts online to order (spoiler I don't need a new mirror) so I could save money from buying through a dealer. He then went as far as to remove the hanging pieces so they wouldn't damage the paint In conclusion- Schmitz managed to lose out on a broken mirror (purchase and replacement) fixing the cable for the gas tank, oil change, emissions and state inspection, and a car wash all because the guy "was too busy" I suggest finding other places that value customers
