this place is outrageous. went through the drive thru 8/5/26 at 10pm, used a code for a $6 10 piece meal and also got a bacon quarter pounder meal, got the nuggets two drink and one fry, paid full price for both meals even though the code was used. the fries are STALE as hell as if they have been sitting there since noon, nuggets were also stale like they'd been there for at least 3 hours but not as bad as the fries, forced myself to eat the nuggets as this was supposed to be my dinner but can't make myself eat the fries because of how stale they are. this is ridiculous and stuff like this keeps happening over and over again at this location. use a code and still pay full price and then don't even receive everything i paid for and didn't notice until i got home or i would have went right back through the drive thru to at least get the other missing fry that would have also been stale asf. do something about this and your employees who clearly give no f*cks about your customers. absolutely sick of this type of stuff happening. and mind you i was the ONLY person in the drive thru and there was no one inside but workers and i waited and the food window for at least 5 minutes before getting my food and drinks and still got stale food and had missing items. read more

I ordered off door dash and I got a spicy crispy sandwich meal, for one I AM PREGNANT NOW WORRIED WHAT I JUST ATE. The spicy crispy sandwich tasted fine my drink fine but I was just enjoying the french fries and it started off with one it tasted like mold or like it was left out for way too long I immediately spit it out and I ignored it at first just wanting to eat the rest of the fries but when I started to get to the bottom of the box it just ruined my entire meal It wasn't just 1 or 2 after the third I just had to throw the rest away in fear I would get food poisoning if I keep trying to eat them i didn't see no mold but I sure could taste something was not right at all. they need to do something with how much they put out to serve with in a spand of time if it not that busy I use to work at a McDonald's so I kinda know how they operate and Id get my ass chewed for over stocking i know this is a health hazard and they need to get checked for it. I was extremely impressed with this very busy McDonald's. I was concerned there would be a delay in placing my order at the counter and getting my food. I was wrong on both concerns. I walked to the counter and placed my order immediately. I seated myself and responded to a text message and my food arrived. The associate said she was sorry for the delay. There wasn't any delay; I don't know how it could have been any quicker. I had the big breakfast which includes four food items. Each item was the proper temperature and fresh. The beverage bar, condiment area, restroom and dining room were exceptionally clean. I was very satisfied with my experience. read more

If you don't stop here for some McDonald's coffee (consistently decent when there's no fancy foo-foo coffee available) then you'll have to wait until exit 244, Roscommon, and then you'll have to drive 3.5 miles east to get to it. It has been remodeled and has all the charm of a grade school cafeteria. The once "North Woods" decor has been stripped to plastic chairs and horendous bare walls. The center piece fireplace is history. They have installed kiosks to place your order. Now about the food. The famous Fillet- o-fish is now a substandard and sloppily constructed NASTY tasting Pollack, not the Cod that brought this sandwich to fame. On a high note, they have Vernors. read more

We don't go to to McDonalds for superior customer service. I entered and waited at the counter about a minute or two before the manager (Don?) walked out and noticed us, but went back to whatever he was doing without acknowledging us, as though it were so busy he had no time to say hello. He had to be prompted by a coworker (aka an actual leader) to take our order. He did not return my "hello" rather just asked what we wanted and said nothing else. I'm admittedly splitting hairs here, but it's a pet peeve of mine when customers treat me like a vending machine rather than a person. And this should NEVER be the attitude of the employee. You suck Don. The fries were pretty cold, but I would not really have cared otherwise. My dad and I were not greeted by anyone in this particular McDonalds. When we walked in and went to the the register the woman taking our order did not make eye contact or greet us. My dad proceeded to place our order and when he told the woman clearly and slowly what we wanted, he ended up having to repeat himself three times, and the woman at the register kept repeating the wrong information back to us. We then received our items and one of our drinks was correct, but the other was only filled 3/4 of the way up and when you pay for a large, one expects to receive the equivalent to a large. We then received our food only to find that the food was not cooked correctly even though my dad had to repeat himself three times to the woman at the register. This mcdonalds is all about money! Very pricey! For a large drink it's $1.50 instead of $1 at other Mcdonalds, the .49 cent vanilla cones are $1 if you want it in a cup! I Would not come here again! I don't recommended this restaurant to anybody. read more
