It's a ghost town, unsustainable in its current form. The land is worth more that than the business that occupy it. "Food court" had 2 places to eat, only 1 was open and neither were a popular chain. I remembered it being packed full of people, you'd have to zig and zag to avoid them. Now you have to try really hard just to find someone who isn't working at the "mall". Just visit for morbid curiosity.

Why would you not be able to stick a couple slices of that pepperoni on a pretzel at the very least? Genesee Valley Mall level garbage except surrounded with stores that are just as bad when it comes to options.

So everyone flocked to this Uber cool mall during the 90s , as did I visiting an arcade in there called Pocket Change. For YEARS I saved all my redemption tickets to get an awesome prize at this arcade. Finally sometime in the late 1990s I brought in my stack of saved tickets to cash in my bonanza . My heart sank as I walked up to Pocket Change to see the neon sign off and the gate closed. It went out of business. And so I have no pity on this now dying mall which killed the older mall...oh, the butter sweet irony. What goes around comes around, it's your turn Bay City Towne Center. No longer the new kid on the block but a hasbeen. And yes, in case you're wondering, I still have those thousands of uncashed Pocket Change game tickets somewhere.

There is very little activity going on in the mall. The one thing they have going for them is that the mall is pretty much full of stores despite the lack of customers. I don't imagine the mall is going to be open in ten years if they don't think of something quick. I think the movie theater will keep it alive for now.

For a cover charge you got to sample nice sized portions from each location. The MC was hilarious, the DJ fantastic, it was open to everyone. It was an all around good time! The parking can be a major annoyance but once you find a space it's worth it! I do wish that there were table wipes readily available since the tables turn over so quickly but don't always get wiped down between patrons.

It's not bad but the bubble tea shop in here is pretty bad even though they are friendly. But if you coming here for dinner or lunch, then you have plenty of options and some of them are pretty good. They have the typical outlet stores like Coach, Old Navy, etc. but they do have a Pottery Barn. We walked in, not very busy and literally NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED US or even said "hi" despite us walking right in front of them. They seemed to have some decent prices, but items I liked were too big to take home on the plane :-) I was surprised they had a Goodwill next door....full of really cool Halloween items....the best items were big animated figures for $299....little pricey for something they received for free, but that is typical goodwill. Clothing and household section was small in my opinion. I was looking forward to the Lululemon store, but not too impressed with the prices. Most prices are the same as the online prices "We Made Too Much." I came back after the Labor Day weekend thinking maybe they might have different deals....NOPE. Same stuff and same prices. I have to say, the employees here were not friendly here either so maybe it is a Michigan thing? Not the most impressive outlet, but if you like outlet shopping....maybe you might get better deals...ya never know :-)
