I had given up on KFC for years as it became hopeless to get a correct and well cooked meal in a timely manner. Then, came along this location. I have been here tens of times and I kid you not, over 90% of the time my order is flawless, cooked to perfection, delicious. I do mobile order on the app and the deals are great and they have my orders READY for pickup in 6-8 minutes max every single time, consistently. Staff is nice and location is clean. Well ran. Food menu is typical of KFC. Our food was hot and ready quickly. The staff is friendly and courteous. The restaurant was very clean and neat. They have a private parking area so that's nice but turning left out of here mat be difficult at times so be patient. read more

Thanks KFC!!! The lid on the gravy wasn't snapped on all the way. The spoons laid on top of the gravy container punched a hole in the bag where the gravy was, so when I tried to pick up the bag it fell apart. Next thing I know the container of hot gravy that was running out fell to the floor of my car. Gravy on my clothes, gravy on my purse, gravy on the seat of my car, gravy on my mail, gravy on the floor and gravy all over the rest of my supper. After the day I had, I now had to clean out my car. When I called to talk to a manager, was told neither one was available. So Yelp is where I turn. Going to be a while before I go back... I guess. I avoided this kfc for over a year after 3 consecutive visits of having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food to be ready (thought this was fast food). I decided to give them another chance today after craving the colonels 11 herbs and spices and not wanting to drive to another town. NEVER AGAIN. No wait this time. But my order was completely wrong. I ordered (and paid for)a 4 piece meal. I received a 2 piece with the wrong sides. The employees are courteous and the quality of food is fine, but I refuse to torture myself with this incompetence ever again. Kfc did not lose a customer, just the Midland store. read more

incredibly rude customer service. would not stop rushing my order and kept saying "pull forward" as i was still trying to order my food... (there was nobody in line). refused to accommodate one change to my chicken sandwich, The same change I have gotten at this same KFC location for the past 8 years. was on her phone when we got up to the window. also nobody inside, literally just rushed us and refused to help so she could get back to scrolling social media. Where is the old school​ KFC wish they didn't turn into such a fast food chain/restaurant​. I don't know about you but I would rather wait for ​a few more minutes​ for fresh finger lickin chicken. I must admit KFC isn't my favorite, but every so often it sound good and sometimes really hits the spot. Sometimes after going there I think "geesh, glad I don't go there to often" but this place has changed the last few times. I've gotten great help with the menu ( and I'm a dumbo) but a guy named Ross helped me so well I'll be back sooner. Plus the food was as good as KFC gets, great potatoes and love the cornbread. AWFUL. I have been a long time customer of this exact KFC and have recently been absolutely appalled at not only the food, but the customer service. We visited today for lunch and were greeted with rushing, interrupting, and attitude. I made a change to my order while still at the speaker, and was treated like that one change was the end of the entire world, it was such an inconvenience. Then, when I pulled up to the window, the total was more than I had expected, but I made no comments as I wasn't sure why. The lady Manning the drive-through rudely ripped the credit card out of my hand, her nails scratching my hand. She treated the puppy in my car with more respect and kindness than she did us. Finally after receiving my food and reviewing the receipts, I realized that they charged me for a big box when I only received the five dollar fill up that I had asked for. Additionally my meal was missing pieces (biscuit, cookie. Etc). I was extremely disappointed and disgusted to find that they charge me almost 5 dollars more for my meal then I would've otherwise paid. In conclusion, Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed. read more
