Then they told me to park at the #3 spot when I got there some was already parked there. They always manage to screw up my orders each and every time we go here regardless of whether we dine in, drive thru or use the mobile app. If I use their drive thru, they often make me park at 1 of 2 designated drive thru parking spots to wait another 30 mins for my order. I'm not sure if it's their machine, but their sweet tea is NEVER sweet. They try to fix their mistake by giving me a free cookie or muffin each time. We literally just came home after waiting for a long time at one of their parking spots where they told us to park and they give us our order. Ordered a Big Mac family bundle and we asked for sauces for the chicken nuggets, and no sauce was given. Opened up the 2 Big Macs and it looks like I have to assemble it myself like it's IKEA furniture. Such a bad experience at this location. Would give 0 stars if I could. We sat in the curbside pickup spot for over 40 minutes and are currently still waiting for our food. The drive through line is moving at a decent pace, but it took over half an hour for people behind us in order to receive their drinks. They also always mess up our order without fail; missing items, missing sauce, wrong drinks. The list goes on. It's simply not normal that it takes that long to assemble a couple burgers. I was sitting so long in the same place I demanded my money back. This is by far the most poorly managed fast food location of any chain in the entire country (McDonald's Temecula Parkway). Having gone there at least a dozen times in the past 3 years, I can't recall ever having my order correct. The drive through lines are long, they will park you to wait longer, and then still get the order wrong. Every time the family suggests a quick stop here following a softball game, I cringe, but then hope that the last visit was a fluke. It's never a fluke. The one thing they have is consistency. I got there and was told that it was cash only. I asked a few questions and received absolutely no answer. As I hardly know anyone that carries cash anymore (including me), I had no option to order anything. But I guess it makes sense since a lot of druggies with cotton mouth carry cash. The service here is TERRIBLE! I can't tell you how many times our orders have been wrong. But, because we don't want to hold up the drive thru line any more than it always is (so slow), we don't check our order tell we get home. Then we end up driving back to this place to get the order corrected (either get the right food, or get the food that was left out entirely). The order takers and money takers have been friendly, but management sucks. They can't even live in the 21st centurty. It's true that their building is up to date, but..... They have been advertising that they are hiring, so my son applied. Got an interview. Went to orientation. Was not put on the scedule for the first two weeks, but was at least given 1 shift each week of 4 hours. He's told that the schedule is posted Friday afternoons (on a white board! Not even an app or email!) He goes in to look - "Oh, it might be up tomorrow or Sunday". Like, what? So, we go today (Sunday) and he is on the schedule, finally, but for ONLY 4 HOURS!! If someone needs a job, it's not for 4 measly hours a week. I am writing to the manager personally. I am writing to Corprate. This is the worst place for so many reasons!
