I tried the Spiced Lamb Burger, very unique and tasty, and the spiral fries were delicious! Our table also enjoyed Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Southern Chicken and Biscuit sandwich, both very good. The cheesecake with Carmel sauce...wow. The slice was huge, with super creamy texture, just excellent. Also for dessert, I had a seasonal cocktail "All Too Welll", like pumpkin pie in a martini glass! Mom also enjoyed her Carmel Apple Cauldron. Only one craft brew on the tap list, but it was Founder's Mortal Bloom, not at all bad as a forced choice. Place was about half full on a Friday night, but was rapidly filling as we left. Atmosphere is that of a farily typical northern Michigan bar, though brighter than some.

We generally don't eat a lot of fast food anyway, so I hope not to turn others off. Just be warned you'll pay more for food at all their locations, and it's not much different than other fast food for the higher price. Their Butter burger was tasty, fish sandwich ok, chicken sandwich is a chicken sandwich and soggy fries.

Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this sad place. First of all, it took over 30 minutes to even get to order. They were so backed up that we almost left right then and there. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 burgers. 1 of the burgers had no mustard and no tomato, the other burger was ketchup and pickle only (my little brother is picky). They messed up the order (gave us mustard and tomatoes on both burgers), so we had to drive back thru. After apologizing and remaking our food, they messed up AGAIN. I had so much mustard on my burger the second time around I couldn't even see the burger. It almost made me sick. It took us almost 45 minutes to get 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries, and 2 drinks. I get that most fast food workers are teenage children, but ffs, how hard is it to make 2 burgers? Absolutely NEVER coming here ever ever ever again. The ONLY place up on Hamburger Hill that doesn't offer anything to Vets on Veterans day. When asked why not, we were told it was a "personal preference by the owner." I just thought that was incredibly disrespectful of the owner to not honor those who have served this country. What does this person have against vets? Hot crisp, not greasy in the least, with that irresistable seasoned coating on them. The Rally burger was good too, with nice beef flavor and plenty of toppings. I had to ask for ketchup before I pulled away, but left with more than enough. I won't wait years before my next Rally's visit.
