whoever was on drive thru 06-20 at 10:30 PM needs to be talked to. She had a horrible attitude you'd think for how slow the store is that they'd have decent customer service.. She didn't even read the order back just told us our total and continuously slammed the window while taking the card and handing us the drinks and the card back pulled us forward and we had to wait almost 10 minutes with no one behind or in front of us while we were waiting we seen a manager with a headset on so he was definitely hearing the attitude and we also seen an employee walk through the lobby while picking her nose and walking back to the kitchen area i understand people have bad days but don't treat customers badly leave the personal drama at home read more

Although this location may thrive at certain points of the year, let it be clear that your food's completion will come with a hefty time restraint during holiday weekends. I will give this location the benefit of the doubt when I say that West Branch is a very popular "travel stop" when driving through the middle of Michigan, however, management should at least understand that their work techniques need to shift to meet the growing needs of their consumer. The line was out the door once I left with my food and many people decided to take their money elsewhere after waiting for their "fast" food. Not only that, but the communication between its workers seemed to be super subpar; noting that I could've heard a pin drop on the floor by the grill. This insight shouldn't be taken as a negative consequence to the lack of preparation seen at this Wendy's today--it should serve as a learning point for management and anyone working their tonight. My food was good and that's all that really matters to me, however, I'm typing this review to help you see that this Wendys lost profit due to frustrated customers. read more

We were on our way to Mackinaw for the week and West Branch is our normal lunch spot. Yesterday we stopped and had lunch at this Wendy's. What a mistake! We find out later from the other family we were meeting stopped also and decided nope not eating here. Well we stayed. The was easily 5 people in the food making area but only on guy ringing. He tried to be pleasant but truly was more annoying than anything. He greeted everyone by taking off his hat and bowing then proceeded to make some wily nily hand moves while typing in your order and some he had a total conversation with. I am not saying you shouldn't be pleasant but it was just more time consuming and the line to place your order and the line to pick up your order was already backed up. I noticed with one customer he was arranging and rearranging the food on the tray and was explaining why. We were there for at least and hour start to finish. For a Wendy's, this one is nice. It's always a little chilly inside, but the customer service is good.

The classic chicken sandwich. Been a few years but still my favorite offering from Wendy's. Thick full best fillet with a good southern breading. Paired with a Lite Minute Maid Lemonade. Like a Sunday afternoon picnic on Friday night. The famous triple cheseburger my companion ordered looked good and he was very pleased. Newly renovated and clean facility. read more

Stopped off the highway, food and service was good. Drive thru had a few cars and went quickly. Only bummer was they were out of root beer.

Wendy's has been around for years so a Yelp review is not that helpful. For fast food chains, it really comes down to parking lot, cleanliness, and bathrooms. This store would finish above average because of a recent remodel. The bathrooms are average. but where this store wins me back every time is the staff. Shelly has been there for years, and she is always friendly, and always makes sure that even at Wendy's we feel special. We eat hear almost once a week, and still look forward to that bowl of chili with some fries mixed in. read more
