The bowl was a folded soft flour tortilla filled with a mixture of beans and rice with generous potions of chicken and ground beef. Lettuce was on top of that, and the bowl (about fist sized) was ringed with tortilla chips. I was very pleased with this Mexican kitchen sink and recommend that you try it.
