I stopped in to grab a quick sandwich minutes before closing. I had just arrived in town and quickly searched for a place to grab a sandwich to go. Even though it was ten minutes before closing time all the employees were super friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and my sandwich was delicious. I ordered the Italian sub my wife ordered the club sandwich and a friend of mine ordered turkey sandwich They were all great very social and nice to talk with the people there they were great sandwiches well done. I feel bad. It's been four years and I didn't even know they were there. I was heading towards China Palace when we found out they're closed on Monday so I got to find a new restaurant because they're closed on Monday, but Jersey Mike's was open. read more

Stopped by Jersey Mike's for a quick lunch. Such a nice change from other sub chains. The quality of the ingredients are sooo much better than others. We ordered the Original Italian and Mike's Famous Philly, soooooo good! I ordered the Philly and it just melted in your mouth. Lots of meat, super soft bread and creamy cheese. My husband got the Italian and I couldn't stop asking him if he wanted to trade bites! We'll get the same subs next time and share them. This was the first time I had Jersey Mikes. I was greeted by a great staff who was friendly and made nice conversation while making my order. They freshly sliced the meat and cheese in front of me. I'm so impressed with the management at this Jersey Mike's location. The staff are helpful, polite and I get my food quickly. It helps when I'm on my lunch break and only have 30 min. My favorite sub is the Turkey and Provolone but one of the employees suggested the Italian, so now I'm torn! I like them BOTH just as much. Love this place! It was a little packed because they just opened. The manager walked right up to me and was super nice!! I wasn't sure what I wanted so he took the time to ask me what I like and don't like. He suggested a sub and as always im the picky one. I took lettuce off and added extra cheese. He acted like I was the only one there . The employees were doing pretty good some of them were still learning... But hey give them all a break it's all new to everyone. Im so glad I went in and tried them out! I've went back a few times and have told all my friends to go because its better then... I ordered two subs during a busy lunch hour on a Friday on the Jersey Mike's App. Once I got home I realized I only had one sandwich, and I gave them a call to let them know I was gonna come by in an hour to pick it up & the owner insisted that he was going to come deliver it to me. I've ate here twice, the wait times can be a little longer than what is stated online, but the food is so good! The chipotle Philly is my favorite, it's definitely worth the 8-9 bucks. Would recommend over Subway read more

Came in around 7:45/8:00 PM. Pretty slow service to say the least. The grille was backed up with orders and employees were standing around when they could of been cleaning or helping make sandwiches. I just drove 15 miles out of my way in anticipation of getting what I thought would be another great Jersey Mike Sun. I arrive and order my sub and find the owner is assembling my sub. I asked no dressing, he drenched it with dressing, loaded it with lettuce and not much else. I could not have been more disappointed. I tried Jersey Mikes today for the first time. I was very disappointed. They are very over priced! Especially for the amount of food you get . The wait was very long. The flavor was mediocre at best but the portion you got was about half of what you could get at the rival sub shops in the area. I was happy to see they did give a Military discount so that was cool. But after my visit today I don't plan to make another trip, at least not at the prices they have now. read more

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's however there was a problem with the bread being over baked. The top of the bread was extremely hard. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they recently opened. I'm very happy that there is Jersey Mike's in Midland. Other than the bread being hard everything else was great. I used to love the Jersey Mike's when we lived West of Chicago and was glad to see them finally open a location in Midland. We have been to the Midland location 4 times since it opened and were disappointed each time. This past Saturday was the worst experience so far and may be my last visit. As I was at the counter ready to order, I noticed the Manager greeting new customers at the door and taking their orders. The workers behind the sandwich counter who were supposed to be taking my order ignored me and were busy filling other orders. The individuals that orders were taken by the Manager then filed in behind me. The workers behind the counter then began to fill their orders. The workers finally noticed that the line wasn't moving forward and I asked them what the process was to get my order taken. One of them said "I'm suppose to take your order" and then went back to filling the orders of the two customers behind me. Then a third worker on the far left side of the counter finally asks me for my order. To give him my order, I would have had to get close to the other customers behind me in the enclosed cove area. No "sorry for missing your order" or any type of acknowledgement. I was frustrated and left. Each time I have been here, there has been an issue with service and/or product quality. On one occasion, my wife's sub was saturated with "Mike's Way Vinegar", just soaked. Someone from Jersey Mike's corporate office needs to come back and retrain the employees and the franchise owner because they clearly lack the ability to provide consistent high quality products or service. Very disappointed in this place as I have experienced a whole different experience at another location and know how it's supposed to be run. Good luck! read more
