The drinks took quite awhile to be made, but that's only because you can tell he really cares about his craft. You won't find mass-produced pots of coffee or tea here, but instead carefully curated beverages. I enjoyed my matcha! It was certainly made the right way, as he sifted it into a small bowl. This Japanese green tea powder is made from finely powdered dried tea leaves, and takes a little extra TLC to do the right way. Ended up whisked well with a nice foam top. The craft beer selection is great and they also do flights. We sat out on the patio, which is dog friendly, and they supplied water for our pup. The owner and staff were all super nice and I'll definitely stop by again when in the area.
