Upon entry you are greated by several salesman at the door. My recommendation to you is don't go there just to browse otherwise you'll be hounded by these guys trying to get your business. Luckily I knew what I wanted and they left me alone. This is my only problem with places like this. Most of the time when people shop they just want to browse and not be bothered by salesmen. I noticed a customer saying she was just browsing and a few minutes later a different salesmen asked if she need help. Annoying! However, my experience was a good one. I walked in, was greeted by a salesmen and asked if I needed help. I saw the big sign in the back of the store that said "remote starters sold here" and I told the salesmen I'm here for a remote starter and walked away. Jeremy (I think was his name) helped me out big time. I told him what I wanted and he knew exactly what I needed for my vehicle. He didn't push the expensive brands on me, but gave me the bad news up front where there would be. Our jeep has one of those keys that has everything built into it.....chip....door unlocks.....hatch unlock....alarm. He knew up front that our jeep needed an $80 part to bypass Jeep's programming in these keys and he told me that's a good price. (I checked....they're $120 online). He said I could save $30 if I had 2x keys so they could program the remote starter off of them. Jeremy said it would take 2-3 hours to install. Ours took about 4-5 because we had to wait in line. The installer felt bad for how long it took and programmed some extras into our remote (door unlock, hatch unlock.....typically you pay extra for these to be programmed into your keys). Upon pick up Jeremy walked us outside to where the jeep was and walked us through the steps. Everything was fairly straight forward and we haven't had a problem since! Oh and those that are worried about the installer. They guy has been doing it for 12 years so hopefully that'll give you some peace of mind. I bought a 2 year warranty for $30 just in case. Covers EVERYTHING!

Look, I get why other reviewers have issues with this store. The prices are expensive (fair, in my…read moreopinion, but expensive) and the owner is a bit curt and to the point, which can be off putting (especially for people who aren't willing to admit that they don't know as much as they think they know) But at the end of the day, I took my computer to another repair shop in town, who charged me less to look at it, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. So if you want to get what you pay for and you want the job done right, go to Ian. You will leave with your rig in the best shape it has ever been in, and honestly what more could you want?

He said he fixed it and when I went to turn it on while I was still there, the button got stuck so he obviously didn't put the screen on correctly and it wouldn't even turn on. How he could hand me the ipad and flat out lie to me while I was standing there looking at him showing him it's not turning on.... I don't know. He's disgusting, I argued with him for several minutes before I finally left without it working and had to threaten to Sue him because he refused to give me the $400 back to me! He was clearly shady and scamming people! I DO NOT understand how he hasn't had the cops called on him and how he is still in business. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

I even told her that one of them broke and my daughter smashed her head on the table because of that. She didn't seem concerned at all. All she said was "well you owe this much". Nice to know they are willing to sell such bad stuff and not even care that they hurt a child in the process. When I had someone come out and fix my chair once before they even told me the others were most likely gonna fall apart because they pretty much used Staples to hold the legs together. She just stood there and smirked at me and asked if I had enough money. I tried explaining to her that yes I did and could she please just help me. I even showed my balance to my roommates who I was with and they told the lady it should be working. When it kept declining I transferred twenty more dollars onto my card and my roommate told me not to hold my card in so aggressively. Maybe it was the holding of the card differently or the extra money but it finally went through. The manager who had been standing there the whole time not helping me said "are you sure you had enough money at the beginning? Didn't you just say you had to transfer money?" In the most condescending voice. I wish I'd gotten her name because my roommates and I walked out like did that really just happen? Apparently it isn't the first time they've had issues with their registers and checkout process. I'm on the lookout for her next time I go in so I can get her name.

He picked up our vehicle, took it back to his place and stored it until we were back in town with the part to fix it. We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him. He delivered it to the dealership the next day, and explained the issues and even offered to go back and pick it up if we could not get there during the dealers open hours. His pricing was great. Very fair! He went above and beyond with his communication and professionalism. Highly recommend this company!
