I had higher expectations for this location since West Branch is a huge stopping point for people traveling up and down I-75. I felt the store should've been more efficient and smoother service. Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. Cashier took our order fine but they forgot my sauce and no honey for the biscuit. I was able to jukey my way up to the front of the line to ask for my sauce but got some shade from people in line. Then I realized I needed honey for my biscuit but not worth it to try and pass people up in line and then ask a worker who is prepping food in the back area. So my biscuit went bare and I was slightly disappointed. Food was fine and got the job done for our lunch craving. Customer service a little underwhelming but nice to have a Taco Bell and KFC combo store based on what food your feeling.

This place is so nasty they hire anybody it took them an hour just to give us our food

Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders were floating in grease and the biscuit was sitting in it-- no repeat business from me.

I've heard a lot people mention Culver's as an alternative to the Big 5 (McDs, BK, TB, KFC and…read moreArby's) While it was a nice break from other fast food, it's way overpriced, probably due to its overhead and marketing. We stopped here enroute to the bridge, and just wasn't impressed for all the rave reviews. I mean it is fast food, so I wasn't really expecting it to be spectacular or served on a silver platter, but so many seem to brag about it, when it's comparable to a west coast Fatburger. The location is very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, but also seem to give you "the look" of like "haven't you been here before?" (When we haven't) We have stopped in a couple of times and made it a point to try some different items. Price is substantially above the Big 5, we're just sick of the Big 5 and spent the extra $20-$25. It's probably good for some, but not for all. We generally don't eat a lot of fast food anyway, so I hope not to turn others off. Just be warned you'll pay more for food at all their locations, and it's not much different than other fast food for the higher price. Their Butter burger was tasty, fish sandwich ok, chicken sandwich is a chicken sandwich and soggy fries.

I remember liking Culver's more, but for the price it isn't worth it. The wait was reasonable. The cheese curds were great. The burger was fine, but I find the bun too fluffy. The shake was extremely icy and was thrown out after a few bites. I'd much rather find a 5 guys or even Dairy Queen next time I want a burger, OR I'll hold off on a burger craving til in the vicinity of In-N-Out for the best experience.

Fast service and the Mothercruncher sandwich on a bun with chicken, fresh tomatoes, pickles, lettuce and mayo was warm and delicious. The cashier paused for a minute with my bag in her hand and a co-worker came from behind with my small fry, put it in the bag and said "Those are just out of the fryer. Enjoy, my man." He wasn't kidding. I had to let them cool for a moment. The fries are what usually drew me to Rally's back in the day, and they were still on point. Hot crisp, not greasy in the least, with that irresistable seasoned coating on them. The Rally burger was good too, with nice beef flavor and plenty of toppings. I had to ask for ketchup before I pulled away, but left with more than enough. I won't wait years before my next Rally's visit.

Honestly during the old $5 Footlong days it was pretty bomb then they raised prices and cut costs by reducing quality. It just became no longer worth going. I heard about this refresh and thought I'd give them another try. It sucks even worse now. The ham and turkey are sliced thin, sure. But I still get the same number of slices? So basically they increased the cost of the turkey and ham. The meat on my sub looks so pathetic it's almost like it's not existent. The bacon is floppier than a wang in a nursing home. It's actually disgusting. The fact I take a bite into my sub and have to pull at bacon strings that won't let go is unacceptable. I never thought I'd say this but the bacon here actually makes the subs WORSE. I wanted to go for the gold so I tried one of the new cali subs. I got it stock to give it a chance. The girl told me the dressing is usually mayo or ranch which sounded wrong but I went with ranch. Wrong choice. The ranch dressing is like watery for some reason. Ranch is supposed to have substance to it. It's not supposed to run like water. What the hell was this? The 'smashed avocado' tasted nothing like avocado. She was scraping the bottom of the bin so maybe it had been sitting there all day or something but it was gross. I don't really know how else to describe the taste. I have seen some reviews of people saying the mozzarella was a great upgrade and their favorite part. Mine didn't melt right for some reason. It looked like egg whites on my sub the way it was rubbery and thick. The cheese should be melted on a toasted sub, not eggy. Spinach, tomatos, and onions were the same. Which is fine. The bread was bland now (artisan italian). The bread used to have a distinct Subway taste. No longer. Now it's...well like I said, bland. I guess they removed a bunch of sugar from which which yippee but maybe I wanted that shit? Why not add a new TYPE of bread..."Less Sugar" or something and let people choose? All in all this was literally one of the worst subs I've ever eaten. I got a footlong but I only ate half and then tossed the other half. That's how bad it was. I never throw food away. I'm Italian. Safe to say this'll be my last Subway trip.
