Jersey Mike's is my new favorite sub sandwich shop in Midland. Consistent quality. Bread is fresh baked, cold cuts are sliced in front of you. Veggies are fresh. AND the "JUICE". Order a sandwich "Mike's Way" is the specialty all the add-ons. #2 Jersey Shore Favorite, white bread sub sandwich is my go-to. Provolone, sliced ham and cappacuolo. Mike's Way includes thinly sliced onion, tomato, lettuce, and the signature olive oil vinegar blend for dressing. You can ask for a light or no "Juice". The Jersey sub sandwiches are unique with the vinegrette and fresh ingredients. Seating to enjoy your sub sandwich. Interior and exterior patio tables available. Outdoor parking. Call ahead or on the app pick-up orders are quick and easy with a separate shelf area for in-store pick-up, no more having to wait in line. Double check your order before leaving the store with your delicious sub, make sure not to grab the wrong bag checking out from the pick-up shelf. The restaurant is clean, well maintained and I like the design and artwork with the Jersey Shore theme inside restaurant. Service was quick. I enjoy seeing the sandwich being constructed as I order. The prominent deli slicer up front is really cool to see the ingredients sliced as I order. No doubt, sandwich is made fresh. Loyal, repeat customer. I love JM when I am craving a sandwich. read more

Number 13 Mikes way is my back up when I don't feel like cooking . The staff is always pleasant and quick to take your order.

Jersey mikes is Jersey mikes. It's just a good easy sandwich. I don't eat meat so I appreciate them having the hot portobello mushroom sub.. as well as the veggie sub the bread is good. That's it. read more

Shout out to the crew this morning. Placed an order a few days ahead of time for an event, party box and a few extra subs. They put down the wrong pickup day but the guys never skipped a beat. They rallied and made all my subs in under 10 minutes. Well done. read more

I stopped in to grab a quick sandwich minutes before closing. I had just arrived in town and quickly searched for a place to grab a sandwich to go. Even though it was ten minutes before closing time all the employees were super friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and my sandwich was delicious. The chips and cookies were well stocked with several choices of each. Very impressive for this time of day, I was expecting them to be short on options. Good food and great service. read more

I ordered the Italian sub my wife ordered the club sandwich and a friend of mine ordered turkey sandwich They were all great very social and nice to talk with the people there they were great sandwiches well done. I feel bad. It's been four years and I didn't even know they were there. I was heading towards China Palace when we found out they're closed on Monday so I got to find a new restaurant because they're closed on Monday, but Jersey Mike's was open. read more

Stopped by Jersey Mike's for a quick lunch. Such a nice change from other sub chains. The quality of the ingredients are sooo much better than others. We ordered the Original Italian and Mike's Famous Philly, soooooo good! I ordered the Philly and it just melted in your mouth. Lots of meat, super soft bread and creamy cheese. My husband got the Italian and I couldn't stop asking him if he wanted to trade bites! We'll get the same subs next time and share them. Maybe some day we'll try others, but these are too good to stray! Haha! Love this new location too, great friendly staff and fast service. We'll be back the next time we're in town! read more

This was the first time I had Jersey Mikes. I was greeted by a great staff who was friendly and made nice conversation while making my order. They freshly sliced the meat and cheese in front of me. The sub itself was great, I had it done their standard way which gave you veggies with two types of oils. I added banana peppers and it was perfect. read more

This Jersey Mikes has left the best impression on my husband and I. The authentic smiles and positive thoughtful service and best put together sandwich I've had. Keep up the great work! Also, seating and restroom was kept very clean. read more

I'm so impressed with the management at this Jersey Mike's location. The staff are helpful, polite and I get my food quickly. It helps when I'm on my lunch break and only have 30 min. My favorite sub is the Turkey and Provolone but one of the employees suggested the Italian, so now I'm torn! I like them BOTH just as much. It's hard to find an establishment these days run by people who genuinely care about their customers and their satisfaction. Keep up the good work guys! I give Jersey Mike's an A+ read more

Love this place! It was a little packed because they just opened. The manager walked right up to me and was super nice!! I wasn't sure what I wanted so he took the time to ask me what I like and don't like. He suggested a sub and as always im the picky one. I took lettuce off and added extra cheese. He acted like I was the only one there . The employees were doing pretty good some of them were still learning... But hey give them all a break it's all new to everyone. Im so glad I went in and tried them out! I've went back a few times and have told all my friends to go because its better then... Well you know the other few sub places This place is more genuine and I don't just feel like another number. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!! read more

I ordered two subs during a busy lunch hour on a Friday on the Jersey Mike's App. Once I got home I realized I only had one sandwich, and I gave them a call to let them know I was gonna come by in an hour to pick it up & the owner insisted that he was going to come deliver it to me. He gave me his personal number & delivered it within minutes. Such a wonderful organization with great customer service! Jersey Mike's in Midland has great food, great people & wonderful management! I will be a frequent customer!! What a great experience read more

I've ate here twice, the wait times can be a little longer than what is stated online, but the food is so good! The chipotle Philly is my favorite, it's definitely worth the 8-9 bucks. Would recommend over Subway read more

So glad to have a Jersey Mike's. It's my favorite sub place and they have some of the best subs. We've had it a few times since they've opened and it's been good every time. read more

Went there for the first and last time and let me tell it's a waste of money when no one will eat it as taste like crap was a waste of 57 bucks and service was really slow and employe was rude I who've them a negative star if there was one here tried to call the home office but the number was disconnected probably from so many people calling to complain read more

Came in around 7:45/8:00 PM. Pretty slow service to say the least. The grille was backed up with orders and employees were standing around when they could of been cleaning or helping make sandwiches. I know this restaurant just opened, but the employees need guidance and a little more work ethic. Waited wayyy to long for my food. Won't be back until things get on track. I will say the manager was working hard to help customers. read more

I just drove 15 miles out of my way in anticipation of getting what I thought would be another great Jersey Mike Sun. I arrive and order my sub and find the owner is assembling my sub. I asked no dressing, he drenched it with dressing, loaded it with lettuce and not much else. I could not have been more disappointed. Well I will no longer go out of my way and will encourage all of my friends and followers to avoid that Jersey Mikes. read more

I tried Jersey Mikes today for the first time. I was very disappointed. They are very over priced! Especially for the amount of food you get . The wait was very long. The flavor was mediocre at best but the portion you got was about half of what you could get at the rival sub shops in the area. I was happy to see they did give a Military discount so that was cool. But after my visit today I don't plan to make another trip, at least not at the prices they have now. read more

Today was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and it was really good. It was pretty busy, but they kept things moving smoothly. The manager was on top of everything. I will definitely be back...:) read more

Well staffed but super slow. Prices are high for what you get. The sandwich maker was cross contaminating toppings. I will not be back.

I think I've ordered online from here at least 6 times and have been impressed everytime. The subs are always very fresh tasting, delicious, and several steps above in quality compared to the other franchise sub shops in town. I'm also very glad they were able to restore the old building and spruce the area up a bit. read more

Finally a great option for a delicious sandwich! The meat and bread are always made fresh and it is served with a smile. I highly recommend you try this Jersey Mike's, you won't be disappointed. read more

Really! Grand opening and you run out of bread. Your business is preparing sub sandwich's for your customers. I hope this is not a sign of management at this store. Have enjoyed Jersey Mike's at multiple locations and hope this franchise can up its game read more

This place is clean, new, welcoming, and makes delicious subs. My favorite one is the chipotle chicken served hot and it is completely worth the wait. I love how nice the owners are! A bonus when you get a great sub served by a friendly face. read more

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's however there was a problem with the bread being over baked. The top of the bread was extremely hard. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they recently opened. I'm very happy that there is Jersey Mike's in Midland. Other than the bread being hard everything else was great. I will give them another try and hopefully the bread will be a little softer read more

(Ig they deleted my review ) Oh man oh man oh man... came in today with hopes I would be treated well... until I was greeted by girl with an ATTITUDE!! Claimed she was the assistant manager and that they "do things a certain way there." All over how I chose my veggies?????? Firehouse or subway may be the better option. read more

Just another sub shop. Nothing special Food was good except for too much oil. Would go back but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

The store layout isn't great, not a fan of the sandwich either. Options aren't clear and this is taking the whole covid situation into account. If I go again, and that is a big IF...I will only go when no one is there. My chicken cheese steak was severely lacking read more

I used to love the Jersey Mike's when we lived West of Chicago and was glad to see them finally open a location in Midland. We have been to the Midland location 4 times since it opened and were disappointed each time. This past Saturday was the worst experience so far and may be my last visit. As I was at the counter ready to order, I noticed the Manager greeting new customers at the door and taking their orders. The workers behind the sandwich counter who were supposed to be taking my order ignored me and were busy filling other orders. The individuals that orders were taken by the Manager then filed in behind me. The workers behind the counter then began to fill their orders. The workers finally noticed that the line wasn't moving forward and I asked them what the process was to get my order taken. One of them said "I'm suppose to take your order" and then went back to filling the orders of the two customers behind me. Then a third worker on the far left side of the counter finally asks me for my order. To give him my order, I would have had to get close to the other customers behind me in the enclosed cove area. No "sorry for missing your order" or any type of acknowledgement. I was frustrated and left. Each time I have been here, there has been an issue with service and/or product quality. On one occasion, my wife's sub was saturated with "Mike's Way Vinegar", just soaked. Someone from Jersey Mike's corporate office needs to come back and retrain the employees and the franchise owner because they clearly lack the ability to provide consistent high quality products or service. Very disappointed in this place as I have experienced a whole different experience at another location and know how it's supposed to be run. Good luck! read more
