Stopped there three different times in the Morning. At one time they were very busy, and the other times there were no more than 2-3 cars ahead of me. Each time I ordered a Steak and Bagel sandwich. Every single time they gave me a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel. read more

Rushing through the line. Made us pay extra for a non meal even though we we requested a meal. Didn't give us our extra hash brown and gave us wrong sandwichs. Very good experience! We ate inside and used the electronic kiosk for table service. I've had experiences in the past at other McDonalds where it was like we were forgotten by the workers and our food took forever. Not the case here! All of the food came out fast, hot and correct. The workers are friendly and efficient. No complaints here. It was a good lunch. read more

I was there on 4 March 2024 around 7 pm dining in I seen and heard an older female behind the service area, I assume it was the manager, yelling very loudly at the employees. It was very unprofessional and should not be exhibited. Definite workplace harassment. Not sure I what to frequent an establishment that allows this type of behavior. read more

Very nice location. Fast friendly expedited service on grill orders too. Some McDonald's charge for xtra Big Mac sauce and this location doesn't. They were very busy when we went and we still got our food in record time! Food was placed nicely on our dine in tray too! Lisa the manager is really nice with her and her staff being very professional and courteous! read more

Spent almost 60 dollars on food on 4/24/2021 around 6pm. Not only were the fries that i received cold, but i was missing several items. I understand mistakes happen, but when you take the phone off the hook and do not allow customers to come inside makes it very difficult to resolve my concern when i am already home with all of my kids and have the feeling that i was scammed. my order number was 1616 and the door dash driver told me that this establishment is way under staffed. I am about tired of McDonalds's period at this point. Spend all this money for this crappy service. Taking the phone off the hook does nothing but complicating things for everyone. read more

The people at the drive thru don't know how to manage two lines fairly. The side I was on was lagging, and they kept taking orders from the outer side and nobody could pull up and out on our side because of them. When I finally got to the end to get my order, (mighty kids chicken nuggets with extra fries and a coke). I received 1 fry and it was cold as ice and I received an "extra small coke". Pretty sure the mighty kids come with just a regular small coke, and you used to get 2 small fries when you asked for an "extra small fry. Chicken nuggets were cold too. Update: - I tried the app again to give it another chance and it worked great. In fact it was much easier than the other options. Previous review: I'm really disappointed with two things: 1) service is the mobile app for ordering meals 2) how management handled the situation. 1) I used the new app which was a nice user experience on the phone. However I parked my car at curb pick up and after 20 minutes I never received my order. Little frustrated at my lost time I went inside to address it issue. 2) I spoke with the manager and she immediately got defensive and showed no concern or empathy. She simply said software issues and tough luck we can put in your order in now at the counter. I asked, what they could do to earn back my loyalty and she literally scoffed at me. Does she not understand she's in the business of customer service? With a hard tone and yelling so all can hear, she said all I can do is put in your order now and make your food. I then suggested they put a sign out next to the curbside pick section. She scowled at me and did even acknowledge my suggestion. I said it again and she said where would I put! Yelling as if I was stupid. I said on the actual sign so people don't repeat what I did. Then she said, so you want your order or not?! She then proceeded to charge me ...again... until I insisted it be free since I had already been charged. Also to add, my order was missing an item and I had to return inside again. Food is still good but the service at Eastman Rd McDonald's has gone down hill. Stood there for almost ten minutes before one employee came over to help me order with one of the battery-less Bob's. It wasn't like it was super busy either, only one other customer in the place. Definitely don't like the new decor either, like a grave in there. Shades of Gray with red slashes. The place is now literally dead. They ripped the heart out of it, that must be why the red touches, testiment to them killing the place. I was there for almost four hours and very few people came inside. The employees ignore you and the vibe is cold, the place feels dead, not welcoming like it used to. I was very disappointed Its Thanksgiving and I have to work and have been covering shifts for others so I didn't have time for a Turkey and I never eat McDonalds so I thought they gave me a small and she said, it even says medium on the cup. So I go to the counter asked for a breakfast combo, Typed in the wrong item can't avoid it has to call for a manager, Manager avoids it she put my order in. I wait 10 minutes for my order and behold they got it wrong. I asked for a refund and left. Got the new bacon & cheese fries, cheese was cold. Also got a crispy ranch snack rap, they gave me a grilled one. Had to wait 5-10 minutes to get the new one made, originally had to wait 10-15 minutes to get all of my food. Floors were dirty, customer service was terrible, everyone was rude and disrespectful. Managers did not come when called, had a hard time ordering on the kiosk. The coupon basically broke the system and no one came to help. Sadly, this location has declined steeply in the last year or so. Despite having lots of staff behind the counter, it can be difficult to get service either inside or in the drive-thru. Staff sometimes seem quite harried, and there is a definite attitude from some. Recently ordered a Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese, got it home and found it had no onion or condiments whatever. I recently went inside to this McDonald's for breakfast at the regular breakfast hour and was very disappointed with the service. Only 1 gal on the register who was taking orders very fast, then we all had to line up at the end of the counter to get our food which was extremely slow! When it was my time to pick up my order, I had noticed that several people who had numbers after me received their meal before me. That is was ticked me off, so when I told the clerk that it was 'very unsatisfactory' of service, she had an excuse. "We had to wait for the sausage because we were out". Which to me was not an excuse as the 2 ladies behind me ordered a 'sausage' sandwich like me and got their orders before me and I said so, and she still sputtered saying they had to wait.
