I live 45 minutes away, this is the closest McDonalds to me, I call and they tell me on the phone they stop serving lunch at 3, I get there at 1:50 and they tell me they stopped serving lunch at 2 even though it was 1:50, and she was rude about it. Not the first issue at this location, constantly takes forever to order and employees are rude. read more

McDonald's - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

Closed at 8am Monday morning? McDonald's was already on the bad side for morning choices but I guess I won't ever try this one again. Burger King is just down the street or maybe jack in the box. As I type this I'm watching others trying to get breakfast just to be turned away 3/23/17 update*** Still one of the worst McDonald's around. So they were open this morning at 6am! So they're starting off good at least. Well I go through the drive thu and try to see what kind of drinks they sell... the signs don't have a drink section anymore, so I ask what kind of coffee drinks they have? Hot and cold ones. I ask another question and get another stupid response. I get to the window and they could care less that I was annoyed. So needless to say I'll never visit this establishment again and I'll make sure to speak negatively about them to everyone I know. Go down the street to Siggys, Jack in the Box, or Burger King. Don't waste your hard earned money here. read more

I came in on 03/17/19 at 16:00 and this place is dirty !!!! I have came multiple times and the floors are covered in fries and paper. You are literally stepping on all the trash . The tables are sticky and covered in trash. I have not seen not one employee sweep the floors or clean the tables. This place makes me not want to eat my food in here . This place is horrible! read more

I'm too tired to make a long review so all I'm gonna say is the shittiest service I've ever gotten they have no emotions I felt very uncomfy and unmotivated read more

This has to be the worst Mcdonalds around!! I work really early and this is really the only place open around the time I go into work (well suppose to be)and closest. Every single night/morning there is always a reason they can't serve someone. System is down, they ran out of whatever you ordered, or they just put up cones blocking the drive thru. Rarely when they are open they are soo rude and no matter what you order it is messed up in some way. Today was my last attemp ordering anything at this location and of course they were just closed with 4 employees standing at the counter inside. read more

McDonald's - Every night/early morning... they are rarely open and so rude when they are. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

Worst experience at McDonald's. None of the staff knows what they are doing. 20 mins for a sausage McMuffins. Ridiculous

Not to bad quick and they work hard. Service could be a little faster but it gets the job done. The workers are super legit and very nice!

Should get 0 stars! Slowest drive thru EVER! One car behind the order window and still took over 20 minutes to get through! Terrible!

Super sweet retirement aged lady took my order at the counter today. I was not wearing a mask and she asked me to kindly put one on. I was reluctant but complied. She thanked me several times for wearing my mask as she completed my order and also asked if I was having a good day. I was not happy about wearing my mask and was a bit short with her. While in the dining room she came by and asked me if I was enjoying my meal. This gal is a GREAT employee and deserves 10 stars in customer service. read more

Unbelievably slow service REPEATEDLY!!! I am still sitting in the drive-they line. Been here over 25 minutes already and still one car ahead of me. AWFUL!!!! read more

Was just in a 45 min line watched the Sunday night football game in my car the whole 3rd and 4th lol we'll all I ordered was 2 medium fries thinking well the line is so long maybe I'll get fresh fries (WRONG)and 3 McDoubles 2 with ketchup and cheese only and 1 with no onions well I got old fries Dry and cold no salt you know what I'm talking about and the burgers had no cheese absolutely disgusted with management read more

I go through their drive they every day to get an iced coffee and usually an egg McMuffin. I really don't understand how every single day the coffee tastes different, but whatever. If it's too bad I take it in and get a new one. The thing that drives me crazy is the drive thru cashier at the window!!!!! She's an older lady that barely speaks English so when she reads my order back to me, I have no idea what she's saying anyways. I usually just nod my head. When I see her, I'm already completely irritated!!! Seriously at least put someone in the window that speaks clear English. Sorry if that's rude but it's the truth. read more

Always out of ice cream. Drive thru lines take too long to get thru. Fries are soggy. Coca cola was watered down and limited ice. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple of miles to the McDonald's on Rancho California road. read more

Being a mobile order and placing an order before many others really doesn't mean anything at this McDonald's considering it was only a hot cakes and smoothie. I was waiting about 30 min just for these two items (also didn't get any syrup!). Many people of course get frustrated and wait near the locked door since the lobby area is closed waiting for their order that's basically just getting neglected. Even in previous experiences waiting on a mobile order, the associates do not go by the customer's name for the order and have had my order handled by other customers more than once before. read more

I got Yelp just to make this review, I'm upset I can't give this 0 stars. I don't think I've had one good experience here and it's been the closest McDonald's to me my whole life. I would rather drive another hour just for better service. The amount of times they've forgotten to put a simple ingredient in their meals or not given sauce when you specifically clarify you want extra sauce as well. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this is beyond ridiculous, even the employees have the worst attitude every single time I go. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! read more

So the McDonald's did have ice cream and I tried the Shamrock Shake for old times sake and alas it was overpoweringly sweet. The restrooms could also use upkeep. We shared a couple cheeseburgers and an order of fries and they we're fresh and hot. McDonald's is McDonald's and the staff here were friendly and the busboy was extremely hardworking. read more

This is the worst McD's I have ever been to and I have gone here a few times because it is the closest. I eat inside. It is always dirty with few clean tables. My order is usually messed up. How tough is it to make a McChicken PLAIN? Place a piece of chicken on a bun. Also, they have this table service concept where you get a sign/number on it and take to your table. Your receipt also has a different number on it. Half the time they call the receipt number and don't bring you the meal. I have no problem standing and waiting like we have been doing for 40 years. Either do the table service correct or stop doing it. The manager is not very good either - he has made as many mistakes (not paying attention) as his employees. read more

This drive through is horrible. 2pm on a wed and I have sat for 15 minutes just to order. Absolutely no one in the parking lot!

I stopped this morning at 3:30 am and bought 2 sausage mc muffins it's 12:30 my stomach is still churning what a wasted 5.00 will not buy here anymore food is crap should have known read more

I get it that they were "short staffed " apparently, but waiting over 30 minutes for a happy meal and never getting it's so frustrating. Wasn't the only one waiting 30 plus minutes for their order and never getting it since they all got too confused with all the orders, new and old. I hadn't been to this location in a while and for a reason. Won't be coming back at all. They don't know how to time manage their orders. I don't know why they didn't close or stop taking orders so they could catch up. Very disappointed in this McDonald's location. Will be going back to the Rancho California one from now on. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Trash all over the place. People yelling at the servers about how the food is wrong or cold. How is this place still open. read more

The worst McDs ever!! Food always cold or soggy even if busy. The ice cream/Shane machine never running past 7PM! Seriously never go here!!!

Over the last year I echo other people common complaints. 8 out of 10 orders are wrong, no napkins, no utensils if ordering a breakfast meal, not enough straws, slow lines, signs sometimes don't change (breakfast/lunch) on the drive thru for days. Complaints on the receipts seem to have no effect. Now the managers there seem to be unconcerned with problems present while inside read more

This staff was well trained by a very azing general manager who deals with the stress of being a very busy location and South temeculas homeless population and juggles both like a pro my heart goes out thank you for understanding read more

This Mcdonalds often has homeless people congregated outside and inside the restaurant. Staff is a bit rude and food often comes out prepared slowly and poorly. I am avoiding from now on. The restaurant is also very dirty. They rarely seem to clean the inside. read more

This McDonald's is either always getting the order wrong or it's always a long line. I used the mobile app for the first time for this location and my order said it was submitted and I got my confirmation number. So when I went in I showed them my order and they said it didn't go through. I told them I already paid for it, and they asked me if I'm sure it was towards this McDonald's. They were giving me a hard time. This is the only McDonald's close to my house. I knew what I was talking about and they just looked at me like I'm stupid. Luckily I didn't get charged a second time but I was still missing a drink and fries. I won't be using the app anymore and I don't think I'll be coming to this McDonald's again. read more

This McDonalds is the worse, granted, it's a fast food restaurant, but how can it be called fast when it takes forever to just get coffee! And heaven help you if you order food! 90% of the time coffee is 3/4 full, food order is wrong, take the time I ordered a Big Mac meal with no cheese, came home to a Big Mac with cheese n only one patty! It must be a requirement to not give a darn about getting orders correct to work at this McDonald's! If it weren't for convenience and my husband liking the coffee, we would go to a different McDonald's. I'm surprised with all the negative reviews that something hasn't been done and how this one stays open! Must be cause it's in a great location. Sad, really gives McDonald's a bad mark. read more

I have to lower my review. Ever since they "upgraded" this McDonald's I feel like it's gone a little downhill. But only a little. I still love McDonald's and not ashamed to say so. But very very disappointed that their play area is so tiny now. Also the drive-thru line seems to go slower now that they have two lines. I do like that they have the Drive-Thru club. I have taken advantage of their BOGO McCafe drinks deal a few times. :) read more

I don't know what it is about any McDonald's I've been to lately but it seems that they've all lost their customer service. This one they aren't exactly rude but they're definitely not nice or friendly. They are going through construction which might be making the employees a little edgy, and that's understandable. Their service is still quick and efficient, but not very friendly. read more

Drive thru nightmare! After 45 minutes stuck in the drive thru, it was because they ran out of nuggets and the customer refused to park and wait. The staff did nothing to help the situation. I didn't even get a "sorry for the wait". Two cars ahead of me someone staff tried to explain with no remorse. The car ahead of me just wanted her money back. I just wanted to leave with a hungry and impatient toddler. I'm done with this McDonalds. read more
