We got the game gear home and your staff didn't have the brightness turned up, so nothing could be seen. There is a guy who works there that is always rude, and sticking his nose in just to reiterate what we had already been told. Absolutely unprofessional and just ignorance. It's a GAME store. Make sure stuff is turned on so you don't waste people's time. This store is an absolute JOKE. We will NOT be back.

Very difficult to get around to see anything, and it makes you want to leave almost immediately after entering. My…read morewife asked for help after 5 minutes of waiting and the lane not being worked I went back up to see what the delay was. The lady at the time was very disrespectful. We waited an additional 7 min before anyone came to the lane. We were paying by the hour which was even more frustrating. As they fixed the lane it took another 8 minutes. So a total of 20 min gone and off of your time. The way they corrected this is by adding 5 minutes.
