The waitresses are horrible they don't even have the audacity to greet you on way in truly amateur hour. Service was amateurish, but this isn't a fine dining establishment. Greeted with chips and excellent ( fresh) salsa. Too many choices on the menu, things I wasn't familiar with, so elected to go with a standby. Dining companion and I both ordered fajitas, perhaps a huge mistake is a place named after tacos. My daughter ordered shrimp fajitas...came out in a hot platter with sauteed onions and red peppers, with a side dish of refried beans, salad, rice and guac. I ordered the three fajita platter, shrimp, steak, and chicken. Out came a fairly generous hot platter of the 3 proteins, with exactly one slice of onion and one pepper. WTH, fajitas should be meat and veggies. Had to ask the server numerous times for tortillas to accompany our meal. My companion enjoyed her shrimp, as I did mine. Unfortunately the experience with the steak and chicken was not as enjoyable, the meat was so dry and overcooked was virtually impossible to chew and swallow. I've had better fajitas at Chili's and other chain restaurants. Skipped dessert, received the bill which included a $7 "service fee," which the server was unable to explain, thought it was an automatic tip. That's too bad, because it did amount to less than my normal gratuity, but if this is the game they're playing, do be it. All and all a disappointing meal and a disappointing dining experience. Cannot understand the consistently high ratings, unless patrons are not ordering fajitas. After the Greendale mall closing, Tacos Mexico is back in Worcester. This time right next to the Pho Da Kao Vietnamese restaurant. Parking is easy if not busy. They offer takeout and dine-in services now. Definitely caught me off guard there since I was use to the old takeout only at Greendale Mall and the Auburn Mall location. Solid options on their menu and reasonably priced. We had tacos and flan. The tacos were great--very tasty. My family loved the flan too. Since they have just opened, service was a bit slow and needed some experience there. But overall staff was very kind. Enjoy your visit if you stop in. Cheers read more

It's either a hit or miss. No in between. I always get Lolo's Bandeja and They either give everything included or you open it up and you're missing something. Sometimes they'll substitute what's missing, but most of the time they won't. Lately I've started ordering an empanada on the side to be safe or else I'll be left disappointed and still hungry. read more

So the food was so good and the service was top notch. If you've had it in the Auburn mall or Greendale mall, same folks. Really good. The thing you gotta spot check though - They have a sit-down service charge and also charged us $1.50 for tap water. Wasn't something I was expecting, just keep that in mind. Solid spot. Stopped in for a quick bite with a buddy of mine. We sat at the bar and we both had 3 tacos and a margarita. I had a pork taco, a chicken taco & a beef taco. They came on corn tortillas. The bartender was friendly and chatted with us a bit. He made us some delicious coconut margarita as well. I'll definitely pop back in especially since it's so close to home. read more

We got three things and everything was awful. For the Queso and Chips: the chips were VERY stale and the queso was cold and the consistency of milk. For the Chimichanga, none of the ingredients were right. For the Enchiladas the protein was wrong and other ingrediants as well.
