I've read 20 reviews, mostly negative, and I don't see it. Yes, the tables and chairs are unstable, at best. The donuts are terrific and the coffee is up to specs. The staff here were very pleasant. The lines weren't long at all. All the products they offer were smartly displayed. We even had a rare (for us) breakfast sandwich that turned out just fine. I grew up Canadian and understand the food concept so maybe I'm more accepting. None of the horror stories happened to us at this location so we give it a nice thumbs-up. Do work on the furniture, however. 03/24 read more

workers were rude, my bagel has no cream cheese, my hash brown is cold, and the workers like slamming your bagels on the counter and saying cussing. it's the guy with the long hair and bun making the food. only him by the way. read more

the staff was friendly, the place itself is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. the coffee was not up to standards (they served a hot drink in a plastic cup). the bathrooms were also filthy. would not recommend going to this location. read more

I stopped into my local Tim Horton's in West Branch this morning for coffee and donuts. There were six employees behind the counter and I waited five minutes and never got waited on. I walked out and the customer that was in front of me walked out as well. I regularly visit this establishment so I was extremely disappointed with this lack of service. read more

I have been in a line for over 15 min and barley moving haven't even ordered yet. In drive through and staff was nice and drink was good but it took way to long. Has a very bland exterior and looks kinda old. read more

This place needs staff or you can plan on waiting 40 minutes minimum. I would avoid this place at all costs. Stood in line for 20 min and another 20 minutes to get my food. I feel bad for the staff here they are way understaffed read more

I had a good experience don't sit and eat though very uncomfortable they need to replace all the chairs and tables

Crazy slow, not very busy but still took an extraordinary amount of time out of my day to make our drinks while our food sat on the counter. Looking into the drive through window I could tell that no one was doing anything with a full line of cars behind us and no team work or really work at all was going on. The employee did care if I liked my drink because he let me taste it before he gave it to me. Food is okay but speed is so slow it's funny. read more

horrible would avoid! Slowest drive thru I've ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for a bagel with one car in front of us. The guy over the speaker seemed like he hated his life. So many other options around to go too! don't go here. read more

I've never really had a bad experience here. fantastic customer service and the food quality is pretty on par. I always stop by on my way through West Branch read more

Too bad this Tim Horton's is not as good as the others where we have eaten. (The only others have all been in Canada). This one only had chicken noodle soup or chili available, neither of which I wanted. They were not busy but still managed to mess up my order. The wrap was not fresh and barely warm. To make up for the messed up the order, I was given some Tidbits. They were good. Since we are traveling, we won't be back, but I also will not recommend stopping here. There are too many other choices. read more

Filthy and slow to the point of absurdity. Also manages to burn both the baffles as well as the biscuits. Ladies bathroom had a bag of trash from the trash bin the middle of floor along with paper strewn around. Restaurant floor around registers and floor near tables filthy and need to be swept. Every table needled to be wiped down. Visit was at 930 am on 7/4 read more

All the tables and floors in the restaurant were dirty. Restroom was disgusting with paper on the floor and urine all over both toilet seats. There were at least four people working at the time with very light customer business so no excuse for the business to be in this sad of shape. Will not be returning anytime soon. read more

So disappointed at this Tim Horton's. Driving home from UP and needed a caffeine fix. Got my usual order of Medium coffee with 3 creams and got what seemed like just a medium cup of all-creams, no coffee. Sadly I was already in the highway for my 3 hour drive home. Wasted that cup of coffee (or should I say, cream!) read more

The building went up during the summer of 2012. Now it's open, and it's a Tim Horton's with a Cold Stone Creamery (ice cream!) For some reason, when hubby is passing through West Branch, he wants ice cream. Doesn't even matter if it's winter. The boy wants to scream for ice cream. We usually stop at the gas station, which sells ice cream inside. But last time they had cones that fell apart even as they ice cream was being pressed into them. So hubby was willing to try something else. Cold Stone Creamery makes decent ice cream. Hubby had dark chocolate peppermint. He said he was hoping for a bit more peppermint. I had a taste. Fudgy! I decided on Strawberry Mango Banana Sorbet. It was a bit sweet, but I wanted fruit flavors. The cones were substantial, came wrapped in paper, and had that lovely caramel flavor. Doesn't hurt that it's a Tim Horton's, too. You can get soup /sandwich and either donuts or ice cream for dessert, all in one place. Open 24/7. read more

Was really glad to see a Horton's opening outside the metro areas where they usually appear in the US. This is becoming a regular coffee stop for me on the way up north. But experiences with service are mixed. Sometimes the place seems desperately short staffed, with one person working and tending to both drive through and counter orders. I've waited up to five minutes to place an order when I was the only one at the counter. Hopefully this place can build up its staff and work through some of these kinks. read more

I've only been to Tim Horton's but 3 times in my life. The last time was on my way up north. We made a pit stop here and I was sorely disappointed. The bathroom was filthy, the restaurant was filthy, there were flies hanging around, my donut was stale and the wait was obnoxiously long. I think it's fair to say they need a new manager at this location. Worst food experience in a long while. read more

Driving from Saginaw to Traverse City we saw the sign for a Tim Horton's off this exit and stopped to grab a few drinks and 9 pm. When I checked in on Yelp I couldn't believe it only had 1-star. Once we pulled up to the drive-in window we quickly realized why. Having been to several 100 Tim Horton's in the US and Canada I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and respect that the man in the drive-thru window portrayed. In the two minutes we were in line (we were the only car) waiting for a coffee and hot chocolate he said the 'F' word to us four times. How can anybody working a drive-thru window think that's ok? And he thought it was funny. The man, who was an older gentleman, saw that we were driving a large diesel four-wheel drive vehicle and could tell that we went fishing. He said "You guys are a bunch of f--king rich guys aren't you?" Next up was, "Do you have any f---ing in live minnows in your vehicle?" He then use the 'F' word two more times and told us to "come f---ing see him again and catch some F-ing fish next time." Completely classless. read more

SO BAD. asked for two chi lattes. they gave us one with just milk and the other was coffee. donut was ass. wasn't busy and the service was bad! didn't toast the bagel and put the correct cream cheese on it. egg white bites were sus. do not go there. read more

Customer service is awful. Drive thru employees are rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Ordered a non dairy pumpkin spice latte and got a cold shot of expresso. No non dairy options at all. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. read more

This is the dirtiest coffee shop ever! Staff are rude, they are frequently out of menu items, and the food is stale. My bagel wrapper smelled so bad (old onions & rotten tomatoes) that I couldn't eat. A staff member was EATING HER BREAKFAST behind the counter while working. Grease, crumbs and months old dirt coat the building. So long T-Ho's, Mickey D's is where I will be for my coffee. read more

By far the best Tim Hortons I've eaten at. The food was super fresh and well made - and great service as well.

Went in today at 4:00 PM. The guy behind the counter had a mask on his chin not covering nose or mouth. Girl inside no mask period talking out loud on her phone. We walked out of Covid Horton's. Unbelievable. Couldn't give negative stars. Total disregard of safety. Check time cards and fire the guy behind the counter. read more

This is the filthiest Tim Horton's I have ever seen....maybe the filthiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Completely and totally disgusting are nice words for this place. There were wrappers, empty sugar packets, used coffee cup lids, used plastic silverware, and spilled condiments on the COUNTER! There was food, wrappers, and other garbage all over the floor. I have NO idea how this place is in business. Reading the other reviews, this is the norm there. Where is the health department when you need them? Seriously? I didn't want to give them any stars, but that's not an option. Do not stop here. Starving is a better option. read more

This Tim Horton's needs some serious help. I am from Canada and I have never seen one as dirty as the location in West Branch. As the layout of the location has a lot of the production in plain site, I was not impressed to see how dirty the production area was. The garbage area and the surrounding stainless steel near the donut filling area was caked in whipped cream and other ingredients, absolutely filthy. The filling machine was not clean, and all the different types of fillings were just sitting scattered on the counters. The donuts on display looked like a child chocolate dipped them. The employee working there was wearing her own personal hoodie and no uniform. Bathrooms were as dirty as the area behind the counter. Plus side, coffee was hot. That's about it. I don't think corporate would be very pleased to see this location in action, and based on the other reviews, I'm not alone with my opinion on this location. Avoid it! read more

The first time I visited here, the chicken pesto panini was awesome. The second time it was horrible. I decided to try one last time... The doughnuts were bland and the panini was gross. Disgustingly dirty. Garbage receptacles inside are overflowing, bathroom was a disaster. Not sure I should order a sandwich, but did, and ate it in my clean car. It was ok. Unfriendly greeting, no "thank you", no "hello", no "have a nice day". Try anything else in the area! read more

Is every Tim hortons slow. If there is a line of 4 cars I know better than waste my time.

This location won't be open long without major changes. Customer service is extremely lacking, and she was rather snide with her replies. Somewhat understandable when your were out 2 of the 3 items I came for and the third you weren't sure if you had. Well, you did have a hash brown left, but didn't notice it was hard enough to be inedible before charging me for it and dropping it in my bag. Thanks guys. 1) rude/argumentative staff 2) uneducated on menu items/meal #'s 3) don't expect an iced Capp 4) terrible hash browns 5) sausage bagel was pretty decent read more

Tim Horton's - Why is the display so disgusting and dirty old donuts this should not be who is in charge here!! - Fast Food Near Me - West Branch, Michigan

Service was horrible, starting with the five minute wait to be greeted at the window. (After waiting for the 40 dollar order from the vehicle ahead). Greeting was unfriendly and distracted. When we finally got our order the, the ice Capp was melted and the bbq chicken panini's were soggy, dripping with bbq sauce and undercooked bacon. Not to mention the sandwiches were not cut in half which makes it difficult to eat during travel time. I realize Timmy's is usually the place to stop -but this location needs new management, don't stop here if you want to keep a good taste in your mouth. read more

I love Tim Hortons I usually come into the store on most trips to West Branch some visits have been better than others but today was the absolute worst. My daughter and I went thru the drive thru ordered 2 cappuccino's and kettle chips my daughter's drink was not the usual TimHortons quality. We waited 10 minutes no one else in site, the gentleman asked my daughter if she'd like a receipt when she handed him her credit card she replied yes please he handed the card back no receipt. He handed her the kettle chips there was literally 15 chips in the bag they were ice cold. This is the last time I will be visiting the Tim Hortons in West Branch Mi.
