I had bought a handful of stuff from them a few months back and was there to trade them in and buy new content as the store name implies, it's a rip off, even though paying $40+ the first time, they offered me less than $15 for it. I'm a collector of retro games, so whenever I happen across an independent game store, I like to peruse their selection to see if they have anything worth adding to my collection. Perusing this type of game is next to impossible with their setup. The Genesis and SNES games are kept along the back wall, and you have to ask them to pull out specific ones. The blond working the counter was snippy with me the whole time without provocation, and was especially irate that I would dare to ask her to get out more than one game. (I had to ask her if she wanted my business as a customer to motivate her to do it) She stated that they couldn't keep the games out in the store "because they might get stolen," and then proceeded to say that "we don't make money off of these old games anyway." (if that's true, then why are you worried about them getting stolen, and why deal in them to begin with?) Prices were pretty high, especially considering the physical condition of the games (Ebay pricing does not really apply anymore when you're comparing pristine, minty copies online to loose carts missing half of their labels). Stay far, far away!

I found the staff here just as friendly and laid-back as the staff at the southern GR location. I'm really a fan of how they have their cards organized set by set. I could also tell that there's a decent amount of community support as the gaming tables started to fill up with folks playing MTG and other games. I still had plenty of room to sift through old cards and collectibles while other customers browsed or chatted with the staff. I felt the selection of collectible cards was more expansive at this location, and will definitely be back. Certainly, a very solid gaming/hobby shop.

They have comics, graphic novels, manga, board games, blind boxes, and some ttrpgs and trading cards. The staff are always incredibly helpful and kind and will definitely help give you a recommendation based on what you like. I love the area in the front with self-published and local zines. It really is a small gesture but shows an effort to uplift and platform the local community and creatives. This location is definitely smaller than the other I visited, but there's still so much to find! There are several other stores along the street as well as the Art Museum, so it's a great place to stop by on a day out!
