For a place that's supposed to have good wings, the past 3 times I've been there, the wings had barely any sauce on them. Like if I wanted to order a dry rub, I would've. Now the other items on the menu aren't that bad but it's kind of disappointing to pay $12.99 for 10 wings and half of them are barely sauced the and the other half are dry on the bottom. I've also had issues with the waiter coming back to the table in a timely manner. Now I'm not saying they have to be there every 5 minutes, but if the restaurant is basically empty and I was done eating for 15 minutes, why does it take so long to get the bill? When I head to a Buffalo Wild Wings, I know exactly what I want. Wings. Cheese fries. And a Pepsi. The Pepsi was good. As seen by the picture posted, my cheese fries unfortunately looked like they were the fries next to the person who ordered them in the kitchen where only a couple shreds spill their way over on to my portion. You could say the same about the wings. There is some sauce, but doesn't look like they were tossed at all. Half the pieces had over half the wing dry. Server was nice. One time I tried to ordering from Buffalo wild wings they messed up my order I had mixed wings. The person on the phone got the order wrong. Once I went to pick up my order I realized that it was the wrong order I went back, tried talking to the person about how my order was messed up they told me to wait on the next order, I go back in to the restaurant and I overhear the person that took my order complaining to me to their coworkers and I found that very unprofessional because I know what I ordered and I believe on some that customers are always right and I was just really upset and hungry to just not want to stand that so I asked for a refund Nothing against their food. As Wild Buffalo Wings go the wings were good with the Thai Chili Sauce nice having just the right heat, not overpowering which is just the way I like them. The thing that was very off putting was the carrot and celery sticks that were served. Not only did they have a dry whitish color, but they also had cracks in them to show how really old and dried out they were! When I brought this to the attention to Karley, our server, (who was not only friendly but efficient) she apologized and brought us another portion. Unfortunately these were in the same, unappetizing condition as the first batch that we received and were left untouched. Seated right away at noon. We sat on the patio on a beautiful day. It started getting a little busy but outside it wasn't too noisy. Interesting combination of sauces for the wings but I normally get honey BBQ anything. The menu is varied and I believe just about anyone could find something they like. I ordered the honey BBQ salad on the lunch menu, along with buffalo chips and a drink. Unfortunately they have Pepsi products but with my diet Pepsi I requested limes . Hubby ordered the steak quesadilla. My salad was good and just the right size for lunch. The Buffalo chips could have been crispier and I got them plain (you can get a couple different flavors on them). The steak quesadilla was good but instead of the pico, or maybe in addition to, salsa would have been great. For our meals we had a $26 bill. A little high for lunch but comparable to what's around. Our server was a little slow on the drink refill when hubby requested it but came with a soda refill before I had to ask. We did ask for a tea to go and that was also slow in coming (but I was Yelping and hubs was digging up for the rewards program) . She was however friendly and pointed us to the rewards program. Nothing too fancy for the restaurant decor, basically bar atmosphere. Plenty of parking and the interior is large with a large patio. Nice place to come for a casual meal. read more

Obviously you don't come here for the ambiance but the wings are good and the mozzarella sticks are the best in the area. I've had the hottest level of sauce on the wings, and yes, they were HOT HOT HOT! But the taste wasn't that good.. stick to the middle or lower end of the spectrum. The beers on tap tend to be just the big national favourites but they do feature some interesting local brews from time to time. The real draw (obviously besides the wings) is those mozzarella sticks! If you're into them, they are seasoned just right and brought to you fresh out of the fryer. This still makes me sad. This place is something designed for me to love, and yet the one in Midland is not safe to eat at. I know, I worked their briefly. I love them when I travel, and still stop in occasionally to sit and drink a beer and watch sports, but I wouldn't eat there. I worked in the food service industry for over 3 decades, I have seen things you would only believe if you have also done so. What I saw here made me call the health department on my own employer and quit. Food pulled from the dumpster after hours in the hot summer sun and cooked and served. Chicken wings so spoiled they were green, not just a little, soaked in bleach-water to reduce the smell, cooked and served. Sexual harassment, management shaking down servers and bartenders for part of their tips in order to get good shifts and sections. Every bad an unprofessional thing you could imagine went on there. BWW is a great place if you just want to kick back, watch sports and hang out with the guys. The food isn't anything over the top but the sauces the come with the wings are really good. Their price for beer as about par with everyone else in the area. I think the last time I was there it was about $3.50 for a bottle of beer. The service here can be a little slow, either you get a waitress that likes to take her time or they are understaffed. You can't win here, but if you plan on being their for awhile, you really don't notice. read more

I ended up waiting a half hour longer than expected, but was extremely impressed with the manager and staff during this rush. Went here many times while going to Northwood, the food was always hot and delicious. I also enjoyed the fundraisers we ran through BWW where 20% of the food check was donated to our chapter of the American Advertising Federation. One expects to have trouble in these situations since the restaurant is making less money, but the food and service quality was always pretty good. To be perfectly honest, I'm sort of over Buffalo Wild Wings. The sauces are delicious, but the chain has always been overpriced and I'm fed up with the way they nickel and dime people. Last night my family and I went here to eat and the experience was nothing short of a HOT MESS. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best. I love the habenero wings, done exactly right. Food is very good, but the big BUT is, this place is LOUD AS HELL inside. We have done take out 3 or 4 times and at least 1 part if not more is usually cold. I usually love B Dudds but today was a sad day here in Midland MI. I had to wait for some time for someone to notice I needed seating. Then I had to wait a long time before being I was noticed having been seated. :( I ordered a tall Blue Moon which, (take a guess here), took a long time to find me at the table.. waitress was very nice once she came but on her behalf, she was busy and they may have been a bit short staffed. Made my order and someone else delivered it after a long wait. They split my Blue Moon beer in me. They were not as nearly worried about it as I was. I had to ask for napkins as I try to drip the beer off me. She did bring me a replacement beer, half the size as the one she spilled though. Regular waitress was still very busy. Waited a long time on next beer which kind of sucked cuz the wings were hot and I had nothing to wash them down with. I was on fire with no fire truck in sight. So, bill finally came after VERY long wait and no discount even though my jeans are still soaking wet. (By the way, Blue Moon beer is sticky! Miller lite is not as bad as this and low crabs-life lesson). I informed the waitress that the other assistance had spills my beer and she took off the beer charge. So now I leave with a wet sticky pant leg. :( Worse of all, I'm traveling and trying to 'repeat' out fits. I only have one other pair of jeans with me. Horrible service, horrible food. The boneless wings were old, they give you 2 celery sticks, and when I asked for a side of mayo to go with my burger, they gave me 2 packets of generic brand. Really? Then, about 20 minutes later I see a guy at the bar with a tall hefeweizen, WITH an Orange slice!! Ask the waitress what's up, and she said, oh, its fat tire. No its not lady, fat tire is an ipa, which isn't cloudy like hefeweizen. Then she comes back and says I double checked, its Newcastle he has. No he doesn't, lady!! Newcastle is a dark beer.
