We needed a little something due to a long day and impending, really late lunch so we stopped through this Culver's. We had chicken tenders, fries, root beer and iced tea. Great tea. Sometimes it can be over brewed. The tenders were crunchy outside and tender inside. Excellent fries. The drive through staff was fast and efficient. read more

Horrible experience the last 4 times I've been, from missing food to extra charges on my order. I work in food service so usually I'm pretty chill about it, I understand mistakes happen and it's hard during rush. That being said, tonight was my last straw for the Midland Culvers. I ordered a regular sized Reese's peanut butter cup concrete mixer, came home because I was in a rush, and realized that there were no peanut butter cups in my concrete mixer at all. I'm not going to make the drive all the way back just to get pb cups, but this will be my last visit to culvers here, the service and execution just keeps getting more disappointing :( read more

Culvers is my all time favorite place to get a GOOD burger and side with out paying an arm and a leg. Plus that custard is very, very good. The staff is amazing, we went right before opening during the ice storm 4/14/18. We were just fine with standing outside with our umbrella to wait for them to open, but they let us in and we got to wait where it was warm. The food was hot and fresh and it felt like i was truly home again, the addition to the cheese sauce for the fries was top notch. We love culvers and will be going back more often now that we live in Midland once again! It may not look like much, but this is probably my favourite fast food burger joint besides In-N-Out. The first thing you'll notice is that the employees are very polite and friendly. They bring the food out to your table or your car, sometimes running! I have only ever seen that in Japan. When ordering your burger or sandwich, you have to request the additions; I like this a lot because you won't get a stray pickle or onions if you don't want them. I've only ordered the regular Butterburger so I can't comment on the rest. But I really like this one! It looks simple, but it's easy to notice that the patty is hand-formed and not perfectly round. This makes for some nice, crispy edges. The bun is buttered just enough, toasted on the insides, the cheese is nicely melted, and the tomato and lettuce (when requested) are fresh. The crinkle-cut fries are good and always come out hot. I recently got to try the cheese curds and I have to say, I prefer these to A&W. They also don't skimp on the sauce, you get a pretty big cup of it. And of course the custard is delicious and smooth! Great fast food and fantastic service; I can't ask for much more. read more

The leading shift manager running the set/front of house was very disrespectful to her fellow colleagues. She was actively scolding them in front of customers. I understand younger employees may need more time to train in a fast paced food service environment, but don't actively reprimand them in front of customers. It's unprofessional. read more

It gets 1 star only for the custard since that was the only thing I could eat. So as a vegetarian i am super picky about cross contamination with my food. I have a good number of allergies and just dont like the thought of meat juices touching my food. (Yes you can call me one of the crazy ones idgaf) So to my surprise yes they have a veggie burger but the bun is toasted then tossed on the grill with the meat juices. They dont change their gloves when dealing with a veggie burger or the grilled cheese. There is only one vegetarian soup the tomato bisque. The broccoli cheese has chicken fat in it. Anything fried is fried with meat things in the same oil. When asked if the could do some changes i was laughed at by a very rude woman cant remember her name but didnt get anything from them other then custatd. Day was a loss with them went to Taco Bell instead. read more

Best fast food burger I've ever had. Not a fan of crinkle fries but I order well done and they never disappoint The people/workers are ALL outstanding. Kind, polite, friendly......it's very refreshing for any restaurant but especially in this area They have Pepsi vs Coke is another drawback but the burger is so good I can overlook that. Order a double butter burger and ask them to make sure to melt the cheese and you'll be impressed. read more

I absolutely love this place! I always get the butter burger with a gluten free bun. Yum! I love that they steam the gluten free bun in the plastic wrap, so you assemble your own burger, ensuring that my meal is safe from cross contamination. As someone with celiac disease, this is important to me and shows me that they care about the health and safety of their customers. Plus it's one of the best gluten free burgers I've had. I've only ever gotten my food through the drive thru, but they've always given me fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it! read more

Living in both San Diego and Auburn I get the best of both worlds. That's In n Out and Culver's. Soooo how does Culver's stack to In n Out? It doesn't. Sorry Culver's. But hey you do get 5 stars. You just don't get In n Out type rating. lol So anyways being the In n Out snob that I am I went to Culver's thinking they wouldn't deliver. I was wrong. Culver's staff is super friendly and the burgers with butter buns are great. Their fries are awesome and the desserts are phenomenal. This specific location in Midland was super friendly and helpful. Culvers as a whole gets 5-stars. We travel and visit Culvers too often but it is rare to find one as good as the Midland Culver's. So the Midland store is 5+. The service is always great, food always good, everything super clean and serving sizes of custard beat other locations. My kids would eat every meal here if they could. read more

This place is heaven for vegetarians, well yes there is only one sandwich but it is the best out of all the things that they have there. And it is so SOOO easy to be vegan if you just ask for no mayo because they dont put cheese on it unless you ask for it.
