There was no dressing for the salad (ordered a ranch for my kids pizza and used a small amount of that but also had to pay for it... salad=dressing included in my opinion). Additionally, no cutlery/napkins/usual condiments such as ketchup were included so we had to go buy some nearby so that we could eat parts of our dinner.
