This is a gem in Bay City Mi. If you haven't found this place, do so now. If you have stuff that you haven't used or even looked at in years, pull it out now. This organization strives to advertise your stuff, take photos of it and store it until weekly bid on and won. They literally run their butts off to get it out to your car and load it for you. They wait on people bringing items in and taking items won out at the same time. Interesting to look and see who has what for sale and what is popular that sells. After 2 years I can personally speak about the poor quality. There are so many things wrong with this business. One, the staff inside where you pay are not friendly at all, they make mistakes and NEVER EVER apologize, very poor customer service because they make a lot of mistakes and are outright rude! I've had to return so many items sold as new that literally belonged in the trash. Then they treat you that your the problem for wanting your 100.00 because not only is item NOT new as advertised, it doesn't even work! Instead of apologizing they talk rudely in front of you trying to find a out that will allow them to keep your money and leave you stuck with the junk item! Been told I should've come in to look prior to bidding, really?? You just admitted how dishonest you are that you can't trust your description brand new in box!! It's ridicules how unprofessional the office staff is. They have zero knowledge on running a business. Known for posting items and not stating item doesn't work, you find that bit of omitted info when you get home and plug it in! I will say several of the men who get your items are very nice and I don't want to lump them in with 75% of the other people. It's not just me either with these overly bad experiences, I know 10 other ppl who had the exact same treatment and also quit. DO NOT RECOMMEND. When you have to drive back to return damaged items not listed as such over 50% of the time, speaks volumes about the integrity of the business! Even the selling side is horrible, they break and lose your items and then offer you a low ball price as a settlement! This place is very dishonest, there are more local auctions sites, try one of them instead. read more

I've been a regular buyer from this auction house since they first opened in 2013(?). They all do their very best with the limited time they have to sort, photograph, decipher seller descriptions of items and move the merchandise around the building as one auction ends and another begins. The staff are always quick to step up and help you find your items and will even help put them in your vehicle. They are attentive, energetic and always have the best attitudes of service. I really appreciate the hard work they do and I always enjoy visiting the facility to pick up my purchases and then spend time looking around. I wouldn't mind working there myself but then I'd become their BEST customer, as I would probably owe them my paycheck plus more! Five star place, highly recommended! read more

Constant screw ups on settlement checks. Too many people doing jobs they don't have any idea how to do. Catering to buyers with no regards to the sellers who make or break their business. Revise descriptions to their likings. Make mistakes and never apologize. read more
