The shrimp they used was tasty and wholesome. Fish wasn't bad, the beef tongue had lots of flavor too. Only downfall to the tacos here was I thought the tortilla wasn't as moist as I liked. Still tasty though. Huge plus to Betos is they have shrimp and fish compared to Taco Caliente (another local spot). And they also open on Sunday.
