Sauceless, Strawless, Soulless - A Taco Bell Tragedy For the second week in a row, I paid a premium to have Taco Bell's famously gourmet cuisine delivered straight to my door--only to be greeted by a sad, sauce-less sack of disappointment. Not a single packet of sauce. No napkins. No straws. Just dry tacos and crushed dreams. Who hurt you, Taco Bell? I don't know if there's a nationwide hot sauce shortage or if someone at this location is building a personal sauce empire in their garage, but whatever the reason--it's getting weird. Are the sauces locked in a vault? Is handing out napkins now considered a felony? Do straws cost extra because I missed the upcharge? I don't expect much from Taco Bell, but the one thing that keeps it edible is the sauce. Otherwise, I could just chew on cardboard and skip the calories. The sad part is I asked for the sauces. I checked the boxes. I begged politely through the app. Still nothing. Just depressing vibes and sadness. Be better. read more

I think everyone knows taco bell's quality has gone down, if it ever was good is another subject. I made an order for two that came to $42. That's my fault. When I got it home I noticed that the portions were smaller and of course the meat portion of each item was barely noticeable. But when I looked for my two apple emanates they were missing. Called immediately. The manager said he would replace next time I came in. Asked his name twice but could not understand him so gave up. Went in 4 days later. Told Cali the then manager the situation. She said we no longer have that product. I couldn't tell her the managers name. She couldn't give me a refund because I didn't have my receipt. This all became my fault. And it really is. I'm 76 and rarely try to scam stores out of a couple sub par treats. But I don't make promises I don't keep. I'm boycotting taco bell. Until they improve.. which means forever. I'm sure they could care less. read more

WHAT?! What's with the one-star reviews? Must've been a crazy manager. Because we just had a very PLEASANT meal here. We give it Five stars all the way: Delicious food, FRIENDLY smiling staff, quick service, clean dining area and bathrooms. Service was bad and it took ten minutes to get a burrito and it wasn't even busy workers were messing around

They must be getting ready to go out of business got 12 pack of mixed tacos if I'm lucky there was a teaspoon of hamburger on each one the nachos by the time I got home the cheese was a slab not nacho cheese and when you ask for extra sauce they give you six pack for 12 tacos 2 nachos and 3 potato bowls six little packs I tell you if they don't go out of business soon they are going to be real lucky. They don't teach their new employees with respect always yelling at them expecting them to know everything when it's their first day on the line and be very rude yelling at them to hurry up but not even teaching them and then telling them you don't get a half hour break you can have a five or ten minute that's it and the bathroom smells of cigarettes and weed read more

Used to like going here, but recently I have been having issues. Mostly in the fact I been charged for something I wanted but never get on my tacos...I always order the beefy Frito burito but want three cheese blend instead of cheese sauce, which I am fine with paying the premium. I live near this Taco Bell location and let me tell you what: I would highly recommend this fast food location! It has been recently renovated and I am very impressed. There are even digital kiosks to order on if you would like to bypass the line. The lobby is very cleanly, the employees are extremely friendly, and the service is fast. And as always, the Taco Bell food is delicious. This is by far the best Taco Bell location in the area; I have no complaints! read more

I am so annoyed with this location right now. Ordered a power bowl and I was on the go so I don't have time to go back home. They didn't even give me a fork. How am I supposed to eat this without any utensils?? So I guess I either have to go out of my way to go home, or wait until I have the time. Anybody can make a mistake, which is what happened with a recent carry-out order I placed for two fiesta taco salads. But it is somewhat unusual (I hope) for a restaurant employee to lie right to your face about a mistake. The employee made the salads, one of which was to have no beans. When she handed them to me I asked, "Which one has no beans?" She indicated one of the two. I got home, and both salads had beans. So this person LIED. This is not the way to keep people coming back. Extremely dissatisfied with my service, I went there at 1:45am and after learning that it was closed for walked in attempted to go through the drive through.
