There was a build-your-own pasta station that I didn't get a chance to try, and then lots of your standard American foods- pork chops, (tiny!) ribs, mac and cheese (which was actually amazing), two types of green beans, etc. Everything was decent but not great except the mac n cheese. They have some pretty nice daily specials and didn't have to wait long for my sandwich. I tried the "Fiery Turkeyinator" which was the special of the day which came broccoli cheddar soup and a fountain drink.
