I been waiting here so long long for my damn crunch wrap and they be taking so damn long I'm so hungry they suck

If bad taste were an art form, this Taco Bell/KFC would be the Louvre except every piece is a blank canvas and somebody smeared fryer oil on it. I walked in hungry and left with a PhD in poor decisions. The smell when you enter is that distinct "we've been frying the same oil for three different managers" aroma. The floor was sticky, the tables looked like they'd been auditioning for a crime scene, and the staff moved with the enthusiasm of people who'd all agreed to a group nap. Food? A masterclass in disappointment. The chicken arrives looking like it lost a fight with a toaster and won a participation trophy. Texture: an identity crisis. Flavor: a sad whisper of salt and whatever time spent under a heat lamp tastes like. The Taco Bell items were limp and unimaginative tortilla with filler, lettuce that had given up on life, and meat that tasted like it'd been outsourced to the void. Drinks were a flat suggestion of carbonation. The soda machine's "choices" were basically variations on disappointment. Asking for extra napkins felt like proposing marriage dramatic, unnecessary, and met with suspicion. And the bathroom.... oh boy. Calling it "functional" is generous. It was a bleak reminder that somewhere, someone decided standards were optional. No soap, paper towels like confetti, and a mirror that reflected all my worst life choices back at me. This place doesn't just miss the mark it forgot there was a target. It's the kind of establishment that makes you revaluate your ability to judge restaurants. It's not merely bad service or bad food; it's an experience designed to humble you. If you value your palate, your dignity, or your time, steer very, very wide. Eat literally anything else even cold cereal from a gas station aisle would be an upgrade. This location isn't just a bad meal; it's a crash course in why patience is not always a virtue this place really has to shut down for good I wouldn't go back to this place if the last taco on Earth was being served here for free I'd rather chew gravel, wash it down with fryer grease, and still call it a better meal. read more

this place is heaven. my friends and i were so hungry and the food came so quickly and we gobbled it ALL up. kudos to the workers they were awesome this is such a cute little spot. WILL be coming back soon. read more

Attempted to pick up an Uber Eats delivery here. The employees are useless and rude, clearly don't care about their jobs. But it's Worcester and that's kind of what you expect right? I am now refusing deliveries from this location because...it's not worth it to wait to have their employees ask you who's order you're there for after 10 minutes of standing around. I saw a gentleman picking up his food while I was there and he said to them "Have a good night!" Not one of them responded. Rude and tasteless employees, you should probably clean house. read more

I asked for 3 of the black bean chalupas and they gave me taco meat. I am vegetarian :( I am not a food critic, I just want the store to know they made me unhappy. My friend ate the chalupas but now I am hungry :( read more

Taco Bell / KFC - the deceptive chalupa - Fast Food Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

I came here right before the lunch rush. My burrito was probably the best they ever made it. Everything was hot and just right for what it is. I had to give this location 5 star because it was by far the best food and service I've gotten at a Taco Bell since the beginning of time. read more

i order my food, and an hour minutes later I was still waiting for my food I will never be coming back here worst service ever

horrible!! NEVER go here!! everything sucks and people are rude, stupid and everything is ridiculously overpriced

I give one star only so my review will post, otherwise ZERO Stars - for this specific location. Twice I went to the drive thru and twice they got it wrong. Like, blatantly wrong ... no biscuits when we ordered biscuits... No gravy for the mashed potatoes. I called and left a message - NO CALL BACK. I will NEVER go to this location again as this has happened twice where I have paid for food and not received it. read more

So you guys can renovate the store but can't fill a damn taco?! I got 4 tacos tonite and they all looked like this. This is a fucking joke. read more

Taco Bell / KFC - Regular taco - Fast Food Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

Ordered a $40 meal from here and they sent us absolutely everything wrong. It would've been fine if they fixed it but no one answered the phone after trying for a while. Unprofessional and can't do their jobs. read more

Beautiful new restaurant. Immaculate bathrooms and floor. In the past I was very disappointed with the food here but I figured it was worth a try. One day I tried taco Bell. I bought a double chalupa box. My order was filled fairly quickly but when I got it home I realized very quickly that everything was about half-full. The taco was about two bites. The double chalupa was a little better but the cinnamon twists barely came halfway up the rapper, maybe four or five total twists and half of them didn't have any cinnamon on them. Another day I tried KFC. Bought a famous bowl. It was about three-quarters full but all the chicken was barely edible. So hard that I thought I was going to break a tooth. Definitely worth driving across town to the KFC that has good food. read more

Didn't have any problems with this taco bell. We came here after class/studying and ordered a bunch of stuff. Tasted fresh and delicious. Esp. the potato stuffed wrap. That's probably my favorite. Wasn't too fond of the chicken quesadilla. It tasted kind of blah and very processed. Mashed potatoes from KFC was very good as usual. read more

The big Spanish guy with long hair and a pony tail doesn't even know the menu yet argues with customers. He refuses to believe that they sell rice and beans. Dude you're an idiot! read more

The drive thru is a bit slow and the service is spotty at times but every worker is always polite. And most importantly, you can't beat the food. Still the best value out there if you ask me. read more

Updated review After months I got a bad craving for tacos so I gave them another chance....big mistake! Once again I ask for no beef on my burrito and nachos, and once again they are covered in beef! I have never worked in the taco making industry, but I have made tacos for people at home before and personally I don't find it to be that difficult! Why this Taco Bell is quite literally the worst ever is beyond me! Absolutely pathetic read more

if I could, I'd just give it a 0. rude service, and the tacos were AWFUL. the shells themselves smelled like stale peanuts, and tasted worse. completely threw off the meal. I drove out of my way for Taco Bell, and those were the worst tacos I've ever had. I went to a gas station and bought a grilled cheese sandwich that was significantly better. embarrassing. do NOT recommend this location at all read more

If I could give them no stars I would!! They gave me a chalupa with no meat in it they hired a bunch of crashes in the kitchen there hiring process must be a joke and the training must b shyt read more

This location is a privately owned franchise, not corporate owned, so the promotions that run on the official website or app won't be found here, they don't follow corporate pricing. Example the free Doritos Locos taco on Tuesday, they only do it from 2pm-6pm at this location. Another is the cravings pack, they don't have it at this location. read more

Every time I have gone to this restaurant they have messed up my order. I refuse to go back here.

I usually don't waste my time writing reviews, but holy ****, that Taco Bell location is trash. The girl who works the drive thru does not let you finish your order. That smirk she gave me was uncalled for. Taco Bell, you are losing $$$$ read more

Don't fuggin go to this shot a$$ place. Unless you want to $hit out of your mouth. I don't know why the health department hasn't shut this $hit whole the fugg down..... The employees after midnight got my order wrong after three times of replacing their wrong order, taking back each wasteful wrong order they made and replacing it with another wrong order. I asked for a bean burrito fresco style. Meaning "no dairy" add guac and they give me a cold bean burrito with cheese. I am lactose intolerant. After we gave it back they demanded I give it back to replace it with a bean burrito with cold beans, and a $hit wrap job. read more

Okay so I love Taco Bell and I now a lot of people are saying its bad service but I personally think that they do a okay job. I usually just get 2 tacos and a drink and they don't really mess up. The problem only is that I don't put cheese on my taco and sometimes there is cheese in my taco. read more

Worst Taco Bell on the planet! I have never had so many issues on more than one visit. I feel like I ask for something like no lettuce or no sour cream and the just say ok and don't actually put it in. Will never go here again and I suggest others to do the same! read more

Worst Taco Bell / KFC ever. Not worth visiting even if you are drunk. They will disappoint you every time. I've given them so many chances because they are the only one around here. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. They win the prize for the worst restaurant of any kind in Worcester. read more

Laquan you severely disappointed me. I faced a whole new level of sadness at around 8:42 pm April 5, 2016, my senior year of life. All I wanted today was a star burst freeze, the anticipation and the lust for this precious drink was all that steered me through the halls of my senior center. Dearest Laquan when I rolled up to your magic box of lies and disappointment, the love for my star burst freeze poured of me only to be stomped on with hateful truth " we don't do that here". "Really!?" Erupted from my inner soul. I couldn't contain myself, I felt as if all I had to live for was taken from me and replaced with pure disappointment. This is America Laquan, and I don't appreciate the feeling that you made me feel. One day, Laquan, I will end you. read more
