You need to change the hours if you plan to close the mall at 8PM on a Wednesday. Online the hours are 8AM-10PM everyday except Sunday. Please change the hours on your website if inaccurate, very inconvenient. read more

A really good mall. The food court has some delicious meals, a variety of great stores, and just a lovely environment. Only a few small issues mainly the animal rides being pricey for only 15 minute rides but yeah still enjoyable place. read more

Good things happening with the Midland mall! It's wonderful seeing the mall full of people once again.

I LOVE the midland mall BUT the animal rides $10 for 15 mins WAS HORRIBLE kid Was very rude to me service in the animal rides Ugh told me i cant go into stores then took it from me because i left it in store by 6 inches when i went in sports arena I suggest to kick out the animal rides get out. read more

Oh where to start with this place. Well I should start in the beginning. I remember when the mall was hopping, before the B&N was put in, when we had Suncoast and Sabaros pizza, after thoughts, and so many other things. Now we have gone down hill and fast. First, we lose more shops then are coming in. It wont be to long that the only places will be the last of the big stores, which will be sad for a lot of things. Now some im ok if they go (looking at you victorias secret and the buckle who tf pays $100 for jeans) and one of the two nail places gag the smell is horrid. The mall is generally clean, and i love the people that work and clean there. They are super sweet and fun to talk to as well. But the bathrooms are NOT ada, its hard to get wheelchairs in there, can not get them into the handi stall. The sensors for the sink do not respond to shorter people in chairs. The food court is a hot mess with places coming in and out a lot. Everyone is so hyped about Zitoons, dont trust it. No the meat is not really fresh unless you get one of the kebabs or lamb. The gyro meat and chicken shwarma meat is days old and are just reheated. Also if you are a vegetarian and get grilled veggies do know they do not clean the grills of the chicken before putting veggies on, also turning veggies after turning raw chicken with same tongs. The mall gets 2 stars only for B&N, Target, Game Stop, Sleeping Tiger, Spencers and Taco Bell. Also for being where my friends and I play our Friday D&D game. read more

This is a large mall with a book store, a mini arcade, a food court, an antique store and much more. One problem is many areas are open and empty with no stores. read more

For such as pretty town with high standards for curbside appeal, Midland Mall doesn't cut it. I was disappointed by the cigarettes butts outside the entrances, the ketchup dried on the table in the food court and the overall smell. Best thing going for this place is they still have Target! read more

This mall is boring. Many of the stores have been closing down and in their place are obvious part-time businesses just for them to be vacant until another small part-time business takes its place once again. It's a vicious cycle. There are *vary* any child-friendly stores. I'm even confused about how a lot of the businesses make enough money to pay their monthly rent. There isn't anything worth seeing that wasn't there last Friday, it's become boring. It's not worth going to anymore. read more

This mall is gutted! It seems like a third of the shops are either under construction or vacant. It's always so quiet in there.. For dining options there are only basic fast food places typical of the Midwest, along with some Americanized Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Until more shops open up or reopen, the only reason that I would stop by here is to visit Target. read more

The mall here in Midland MI is a disappointment. It used to be good, but they have taken almost all of the good shops out of the mall and put in more and more hooker clothing shops that i would never be caught dead stopping in ever. Some of the only good shops are Game Stop, The candle shop, Barns and Nobles, Target, crouching tiger, and the message place. Thats about it, they used to have a Hot Topic but the bloody mall doubled their fee on them making them leave so the stupid over priced makeup place could take the store area. I wish they would bring back the good old shops, bring back Hot Topics and bring back good things like that. read more

Wow WTF happened to this place? It is a ghost town! There isn't much here anymore. There were​ tons of good stores here they're all gone now. I don't know why they don't revamp the place. Give the kids around here something to do. Two of the biggest stores JcPenny and Sears are closed down on to sides of the mall. Bring in a Dave and Busters or an indoor go-cart​​ or something. Midland has just been​ voted the most boring​ town in Michigan. Come on midland can we just have a place to shop, eat, drink and have fun. read more

Why am I giving Midland Mall 5 stars? Because this mall is close to my home and I am there a lot. While the Midland mall doesn't have all the shopping options that Saginaw has, it does have a bungee, bumper cars, and a nice play area for kids just off the food court.
