Service is slow and unpleasant. The kiosk didn't seem to work, and none of the employees seemed overly interested in working either.

If I could give them zero stars I would, please pick a different mcdonalds nearby and don't go here. I ordered online along with my grandmother who also ordered on the mobile app (I did it for her so I know there was no user error) and when we got to the window they let us to the second window to get our food. The window person served the items on her screen too early and had to wait for a manager to come help her see that yes we did order two different orders and we told her exactly what it was but she did not believe us and had to wait for the manager to show it before we got our food. We then pull out and notice after eating that we were charged full price instead of the price we were shown to be charged on the mobile app meaning she somehow took off our coupons and then charged us full price....... Multiple cars left impatiently, staff is talking to eachother and struggled to make a coke??? I thought using a soda machine would be common knowledge for a mcdonald's worker... i guess not. I'm a regular in the Tatnuck area and rarely stop here but was in desperate need of a quick coffee and stopped one early afternoon. At 12:45 PM, with one car in front of me and one behind me, I ordered a black coffee and two double cheeseburgers. I paid, received my coffee and was asked to pull forward to the white line. I watched the 4-5 cars behind me receive food and leave. Some were also asked to park. The attendant kept asking if I was whom ordered the happy meals, quarter pounders, etc. Then a pause in drive-thru customers, two more cars served, and one more asked to park. I occasionally stop by this McDonald's after class (usually around noon) to get something quick and cheap to eat and it's usually pleasant with the older crew working. They take accurate orders and hand the bag out with the correct items right as you drive up to the second window. That would give this McDonald's five stars, however... I also occasionally stop by this McDonald's late at night after a long day when I'm too tired to make my own food at home. At this time, the older crew have gone home and the teenagers are now the ones "working". The guy at the speaker mumbles in an almost inaudible tone so I either have to assume what he's trying to say or ask him over and over to repeat himself. When asked to pull up to the second window, we were greeted with the creepiest guy who attempted to hit on both me and my sister. He wouldn't stop staring and it made us extremely uncomfortable. Inside the restaurant there was an awful lot of screaming and yelling from employees who were having too much of a "good time". One of the female employee's boyfriend hopped the counter and proceeded to "party" with the rest of the gang. The food we ordered (a simple McDouble) took 15 minutes to make for some reason. I know for a fact that it does not take that long to cook two patties and to put them together. There was no one in the lobby ordering food and no one else in the drive through, so what gives? When we were finally handed our bag, the guy refused to give it to us unless we said please. What the hell? All we wanted was our food, not to be talked to like that. I suppose he sensed how irritated we were getting and gave us the bag. The burger was sloppily put together and after all that time, cold. This McDonalds is a decent place to go to in the morning, but proceed with caution and a hungry stomach if you choose to go here at night. read more

So a few months back I came here and was very upset with how long my drive thru wait time was - well over 10 minutes maybe even 15 minutes ... But have stopped in many times before that and always a ping wait time - just got a coffee anyways write a complaint because quite frankly got sick of it ... Threw one out only could eat 1/2 of the other .. Yet more money wasted on this sh*tty place . Not sure why they can't get there stuff together I have given this place countless "redos" but you can't win food stinks or staff stinks long wait times ... Not sure how he stays in business to be honest . Extremely clean. Courteous employees and a large customer base. The managers are always available. One of the best. It is what it is. Fast food served hot. Give it another shot. For fast food, it's okay. The fries are average and their meats are average. My biggest gripe is the fact that there are constant errors. I order a McChicken with no mayo, that should not be messed up! It's less work for them, so they should just do it. So we stopped in this morning for breakfast, what a monumentally bad decision. You wouldn't think this would be so hard, but here's what happened and to quickly sum it up, I'm still starving.... We go in, on the way to work, my friend orders her food first, she ordered 2 round eggs and 2 sausages (basically a sausage mcmuffin with no bun and no cheese). Then I order mine, 2 round eggs with cheese (basically an egg mcmuffin no bun no ham). Go over to wait for food, my friend (thankfully) got hers with in 2 minutes. Then about 10 people order after me, one who was 2 people behind me was an employee at that location and everyone working had to drop what they were doing so they could joke around and talk to her (but lucky her she was the next person to get her food after my friend even though she was TWO people behind me). Then I stood there continuing to wait...and watched literally everyone in line behind me get their food, and who knows how many people in the drive through. I watched the little timer on the order screen as I had nothing to do while I stood there and waited, and once it hit 10 minutes I just was mad and sick of waiting (and my friend I was with was already nearly done waiting and surprise we had things to do that didn't include waiting forever for food or we would've gone to a real restaurant with real food). So I called the lady over who was handing out the orders to everyone and said you can just go ahead and cancel this order, she said oh I can have them make it next (next AFTER the 10 people behind me?) I said no my friend already finished eating and we have things to do. So she said fine and walked away, so I did as well because I'm really pissed off at this point (as they didn't even TRY to offer an apology!) went over to watch my friend finish her meal. Told her what happened, she said, did you get your money back, I said no they didn't seem to give a crap, and she made me go back up to get a refund (again no apology nothing, the person didn't even speak just handed me the money and walked away). The fellow employee who was 2 people behind me had already finished HER food and was walking out at this point, must be nice, I'm now stuck being hungry all day! Now, I could possibly entertain the idea that in fast food when you order something "off menu" it confuses the workers and this is the problem, except for the fact that my friend who was with me, did exactly that and got her food right away. There was literally no excuse for this except pure incompetence (and to be fair I did hear the lady who was handing out orders ask at least 5 times for 2 round eggs with cheese to the -I guess- "assembly" staff who just flat out ignored her each time) but really unprofessional, and a really horrific experience (as I said I'm now hungry for the day because we only allotted enough time to stop quickly and grab McD's bfast before work). This is actually my first visit to McDonalds in a few years, I actively avoided them for a really long time because of instances like this. Clearly not long enough. If you really like McDonalds and have to have it, I would at least suggest going to a different location because this one is just tremendously bad. The service is bad, many people had to come BACK up to the counter to ask for things like ice for their drink, ketchup, sweet tea etc because nothing was stocked, but honestly 10 people after me get served first? They are absolutely awful. There is always a wait on the window to place the order. The staff focus more on talking to each other rather then serving the customers. 90% of the time don't get the entire order. I hope the management steps in because they are in a horrible shape. This McDonalds could be better in service, the few whom serve are good, however there are more negative visits than positive for my time's going to this location. 70% of the time they screw up my order. But this is not to say all employees whom served me are horrible, in fact I had an order that was screwed up massively and when I called to complain, a female Manager was kind enough to Comp my next visit of the same order I originally made. So my final assessment is that if you visit this location, just be sure (EXTREMELY Sure) that you have the right order before walking out the door or driving away from the "Drive-thru". Other than the mess up in my order, these employees are very friendly and willing to correct the mistakes they made. read more
