Keeping in line with all of the other comments and reviews. By far the worst McDonalds in the nicest area. Today there was a large man handing out orders. He was very sweaty and instead of wiping his sweat with a rag, he used his hands, then didn't wash them and bagged the food. This same "huge guy" only way to describe him, was also very rude when approached about the timing the food was being distributed in. I had waited 17 mins for an order through the app. When I asked for my order, he said, "everybody has been waiting 17 mins" He was all by himself working the front, I don't blame him for sweating, it's hot working fast food, but maybe don't handle the food, money and your sweat then. I used to live here and thank goodness I'll never be back to this location. If you see this guy handling food. You are eating his sweaty hands that have not been washed in the last 25 mins now, I have been watching him. I've worked in food service and this wouldn't fly at in n out burger. One night I wanted a happy meal I know just for the toys.. our happy meal was missing the toy.. I was kind of shocked.. I called in thinking they won't pick up... but they picked up right away.. This rating is for their french fries ONLY. These are the best, hottest, and freshest Mc Donald's fries that I've had in a long time -- and what makes them so great is that their fries are CONSISTENTLY this good. Others may have a different experience, maybe depending on the time of day you go here, but I was coming here nearly twice a week for fries while school was in session, and they've always been hot and fresh! Vincent was taking orders in the front and had such a Strong and Positive Proactive well- poised Body Language. The urgent and focused pace Vincent set was perfect for the weekend rush - he smiled kindly, listened carefully, repeated orders back clearly, and made every Guest feel Significant and our time respected by treating us like a well cared for priority. I love how his Uniform was so fresh and spotless too and how patient and kind he was towards the children asking for additional Napkins and Condiments too! McDonald's is McDonald's, my expectations aren't high anytime I go to one. But my experience this week at this one was not great. I went in to order a guava & cream pie, brownie caramel McFlurry and a slushie. Not only did my order take forever (I waited about 15 min, and there was no one in the store but one other person), but by the time I got my McFlurry (prepared by the store manager), it was all melty and even had some Shamrock Shake green in it. Do not go here. Their customer service is terrible even though they use the "we are so busy" excuse. And I get that they have busy hours like the rest of the places around here but they are just SO rude and will ruin your happy experience and day. I drove up and ordered a breakfast meal, daydreaming of hashed browns. The girl took my order and then, when I drove up to pay, she didn't talk to me or confirm my order but simply asked me to pay and then handed me a receipt. I thought she handed me MY receipt... and when I got to the window, the guy told me i got 2 breakfast sandwiches and I corrected him, letting him know that I had gotten a meal. He asked to see my receipt and then told me I got two sandwiches and shoved it in my face, gave me a look before he walked away. In hindsight, I could have been more careful to make sure I had the girl's attention and make sure my meal was correct, but she was "too busy" taking someone else's order and gave me my receipt. And the guy was "too busy" to offer to correct my order. (Other locations usually do that...) Instead, he gave me someone else's meal and walked away. I mean... McDonald's this WAS my "go-to" for a quick meal... NEVER AGAIN! Worse customer service I've ever had!!! They need to retrain their rude and inexperienced staff. read more

Very slow and inefficient service; was not acknowledged at all despite being the only one inside the restaurant. Mobile pickup took 10-15 minutes long for a small order. Today, the lady at the 2nd window was not friendly. It was a shock to me because I never experienced this before at this location. It was exactly 9:22am when I got to the second window to pick up my breakfast. The lady did not greet or acknowledge me and started by asking what we ordered. We shared our order number and she said no, I need to know what you ordered. If she had listened to our number, wouldn't she see the items we ordered on the screen where her hand and fingers are on? She continued to ask what we ordered before she can hand over our mobile order. She was very unprofessional. You should not allow this kind of behavior to represent your brand. Wise because I took advantage of Mcdonald's 50 chicken nuggets for 10 dollars deal, and stupid because I decided to eat all the nuggets by myself as an eating challenge with friends. I'm lovin' it. I don't go to McD's too often, but when I do, I'm usually hankerin' for a QP with cheese, no onions. Ordering "no onions" works for me because 1. I hate raw onion, 2. I hate having bad breath, or thinking I do, and letter D. they usually are forced to freshly prepare it, so it tastes so much mo' better. Went there for a quickie drive thru lunch today (eaten in my car, I have the ketchup stain on my work pants to prove it, darnit). Since my QP was no doubt a custom job, they asked me to park for a minute. A few minutes later, the sweetest little lady delivered my lunch to me, all smiles. Actually made my day, which was pretty crappy before that due to a cranky co-worker, lol. A smile works wonders, doesn't it? I like this location, the employees all seemed happy to be working there.
