You did not you got bipolar is what it seems like in you're working for customers and that is inappropriate you don't have the experience. And put your hair in a hair net. I ordered food on the app this morning. I took my sweet time getting to the location. Once I was at the location. There's two cars ahead of me. I pulled up to the window and this black gentleman poked his head out yelling to the two cars ahead of me to move up, trying to get their attention, asking me to blow my horn pull them up, slam the door shut yelling on these fucking people just do what I say so I sat there until he did ask me to pull up. He asked me to pull up. I pull up later. He comes out with all three vehicles food give me my food and I asked him how come he pulled us all up when it seems like all the food was already ready he could've handed it to all three vehicles. He told me the reasoning is because it messes up the drive-through times so we pull everyone up and bring all of their meals out to them. I said that seems kind of ridiculous. He said well you don't work here, sir. I do I feel that this gentleman was very rude to all three vehicles, including myself, his appearance was despicable. I've worked in a food service industry for 26+ years I currently own my own catering company. I would never dress the way this fella did. His gut was hanging out of his shirt over his belt. His underwear was hanging out. He was in a T-shirt, not McDonald's T-shirt, and a McDonald's uniform look like this guy came off the street dirty looking. I'm thoroughly disgusted. This McDonald seems to be the only one out of Burnt Hills Boston spa Clifton Park Schenectady Amsterdam no other McDonald's pulls vehicles up the way this Glenville Route 50 McDonald's location does it doesn't matter if you ordered a couple of water they're gonna pull you up drive-through supposed to be fast do your job inside this place should be reported to the health department he probably doesn't even work gloves and he's probably the only one making food nasty. read more

Ordered at the kiosk, no other customers at the counter, had to wait for someone to come take my payment. Got my sandwich, but didn't have any tartar sauce on it. My local McDonalds for years. Safe to say I will never be going back there again. Consistently horrible food and the wait times are ridiculous. Can't tell you how many times I've had to wait for fries that still come out cold. Yet they find a way to top themselves, this time on the order line. The one on the NYS Thruway E/S bound between exits 25 and 24 is consistently downright awful on Sunday mornings for breakfast. Against his better judgement, my husband has given them a lot of chances for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit or a sausage biscuit no egg only to get the world's worse biscuits every time. They are super hard from being rewarded in the microwave and taste like flat baking powder. The petrified bacon galls apart in your mouth. Thank goodness he's finally done. The woman at the window put our 20% off code two times with different codes each time. When we showed they were redeemed on the phone she said it wasn't showing on her POS system (point of sales). I said that's not a problem just get your manager to fix it. I then proceeded to hear the employee complaining to the manager about us ensuring we get our discount. When the manager came to the window I asked her if it was standard routine for "employees to complain about customers with an earshot." The manager was very dismissive (not a big shocker that the manager covered in hickeys doesn't care about professionalism and customer relations) and wanted to justify her employees poor actions. I asked for my receipt and assured her I would be filling out the survey as well as contacting the number given, The manager responded " I don't give a fuck not my problem, go ahead call, have fun!" I also have a dash cam which can collaborate all of this experience. Not only have I called customer service, filled out the receipt survey, left a review here, yelp and other locations. If i could rate negative -5 stars I would. The worst location possible. I have lived in Glenville my entire life and have seen this location go down hill drastically over the years. From listening to a conversation at drive in about the mold growing on their ice cream machine, to see someone working the fryer in shorts and a t-shirt, given wrong ordered items to dried out food. McDonald's is far from the best food but for it to have sat an hour and then given to me (not even the right item I ordered) just tops it. I just received a personal phone call from the owner of the McDonald's in Glenville apologizing for how my son and I were treated. I have never had any issues at that McDonald's before that night and receiving a phone call like that is such a refreshing turn of events. The owner was incredibly apologetic, professional, and kind. My son and I will definitely be going back and will not be holding that one incident against the entire establishment. read more

If I went to this place 7 days a week, they would mess up my order everytime...the people who work here have no personality they cannot make change or take your order correctly and give you the stuff that you actually order! Every couple of months I try going here to see if the service is any better and not to my surprise I think it gets worse. Yesterday I ordered 2 carmel ice coffee's light and sweet, They first gave me 2 smalls....I corrected them then waited longer...I finally got them, I started down Rt 50 and realized there was no carmel, not a granular of sugar and literally 2 ice cubes. If I could provide a less than 1 star rating here, I would. I am very familiar with this McDonald's, so let me tell you exactly what's wrong with it. Every once in a while, this establishment hires someone who is actually kind towards customers and knows what they are doing. Then they suck the life out of them by making them deal with 30 other employees who are excruciatingly incompetent and don't give a damn about selling, at the very least, DECENT food, or about providing a positive customer experience. I'm pretty sure you don't get paid much more than $11 to be a manager here, which is unfortunate because that certainly doesn't provide any motivation to come into work, with far more responsibilities than the other associates, and do your best. The very few employees here who have impressed me don't seem to last long because they are forced to make up for everyone else's lack of competency or care. The terrible associates don't last long either. They just get recycled and replaced by others who are sometimes even worse than them, because the second someone actually tries to make them WORK or attempts to hold them accountable for the lack of effort they put in, they get pissed and quit. I have seen other reviewers say that the owner of this McDonald's has called them and tried to make matters right when they have a bad experience. That may make upset customers feel better on a single occasion. But that does nothing to fix the problems this place has. 99% of the employees here don't care about customer experience. I don't eat here often at all anymore, but every-time I have, I have been unimpressed by the soggy, gross-looking food, and the wretched customer service. Ordered two apple pies and a hot fudge sundae through the drive- thru one night. Paid and then went to the next window to get my order. Witnessed them making a sundae in a large milkshake cup and thought it was strange and wondered what they were doing. They hand me my pies and said my sundae was being remade because someone put it in the wrong cup. I witness them making sundae #2 when they then put caramel sauce on it when it clearly says hot fudge. They attempt to hand it to me and I said no it was hot fudge. By this time I'm getting mad as they can read the order screen that clearly states what I ordered. The drive thru at this point was piled with cars as I've now waited around 10 minutes and 3 tries to make one sundae. As I receive my finally correct sundae I look over to see two other employees eating the sundaes that were supposedly "mistakes".
