I've had good and bad experiences at McDonald's. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had at any fast food place ever. I pulled into the parking lot at 12:30 for takeout. I left at 1:18. It should not take 48 minutes to get "fast" food. There was one person taking orders, one on drive through, and about a dozen behind the counter. However, several times while I was waiting, 5 of them were huddled around the order screen and not doing much else. The manager simply wasn't managing efficiently. To make things worse, the order taker did not read my order back, so I was missing a McChicken. It took me several minutes of standing there with my food and saying "excuse me" to get somebody's attention, but they did make it quickly once I was finally able to let them know. On top of all that, when I got home (a 5 minute drive), the fries, which were supposed to be without salt, were loaded with salt. They were saltier than when my sister made hamburgers and the lid to the salt came off. I couldn't even eat them. Plus, they were soggy and barely warm. The Big Macs were cold. The Sausage McMuffins were chewy. The hashbrowns were cold and floppy. They need to do some serious revamping of their service and training. I've had too many bad experiences at this McDonald's, so I will not be going back. I'd rather go to the one inside Walmart. read more

(Using my wife's acct) I came to the drive thru yesterday and as I waited to order a coffee in the right lane the operator proceeded to take the orders of patrons on the left. I pointed out that I was ready and they let 2 cars pass and a third car was ordering. I pointed out that I had been ready to order and that two cars had passed. They decided to play a prank and I ended up with a coffee with about 1/4" amount of coffee grinds. I discovered this after getting half way down my cup. I returned to complain and they apologized (the MGR was in shock and gave me three meal vouchers). I was spitting grinds out the whole day and I donated my meal tickets as I don't want to go back. I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate. read more

I have never ever been sassy or rude to another person in the fast food or retail industry because I know how challenging it can be but the girl working the drive thru really got me to lose my patience. I've been through this McDonald's SEVERAL times prior to this (two times prior dealing with her) and she's been mildly rude and very indifferent and like she can't be bothered but I let it go each time because I assume it's been a long day or whatever. I totally understand we can't be peppy ALL day. This last time was it for me as she raised her clearly annoyed voice at me that they were only serving breakfast in the middle of me ordering. Admittedly, I misheard her which shouldn't be a big deal and most definitely doesn't merit that tone of voice. After already making me feel bad that I had three separate orders, which I apologized for because she said a delayed "ok" in such a grumpy tone..I was just over her. I told her I misheard her and she was like "sooorrry" when she didn't sound sorry at all so I told her "oh I'm SURE you are" and as I drove past the window to leave she was peeking through the glass and smirking like she was pleased with herself. They are rarely every friendly or enthusiastic to help you at the window. I apologize for the employees that ARE kind but I have yet to have that experience. Also for the past 3+ weeks their frappe and smoothie machine has been out of service I guess? Why let that go on for so long? Save your time and go to Taco Bell or Jack in the Box next door. Unless, management wants to rectify the behavior their employees exhibit I wouldn't bother visiting this location. read more

When I pulled up to the menu at the drive-thru, there were two employees standing between me and the menu board. The one male was just slipping a McDonald's cup beverage with one hand in his pocket and his jacket hanging off his shoulders. I asked him to please move then the employee "Angel" gave me an annoyed look and after a stared down, slowly move a couple of feet. Never uttered a word just told the other employee to walk with him. These two proceeded to walk down the drive-thru where a truck in front of me was waiting for them to get out of the way then carefully drive around them. I asked the window attendant for the manager which she replies "Angel" is the manager. After getting my food, yet another disappointment. Literally, there was a handful of large sliced onions piled on. Furthermore, the patty was not hot and needless to say, the cheese was not melted. I have read Yelp reviews in which customers had similar experiences. Done with this restaurant. read more

After waiting in the drive through for about 40 minutes I get home and my food looks disgusting. The Patty's look like they were sitting out all day which I dont understand being that the place was packed . Absolutely the worst customer experience possible. 20-minute drive thru wait, assured order is correct, drive away only to find out that the majority of the order is missing. Go back to the restaurant, talk to the manager to fulfill the remainder of the order and don't find out until back home that she screwed it up. Order incorrect in what the manager did. Call back to voice my complaint and she hangs up on me. I will never visit this McDonalds again. Unfortunately, it's the Golden Arches and people will still go. HORRIBLE. read more

The spots for Reserved Drive Thru exists because their food is always cold and if you're lucky to catch that in time before leaving, you can park there to try to get fresh food. Christmas Day locked us out a hour early worst customer service ever waited 20 minutes to get cones out infront of us and denied food

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to, which is unfortunate since it's the drive thru that's the closest to us for miles. The food is generally prepared well - crispy fries and nuggets for the kids - but they consistently get orders wrong and forget sauces. Even lining up in the store isn't better because the cashiers move registers randomly causing chaos for customers who are trying to line up properly. Orders are plopped down at the counter with no one checking to see if the customer needs anything additional than what was provided on the tray. Today my wife was asked to park after paying at the drive thru and no food arrived after 15 minutes - all with a screaming baby and two other kids in the car. She went inside and asked for a refund. We're going to have to write off this McDonald's cause this location doesn't care about its customers. read more

This McDonalds has a chronic issue of messing up drive through orders. They have given me empty chicken nugget boxes. The wrong toy I ordered. 4 pieces instead of 6 pieces etc. The only reason we have gone there is because the kids want happy meals. It has now gotten to the point where the kids hate the place (thank god). Maybe I should rate them 5 stars because the kids have quit asking me to go there :) read more

Someone vomited in the entry and it stinks. Told the staff and they said it was fine. My kids and grandkids couldn't eat there due to smell. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star is for Anna, a manager who's amazing customer service JUST over the phone, really changed my terrible experience into a good one. She was polite, empathetic and professional when addressing my concerns. Several times I've done drive through at this location and each time the quality of the food has been terrible. Today I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, with no onions, and a regular coke. Got my order, looked in the bag and saw 2 cheeseburgers and fries and took it to my office, 1 block away. On the way I ate some french fries from the bag, and they were cold. At my office I opened the 2 cheeseburgers. The first one was cold and had onions on it. The second one was cold but had no onions. The coke had hardly any ice. I bet it was sitting around for a while, just like the cheeseburgers and fries had been. Terrible food preparation. read more

The convenience of touchscreen ordering to make this place more efficient has been undone by the long wait time. Wow. Reviews are true. This place is a shit show. NEVER had a smooth experience here. Ever. The drive thru workers are either high or struggle to hear over the drive thru mic. Not to mention they are rude. They give zero Fs. Don't go here. They told us to wait in a stall that was taken up by someone else, then gave that person our order even AFTER I told the food runner that we were in a different space because of the other person.
