Went here today (10/12/25) after church for lunch. 10 people ahead of us waiting to be seated when we got there, and a sign saying "please wait to be seated". We waited 10 minutes, and NO hostess even came over to talk to the people ahead of us, and more people were coming in the door. About 1/2 of us then walked out the door and went elsewhere. read more

This is the best big boy you will ever eat. It has great food like the buffalo wings and it has great birthday desserts and normal desserts so it's great for birthday dinners and it is just delicious in general. The service is so nice there and it's just awesome there. It's so sanitary and everyone loves it everyone so happy so just go there and you'll love it. read more

Fun fact, the Mr Beast burger is available here when you order via DoorDash. That's right! Let me tell ya! The Mr beast burger is well made, delicious and surprisingly now one of my favorite burgers. After Tony's recent closing happen, by the way very sad. I was looking for a new burger place and Big Boy will definitely be that place. This relationship is called a ghost kitchen. So about what I ordered. I got a beast burger with caramelized onions, Mayo and cheese (no veggies) and crinkle cut fries (these are really good too) Try it for yourself. Remember, you can only order from DoorDash. As far as I know it's just DoorDash. Let me know if you find them on other delivery apps. read more

I don't often leave reviews but man, this deserves it. So I come here just to check it out and get a milkshake (it was REALLY good btw), and even though I had such a small order, my waitress was AMAZING. I think her name was Jayden but man, she was great. She's really pretty and sweet and was really caring with my order and made sure it was filled to the top and didn't spill. Thankfully it wasn't busy and she was able to sit and chat with me and we honestly had a touching conversation. Out of all the places and people I've met, this is a great place and Jayden is the best server I've had. I'll definitely be back here (mostly for Jayden)!!! read more

Any place that serves breakfast all day is OK in my book. I was in the mood for a waffle at dinnertime so I went with the Strawberry Belgian Waffle and made it a combo by adding eggs and bacon. Everything was cooked well; you gotta eat that waffle fast though, before it gets soggy. I wonder if you can request it cooked a little longer so it can stay crispy longer? I did like that the strawberry slices were firm, so it's not just sludgy jam. They seem to be pushing the lemonades so I went with Desert Pear.. it was way too sweet for me, like someone forgot to add water to the concentrate. Our server said her favourite way to have it was mixed with Sprite. Maybe that would have been an improvement. read more

Friendly service and food that came quickly to the table! Our server, Serina, was attentive. Maybe a bit too attentive because hubby ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with chili and he happened to be looking at the soup and sandwich combo section of the menu. Serina must have assumed that's what he wanted when he actually wanted the full sandwich . No harm, no foul though. The sandwich came out perfectly with his added ham and he said it was delicious, along with the chili I ordered the classic big boy with no middle bun and it too came out perfectly. Mom-in-law ordered the bacon Mac & cheese which was tasty from the little I tried. Food came out hot and we had no complaints. Lots of parking and they do have desserts at the front of the store to take home but the cooler was kind of empty while we were there. I had breakfast here with family and it was probably the BEST BIG BOYS I ever ate at. The service was stellar. We had Serena and she was very attentive and very nice. The servers are always smiling. The managers came around always filling our cups with coffee. My coffee cup was never empty. The breakfast buffet for $12.99 including beverage was perfect. I had waffles, French toast, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit and salad. The food was hot and the buffet was really clean. I will definitely come back. read more

Went to this restaurant after our Grandsons concert last night and couldn't be more disappointed. Service was slow, waited 5 minutes for water. Server was to busy cleaning to check on us, and before we were finished eating they began SWEEPING the floor right by our table! Grew up eating at big boys same with my brother. My grandmother loved this place and we always had fun taking her here and havibg yummy food. My favorite thing was the super big boy with fries and the salad bar. Ogmh and the breakfast bar on sunday was always so yunny cuz i love cheese sauce lol. This place is consistent; middle of the road. It could be better. For example, I got the Fish & Chips with a side salad. The salad was a nice, basic house salad with the dressing luckily on the side. The Garlic & Oil Dressing was a good concept, but it was not very good. The Fish & Chips were basically good, but you could tell that the French fries were not freshly fried because they were bordering on cold and they were rubbery. I just returned to Big Boy while on vacation yesterday morning. My husband and I ordered their new Boston Creme Pie pancake thing with eggs. We split it because we had a wedding and reception and didn't want to get full on breakfast. The waitress was really nice (as always!) and when we told her we were sharing it, she brought it out cut in half!! Both eggs and pancakes! I thought that was really sweet! Very nice service, and AWESOME breakfast. I woudl have eaten that whole thing by myself if it was just for me - it was so, so good. I hope it's not seasonal because it was AMAZING! read more

It was my first time here and I wasn't pleased. I ordered a Super Big Boy burger with a side of steam broccoli. Upon arrival my broccoli was ice cold and the appearance wasn't to pleasing either parts of it was browning. My burger was suppose to have two slices of cheese which came out with one. So the food was sent back and returned with the same bowl of broccoli and slapped on cold cheese! This experience yet again wasn't not acceptable for a first timer. There are some ups and some downs with the place since they have changed the menu. The one good thing, was they added a vegetarian burger, and it is not bad it all depends on how you get it done. Done as the best cheeseburger in town or the Garlic and mushroom is the best. Done the Steakhouse one it is not good because of the BBQ Sauce just in my opnion does not taste good with it or with the tomato that comes on it. Also, it all depends on who is cooking and who you're waitress is as well. There are two girls in there, not going to name names or say what they look like. But they are very unreliable when it comes to servis. Waiting 10 minutes just to order a drink, waiting for napkins, and sides and food. They never get good tips from us because they do not deserve them. If they would pick it up a little they might do a lot better. read more

Do not order the endless pasta if you are expecting more than one serving. The menu has no disclaimer that it is not endless and when I asked for a refill was told my endless pasta was not endless. Very disappointed as it has happened twice and still no resolution made after bringing it to the leaderships attention.
