Good burgers, good service - - - - - - - - August, 2026 Visit We went on a road trip, from Missouri to Michigan, for a family event and before starting the drive home we needed sustenance... Culver's was right there for us. Our daughter and I favor mushroom Swiss burgers; she's gluten-free and prefers no bun (the gf buns crumble), and I got mine with a bun; shared fries... and a shake... a chocolate chocolate shake - so nice and chocolatey!! And then... we were driving home. Thanks, Culver's! read more

Every time I'm in Midland visiting family, Culver's is always one of the spots I like to hit. This location has been consistently great. The service is excellent and surprisingly quick even when they're busy. Everyone working here is always friendly, polite, and makes you feel welcome. The food is the biggest reason I keep coming back though. It's always fresh, hot, and delicious. The burgers come out warm and made right, the fries are fresh, and you can definitely tell they aren't just throwing food together that's been sitting around. read more

Best restaurant in Midland would go back any day of the week, good food, good service and great hospitality. I highly recommend their sourdough melt, its even better when you add bacon on it. read more

So disappointed, culvers no longer has mac and cheese. Little ones love mac and cheese, we had to leave and go somewhere else with our granddaughter. read more

One of my favorite fast food chains. Attention to detail- great burgers, cheese curds, ice cream, fish sandwiches, shrimp and so on. Actually I have never been disappointed at any location. The Midland location is always good! read more

See all

the lady was kinda rude and they got my entire order wrong the food wasn't bad I'm just disappointed I didn't get my food which I was already too far to go back and fix it when I opened it. read more

Friendly, fast service, and good food. Clean dinning and bathroom area. I would definitely go back.

Custard and butter-burgers to die for and the cheese curds are also excellent; even tried the fried fish which was excellent; my personal favorite will always be the milkshakes though!! read more

We needed a little something due to a long day and impending, really late lunch so we stopped through this Culver's. We had chicken tenders, fries, root beer and iced tea. Great tea. Sometimes it can be over brewed. The tenders were crunchy outside and tender inside. Excellent fries. The drive through staff was fast and efficient. read more

first time patron of this chain. I was amazed at my thin little handkerchief of a burger. truly expected something much better for the price. read more

Horrible experience the last 4 times I've been, from missing food to extra charges on my order. I work in food service so usually I'm pretty chill about it, I understand mistakes happen and it's hard during rush. That being said, tonight was my last straw for the Midland Culvers. I ordered a regular sized Reese's peanut butter cup concrete mixer, came home because I was in a rush, and realized that there were no peanut butter cups in my concrete mixer at all. I'm not going to make the drive all the way back just to get pb cups, but this will be my last visit to culvers here, the service and execution just keeps getting more disappointing :( read more

Anna Foster just took my order and she had such a wonderful, positive spirit. I have never had such amazing service at a fast food restaurant. The food came out quickly and fresh. read more

It smells so bad in here. I'm not kidding it smells like a varsity football locker room after a 6 hour practice in 90 degree weather. Hopefully they can find the dead rat somewhere in the facility. read more

I ordered a chocolate mixer they gave me vanilla and I also ordered chili cheese fries and the proceeded to give me no silver wear. read more

Culver's - This is not choclate - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Midland, Michigan

My friend I came with ordered after I did and was fully finished with her meal when I still didn't have mine. I went up and asked about my order, all they said was "they hadn't seen it". read more

SOOO GOOD! I don't eat fast food a lot but this was amazing! The way their drive threw works can sometimes take a very long time but I mainly depends when you get there! read more

Culvers is my all time favorite place to get a GOOD burger and side with out paying an arm and a leg. Plus that custard is very, very good. The staff is amazing, we went right before opening during the ice storm 4/14/18. We were just fine with standing outside with our umbrella to wait for them to open, but they let us in and we got to wait where it was warm. The food was hot and fresh and it felt like i was truly home again, the addition to the cheese sauce for the fries was top notch. We love culvers and will be going back more often now that we live in Midland once again! Thank you for not changing during the 4 years that we were gone and im looking forward to what you guys offer! Huray for Culvers! read more

Culver's - Lunch today mushroom and swiss with added mayo and onions with fries and cheese sauce. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Midland, Michigan

It may not look like much, but this is probably my favourite fast food burger joint besides In-N-Out. The first thing you'll notice is that the employees are very polite and friendly. They bring the food out to your table or your car, sometimes running! I have only ever seen that in Japan. When ordering your burger or sandwich, you have to request the additions; I like this a lot because you won't get a stray pickle or onions if you don't want them. I've only ordered the regular Butterburger so I can't comment on the rest. But I really like this one! It looks simple, but it's easy to notice that the patty is hand-formed and not perfectly round. This makes for some nice, crispy edges. The bun is buttered just enough, toasted on the insides, the cheese is nicely melted, and the tomato and lettuce (when requested) are fresh. The crinkle-cut fries are good and always come out hot. I recently got to try the cheese curds and I have to say, I prefer these to A&W. They also don't skimp on the sauce, you get a pretty big cup of it. And of course the custard is delicious and smooth! Great fast food and fantastic service; I can't ask for much more. read more

The leading shift manager running the set/front of house was very disrespectful to her fellow colleagues. She was actively scolding them in front of customers. I understand younger employees may need more time to train in a fast paced food service environment, but don't actively reprimand them in front of customers. It's unprofessional. read more

It gets 1 star only for the custard since that was the only thing I could eat. So as a vegetarian i am super picky about cross contamination with my food. I have a good number of allergies and just dont like the thought of meat juices touching my food. (Yes you can call me one of the crazy ones idgaf) So to my surprise yes they have a veggie burger but the bun is toasted then tossed on the grill with the meat juices. They dont change their gloves when dealing with a veggie burger or the grilled cheese. There is only one vegetarian soup the tomato bisque. The broccoli cheese has chicken fat in it. Anything fried is fried with meat things in the same oil. When asked if the could do some changes i was laughed at by a very rude woman cant remember her name but didnt get anything from them other then custatd. Day was a loss with them went to Taco Bell instead. read more

Best fast food burger I've ever had. Not a fan of crinkle fries but I order well done and they never disappoint The people/workers are ALL outstanding. Kind, polite, friendly......it's very refreshing for any restaurant but especially in this area They have Pepsi vs Coke is another drawback but the burger is so good I can overlook that. Order a double butter burger and ask them to make sure to melt the cheese and you'll be impressed. read more

This place absolutely blew away my expectations. Customer service was perfect and food was prompt, hot, and delicious. I accidentally dropped a piece of paper and the waiter had his hand waiting before it even touched the ground. Extra condiments were free addition, which is rare. Custard was frozen, which is dope. Always fresh, as expected. I could go on but you get the point. Get you some food from there and get your dick sucked by the customer service fairy today! read more

Great burgers! Great place to eat, service is like the chick filet of burger places. Great cheese curds. Wish we had this in California.

We got our food quickly and it was nice and hot! Very friendly staff. A large menu which is great for a family of picky eaters!

I enjoy this location very much. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. They decorate for every season. It's a happy atmosphere. The food is just a bonus. Oh and hello custard! That's all you need to know. read more

Best Culver's experience Ive ever had!! Staff is incredibly friendly. Owners should be extremely proud. Special shoutout to Heidi and Joseph for their amazing service. Everything is made fresh to order and totally customizable. Great portion sizing too, whether you just need a snack or binge meal, they've got it! 10/10 will be back. read more

I absolutely love this place! I always get the butter burger with a gluten free bun. Yum! I love that they steam the gluten free bun in the plastic wrap, so you assemble your own burger, ensuring that my meal is safe from cross contamination. As someone with celiac disease, this is important to me and shows me that they care about the health and safety of their customers. Plus it's one of the best gluten free burgers I've had. I've only ever gotten my food through the drive thru, but they've always given me fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it! read more

Living in both San Diego and Auburn I get the best of both worlds. That's In n Out and Culver's. Soooo how does Culver's stack to In n Out? It doesn't. Sorry Culver's. But hey you do get 5 stars. You just don't get In n Out type rating. lol So anyways being the In n Out snob that I am I went to Culver's thinking they wouldn't deliver. I was wrong. Culver's staff is super friendly and the burgers with butter buns are great. Their fries are awesome and the desserts are phenomenal. This specific location in Midland was super friendly and helpful. Anyhow I gave them five stars and that's high coming from an In n Out snob. Lol read more

Crispy chicken sandwich, that's how I roll. They made it right, and it didn't take very long considering how busy it was when we went.

Excellent food and frozen custard. Come often when in Michigan as we don't have these in California. The fries are really good and Wisconsin cheese curds are awesome! Forget other fast food place in midland come here instead. read more

I'm very tired, but wanted to make sure to post about great experience and great food!

One of our favorite places to eat in Midland. The staff is always exceptionally friendly. The burgers and custard are delicious. There are cheaper fast food restaurants out there, but Culver's quality is well worth the extra expense. read more

Culvers as a whole gets 5-stars. We travel and visit Culvers too often but it is rare to find one as good as the Midland Culver's. So the Midland store is 5+. The service is always great, food always good, everything super clean and serving sizes of custard beat other locations. My kids would eat every meal here if they could. read more

The food was good, hot and just the way I ordered it. The service was fast and friendly. They are so nice here they make you want to come back. read more

Our service dog was not allowed inside this place. They kicked us out because one of the customers did not like dogs...even though we had all our paperwork and licensing for the dog with us. read more

Incredible food! Sparkling clean restaurant with a very friendly and service-oriented staff. This location is very vested in its community; you'll often see volunteer servers raising money for their cause, which I think is fantastic. This restaurant is the best Culver's I've visited in three states. read more

This place is heaven for vegetarians, well yes there is only one sandwich but it is the best out of all the things that they have there. And it is so SOOO easy to be vegan if you just ask for no mayo because they dont put cheese on it unless you ask for it. There fries are amazing, always hot, always fresh and I just love love love going there. They have amazing shakes and ice cream things as well but I love the veggie burger and the cheese curds NOMNOMOHNOMNOM read more

Fantastic place to get burgers, fries and frozen custard. The food has always been fresh and delicious and the staff is surprisingly nice. The Butter Burgers are amazing and the frozen custard and topping choices are great, particularly for a chain like this. Check it out if you're looking for a high quality fast food place, especially one that offers dessert! read more
