I got there and was told that it was cash only. I asked a few questions and received absolutely no answer. As I hardly know anyone that carries cash anymore (including me), I had no option to order anything. But I guess it makes sense since a lot of druggies with cotton mouth carry cash. As I couldn't back up with the 7 cars behind me, I had to wait in a 35 minute line with no order and ultimately no food. The best part is the this isn't the first McDonalds I've been to TODAY with a similar issue read more

Service is really bad!I ordered 5 different meals and when I got to the window I'm missing one of the meal and the lady in the window is in a hurry to kick us out and the other crew were laughing! That's not how you deal with a customer! You apologize and talk to them in a manner they are gonna be satisfied! No wonder you only have a 1.5 star. The only person that's nice is Danielle read more

The service here is TERRIBLE! I can't tell you how many times our orders have been wrong. But, because we don't want to hold up the drive thru line any more than it always is (so slow), we don't check our order tell we get home. Then we end up driving back to this place to get the order corrected (either get the right food, or get the food that was left out entirely). The order takers and money takers have been friendly, but management sucks. They can't even live in the 21st centurty. It's true that their building is up to date, but..... They have been advertising that they are hiring, so my son applied. Got an interview. Went to orientation. Was not put on the scedule for the first two weeks, but was at least given 1 shift each week of 4 hours. He's told that the schedule is posted Friday afternoons (on a white board! Not even an app or email!) He goes in to look - "Oh, it might be up tomorrow or Sunday". Like, what? So, we go today (Sunday) and he is on the schedule, finally, but for ONLY 4 HOURS!! If someone needs a job, it's not for 4 measly hours a week. I am writing to the manager personally. I am writing to Corprate. This is the worst place for so many reasons! The only reason I even go here is because my FIL likes their diet Coke. I don't even like their food that much. I prefer to go ANYWHERE else, and will continue to do so. read more

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. I only go here out of convenience of it being so close to the house. Every time I come here I have to wait out front for my order and then in most cases my order is not correct. Either they are missing something or they get it wrong. To have so many issues and inconsistencies for such a long time, at this point I blame the management. read more

This location sucks ass and does not have customers service and is rude . Don't eat here, Africa America female literally handed me the food with no bag had to ask for one so ridiculous. Train your employees right because this is not how a place should be ran. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Came in because my delevery order was missing all the fries. A lady start helping me and another guy came to say something about next time contact grubhub "with attitude". He then said because they didnt get the money directly from me. Does he think i ordered food delivered tip my delivery guy then walk in to ask for more food? I paid for the food and didn't receive the complete order. i dont think its wrong of me to go there and ask for the missing items in my order. In the end i left and handed the lady 20 dollars because he made me feel awful about coming there asking for my missing food. Like im there for free food. Went to the drive through this morning. Literally two minutes ago. They had two open lines. A lady comes over the intercom and says I'll be with you in just one minute. Which is fair because someone was in the other line before us. However after helping two more people and then saying hello to a third we decided to go to a better McDonald's and I decided to leave this review. While I'm here. This place is near my house so I take my kids here from time to time. We went lady weekend, Sunday the 26th. Apart from the normal inability to receive your order correctly. The front literally smelt like feces. Crap. Not like a dirty diaper or a mop but human feces. I couldn't take it. The kids playground area smelt like filth. It was awful. All the tables were dirty, as usual. I think McDonald's had gone down hill. Maybe it's just me. read more

Came here for breakfast and everything went well. I placed my order on the McDonald app and was ready within minutes when I arrived. There is an honor soda fountain and cream and sugar is available for your choosing. Not hidden behind the counter like most franchise. I did notice there were some so call homeless coming in and out. But they kept to themselves read more

Do not use mobile order. They won't get your order and they will charge you and make you pay wait without saying anything. Do not ever order mobile order. You will save yourself so much time and effort. Or order via the app and have a great 30 minute experience with missed orders, waiting on the curb and realizing no one got your order even though you paid via the app read more

Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, Horrible customer service.

The McDonalds in Temecula Prkway can't get it together. It's like their shocked people ordered food. No one wants to except door dash orders because they will spend their whole dash time sitting g in line waiting for a McDonald's order. The McDonalds in Walmart is Great! Food is way way better and it's fast. This McDonald's closes every chance it gets. It was closed down all through co vid. I've been in this Drive through for 20 min so far. Never again. Your locked in once your in or I would leave. read more

Worst drive thru experience ever. 2 lines, but one line serves 4 cars for every one of inside lane. Once in line you are held captive. No way out. Spent 45 minutes being held captive in line from hell. It's not like an in and out line with 50+ cars. Talking about 15 cars. Stay away from this place if you value your time. Gave one star because there is no choice for zero stars. read more

When the manager flat out stares at you waiting for more then 10 minutes to place an order and does nothing this place is a joke I don't recommend it to anyone. By the way the manager had some thick piercings in his ears so if management reads this maybe you know who it is that is representing you. You have someone who stares at a disgruntled customer and does nothing I mean I know it's McDonald's but . . . Your as expensive as in n out now and they have way better service then you so I think I am done with McDonald's at least this location. Side note: or back note (ifyouknowwhatimsayin), the cheese burgers are crazy small. What happened? Is it the "fresh burger" thing now? Ordered a multi patty burger and the beef patties were smaller than silver dollar pancakes. Bunk. read more

I would give it zero if I could. Upon ordering I noticed that they keep some of their food outside on crates. I noticed how dirty it was, birds landing on them, eat droppings so you know they're are rats in the area where they keep that food. It was disgustingly filthy. I drove thru the drive thru and didn't get my food, I was grossed out by it. Do yourself a favor and do not go there unless you want to take the change of getting sick read more

We have been here a dozen times through the drive-thru. They have gotten our order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Double check always!!!

Worst McDonald's location EVER. And I'm not exaggerating, it really is that bad. Sucks that this is our local one- we've been in Temecula for 3 years now and it shows no improvement. The owner really needs to sell because they don't know what the F they are doing. They mess up your order EVERY TIME. And they make you park and wait in a stall for 20 mins for your order, only to not bring you everything you bought! I have never seen such a poorly run McDonalds. Multiple people coming in upset about 30+ minutes waits for in store, drive up and mobile orders. There has been no one even taking orders at the register for a solid seven minutes. It's about five minutes in between customers receiving their food and according to the video board there's about 12 orders waiting I'm sure the food will be fine as it's usually pretty consistent McDonald's but this particular store is mess. read more

I used to come here quite often with my kids but it seems to have gone downhill in the last few months. Lately orders have been wrong, things are missing in an order..my last visit I had a simple order to dine in with a Big Mac and 2 Happy Meals..I ordered through the self service screens in front and everyone else got their orders..I waited and watched others getting their meals while I sat there..I went up to complain that others have received their meals way before me and I had been waiting a good 30 minutes. The girl looks at the screen and says "its still being made" but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary and not only was there no apology it took another good 5-10 minutes! If it werent for my kids being occupied with the play area, we would not be there that long waiting though after that good 30 minutes, the kids would come out to compain that they were starving. I thought this was "fast food"? Today a new "limited time" SZECHUAN sauce was released today and I know they had it since I saw them give it to a woman who was asking about it and wondering why she didn't get it when she ordered it. They gave it to her but looked reluctant to give it to her. I then tried to order my McNuggets and get the sauce but the guy at the register said he couldn't sell it to me. Why not? Its on the Official McDonald's Facebook and I know they have it. He told me "well that is social media". Why would it be on the official site? You have it in stock yet they won't let the customers have it when ordering nuggets? I even asked what do I need to order to get the sauce and he said that "they don't sell it". Then why the heck have it if you're not going to "sell it"? I would happily avoid this McDonald's and head to another until this one can possibly get their act together. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's to order at. The new computers that allow you to order is a joke. It wouldn't allow me to pay at the computer, had to stand in line to pay, and they had to start all over once I got to the front. Waste of time. This place is trash. This is the 3rd time in the row they've gotten my order wrong! You guys need to get your shit right.

I can't with this place. Every time I go there is always an issue. Well, I'll actually say 8 times out of 10 there is an issue. Food always tastes great but my order is always messed up. Just last Sunday I ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals and had to wait 20 minutes in front of the store till they brought me my food. They finally bring it, I leave and go home. Tell my why there is a quarter pounder in my double quarter pounder box? I know I know I'm fat and shouldn't be eating here in the first place but come on at least give me what my fat ass ordered and paid for! Always always always check your order before you leave even if there is a huge line behind you and always check the boxes to make sure you got the right sandwich. Oh and make sure your drinks are correct because they like to mess those up too. Needless to say my fatass will probably be back because it's the closest McDonald's to my house and I'm not getting out of my car to go into Walmart. I'll just be EXTRA cautious when I go. read more

McDonald's - 20 minutes after it opens, it already looks like this. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

See all

McDonald's located at 31853 Temecula Parkway, in Temecula is one of the WORST restaurants around this wonderful city. This McDonald's is lacking of good customer service and even mindfulness. I waited 39 minutes for 5 ice carmel macchiato coffee and 3 of the hot carmel macchiato. The manager named Chrystal Byler did not have enough milk to furfill the order; she sent an employee to get it. The gesture seems to be good; however, when she was going to give me the order, she said: here is your order, but we do not have any carriers. Her attitude was horrible, did not offer any alternative solutions; and she did not CARE at all as to how" only me, suppose to carry the 8 drinks. Was she expecting me to carry them on my head, hands and feet? Really a joke. Thus, I don't recommend this place at all; it must be taken out of our city. If McDonald's Management has the decency to contact me; I can be reached at: isabellaespino.feb14@gmail.com The store and the supervisor Chrystal Byler DO NOT DESERVE ANY STAR AT ALL.
